Loved my stay here the service quality and room and hotel ambience is top notch. This is the defination of luxury and hospitality. Some notes though 1) overall dinner could be improved in variety and taste. 2) Breakfast is awesome but 1-2 live counters would make it even better 3) This is not for the hotel but for the guest who are traveling with kids I see most of the kids throwing away or wasting large quantities of food please dear parents look into that. Loved my stay would definitely come back..

Stay duration - Dec 31,2022 to Jan 2, 2023 Food was good but facilities inside villa were pathetic . Supply of water and electricity was a big issue during our stay. Blowers not working in night . Pathetic in room service . . Had to suffer a lot along with family in extreme winter during our latest new year eve . I would not recommend any one to plan there holidays in Pench- O

Its a Amazing banquet hall. I have been to this place for 2 times. They serve amazing food and snacks. They have very large halls for marriage and any other functions. I would love to go here again. Valet parking service is also provided here there is so many varieties non-veg and veg snacks and soft drink are awesome 👌snacks rating 10/9 and dinner rating 10/10

Best place I had visited in recent times with my brother. Staff was friendly. Location is very peaceful. Away from the crowd. They provided early check-in without any extra charge. Food was good.

Zero stars (if it was applicable here) as the resort is extremely inhospitable right from the guard at the entry point who let us in & removed the barricade when i assured him of using the restaurant lavishly!! As I only settled for a beverage costing me about ₹200 & made way towards the exit, I was stopped by the guard who let me out only after showing the restaurant invoice & the beverage, just to prove that I had spent some money before exiting the resort. Very strange & unwelcome!! Will keep in mind to not to recommend to a family ever, as the place may be a favourite haunt of unsocial elements. Big let down! Pench -O

We were there on 31st and 1st night. My friends with their families came all the way from Chandigarh, Himachal and Delhi but facilities of Pench-o made me embarassed. Property and fooding was good but no water and electricity in rooms. We had to keep calling them again and again. If you are planning your visit just for some hours go ahead but not for stay. We booked the best Villa they have, Riverside but it's pathetic as far as room services are.

It is a good resort on Delhi Dehradun highway on just outskirt of the Biharigarh. It has a very good ambience. They have children play area. They have swimming pool. They have restaurant on the top and cafeteria on the ground. They also have playing area for playing pool and other activities. It is good place to hold parties and events. The food is good quantity and quality wise. They have villas if you want to stay. Overall it is good place.

We spent our most memorable wedding anniversary at Pencho. Excellent service. The staff definitely knows how to take care of their guests. They have a great eye for detail. They observe to understand what we want and always quick to help and to surprise. We dined at the Oriental Express and it was an excellent experience. They surprised us with anniversary cakes and a very special gift. We had a wonderful stay.

Pathetic service even on paid membership. Visited the resort with family & friends - half the resort was not maintained well, dark areas - not at all kids friendly & dirty washrooms. Even restaurant service was not upto the mark, no finger bowls provided post dinner.

Very bad food. Ordered mix pakodas which were stale and served cold. Asked for replacement, they re-fried them and served again. No accountability whatsoever. They also add service charge to the bill without your notice so make sure to get it removed unless you consent to it. Not a recommended place at all.

Food is good, slightly overpriced. Further they are adding 10% service tax on restaurant bill, which is wrong and they should not charge it.

This is perhaps one of the best stops on the way to doon. Definitely check it out. It does not look bigger but wait till you enter. Food is surprisingly cheap and quantity is great

Food is good. Staff is not very professional. Prices are very high relative to the services provided. Would recommend trying some good hotel where there is properly trained staff and which is cleaner. Snacks are good. Dal makhni is amazing. Tawa roti is made of Maida. The staff will take care of your needs but they just need to be taught how to act courteous.

Had a fantastic weekend. Loved the cuisine and hospitality, the staff is absolutely superb and supportive. Great place for a family stay. Has a great play area for kids. To top it all, its close vicinity to the raja ji national park makes it an all rounder. If I revisit, it will be my go to space. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

A very good property, decent staff at check-in, clean rooms. Housekeeping manager Afzal was very cooperative. I had breakfast which was excellent layout was fantastic, A recommended property for people who would like to for weakened around Delhi or even for those who wanna take a short break. Worth a stay

I attended a wedding ceremony yesterday and experienced very good Ambience, great food quality and preparation , amazing decor and wedding set up. Service staff is very friendly and polite.very well coordinated. Wedding is a once in a lifetime event and It’s absolutely the right choice and exceed expectations.

It was big and very well decorated. They were sanitizing your hands at the entrance. It is also the first banquet hall in row of them and looks amazing from the outside too. There are lots of spots to take good pictures.

Loved the ambience but food quality was not up to the mark. Chicken sandwich is the worst to order. If you are going for breakfast then you can opt for English breakfast and tea or coffee. I haven't experienced their lunch but first impression is the last. I hope their lunch food quality should be good.

I have a booking from 15th Sep 2022 to 16 Sep 2022 and I think it was the worst experience of my life as the name sounds so is the place, noncooperative staff they don’t know how to deal with their guests there is no services in the rooms AC is not working there is no water supply in the washrooms food is not that good cleaning is zero in the rooms I don’t think anyone should go and waste there hard earned money on this place. They Don’t care about their guests happiness and providing them good services. Not even the staff but everyone out there don’t even have manners to how to talk to their guests, washrooms or like having no cleanliness no toiletries in the washroom no towels in the room after multiple reminders they didn’t help. Forgot the key in the room and was locked out after multiple calls visiting reception asking for help no one even came to help. overall I think it Is the worst experience of my life. They don’t even provide water in the rooms if you even ask for a glass of water they don’t even care.Worst Experience.
