Heavenly abode! If you're looking for peace, calm, want to be closer to God and cleanse your soul, this is the place to be! Buy Guru jees Vangmaya (literature) which is very enriching! Don't forget to join the Yagya at 6:00am in the morning everyday! Remember to take a dhoti (males) or a yellow sari (females)!

Visit to a religious place is always a different experience. Usually, I visit religious places with my families and friends to break away from the daily life and worship the divinity. I had an opportunity to visit The Shantikunj Gayatri Pariwar, which is around 7 KM from Haridwar. After spend quality of time in Haridwar we went to The famous Mansa devi temple. Then we straight towards the Shantikunj. All in all, the experience at The Shantikunj Gayatri Pariwar was amazing and thrilling. It is the ideal religious place to visit during holidays.

It's an okay place to visit, nothing significant about the space where people meditate which is cloned with dummies of Himalayas. Very artificial space and not worth visiting. They have been serving food to people and saw few meditation/prayers near to samadhi Mandapam. Entry is through validation of ID card and addressal of Covid vaccination certificate.

Best place for devotional activities. Gurudev Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya's  3rd visit to Himalaya on June 1971 to met Dada guru (Swami Sarveshwaranand Ji). Dada guru provided important guidance for sowing the seeds of rishi tradition.  He said "You have to leave Mathura and shift to Haridwar and start the work of reviving the Rishi traditions. You will recall that when you came here for the first time you had met Risis living in this region in their astral bodies and each of them had expressed distress at the extinction of their traditions and you had promised that you would accomplish this task. This time you have been summoned for this purpose. "God has no physical form. Whenever something epoch-making is sought to be achieved, Risis who remain engrossed in tapascharya bestow their powers on Devatmas, great personages and get the work done through them. Vishwamitra took Bhagvan Ram to his Asram (hermitage) on the pretext of defending his yagya , trained him in Bala (Gayatri) and Atibala (Savitri) (spiritual knowledge) and got the citadel of demoniac forces demolished, thus paving the way for the establishment of Ram-rajya (rule of truth and righteousness). Shri Krishna had gone for studies to Sandipan Risi and returned after he had been duly imparted the message of the Gita, his role in Mahabharat epoch and in carrying forward the Risi tradition of Sudama. Ancient scriptures are full of descriptions how Risis moulded great personages and got important work accomplished through them, although they themselves always remained engrossed in spiritual pursuits, sadhana, research etc. It is this work which you have to accomplish." “The seer of Gayatri mantra was Vishwamitra who had lived in Sapta Sarovar, Haridwar and had acquired mastery in the miraculous power of Gayatri. That place is now reserved for you. You will be able to find it out easily. Name it as Shantikunj, Gayatri Tirtha and sow the seeds of all the life transforming traditions which were established by the Risis when they lived in their physical forms. They need a physical medium to get their work done. I, too, had felt a similar need, found in you a competent person, contacted you and initiated you in this task. These other Risi have also similar aspirations. You have to sow anew the seeds of old Risi traditions, which is no doubt a difficult task but you will be getting patronage, blessings and divine gifts of executing competence from me as well as from all these Risis and you will proceed in carrying out the given assignments undeterred.”

Embedded with Ved Sanskriti rituals and masters to guide this place has everything to offer to the disciples. Covering a large and wide area it has different departments of Gayatri sects. A number of accommodations and amenities, it stands best in Haridwar to offer free of cost. One must visit this place and spend some time to experience the blissful effects.

There is a lot of happiness in the world. Shanti Kunj Haridwar is a religious place where people meditate and worship. You can also take diksha here. You can also give your service by coming here. And the biggest thing, if you want to do charity, then this is the right place.

Shantikunj Gayatri Parivar Ashram in Haridwar, Uttarakhand is not just a spiritual retreat, but also a center for holistic education and personal development. I was struck by the serene and peaceful ambiance of the place. The lush green surroundings and the positive vibrations were truly rejuvenating. There is registration process before entering the Shantikunj. They will not charge you but will ask for your Aadhar card and phone number and then they will give you a ticket to enter. There is a medidation room just infront of the main gate which is really peaceful experience. Apart from medidation there are enlightening sessions on yoga, and self-transformation here. The food here is good and canteen prices are very cheap. The rooms can be avaiable for free and is a good experience to stay here. The campus is well-maintained, and the facilities for visitors, such as meditation halls, libraries, and canteens, were well-organized and easily accesible. The volunteers were friendly and hospitable.

This is wonderful place. You can feel here the beauty of nature and humanity. Today I feel that I came a place I can't imagine this kind of. I don't have words to describe my happiness. Because here everyone is equal. No difference between wealth and respect. All facilities free of cost available like food, accommodation, medical, education, meditation etc. Management is very good and staff is very helpful and supportive. This kind of facilities we are unable to get after paying a lot of money.

In the early morning ashram arrange hawan for all, so if you are visiting here don't forget to attend hawan.and day before please check the dress code, as they allow specific dress codes. And then they have a canteen where you will get every item at a very reasonable price. You will find that you have done something different from every tourist visits in haridwar.
