It's very huge. Very far from the city. The drawback is there is a waste management plant near this. So the environment is not so good due to the waste plant smell.

Nice apartments to stay here... Decent families recide here. Here parks, car parking, walking area and certain other necessities are provided. Just the problem of little under maintenance and hygiene prevails, also there is a big room for improvement. I've displayed some aerial views from the apartment terrace.

Gajendra Vihar Housing Complex is one of the best housing complex in Dholkut. Good family lives here. Good place for stay. All facilities available like Park, Car Parking, Walking Area. Guard Security available, around 30 - 35 guard are working in the premises.

Well maintained gated society. Security is very good. Parks for children’s & greenery view. Only public transportation are not available.

Very spacious flats...my relatives live there went there last month..I loved it...maintance n cleanliness gets 10 out of 10......I just wish that tonks river is on its full flow whe I visit next tym...the only problem is no local transport to reach there from main road....n road leading to gajendra vihar needs repairing n may b a new road

Open, clean, well maintained....it's a very appropriate residential place near Dehradun. It has grocery store, saloon to take care of all needs. Very livable.
