Its been 20 days to me in this gym and the vibes are amazing. Special thanks to Mayur Negi for giving his best of efforts to share effective and efficient training. He makes the workout sessions easy and fun.

The main con is The owner of the gym is very rude. Sometimes Harasses gym members, abuses them. He doesn't have the manners to speak. Don't waste your Hard earned money in this gym better you can join other gyms in Rajnager Extension. AC doesn't works you have to workout in sweat. Smelly nd stinky gym.

Cleanliness: First off, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this gym. The floors were dirty, the equipment was covered in sweat, and the air had a musty smell. It was as if the gym had forgotten that cleanliness is essential for a safe and healthy workout environment. I couldn't even concentrate on my workout because of the filthy conditions. Trainers: I was also disappointed with the trainers at this gym. They lacked the expertise and knowledge necessary to help me achieve my fitness goals. They seemed disinterested and unengaged, as if they were simply going through the motions. I was hoping for trainers who would push me to my limits and help me reach new heights, but these trainers fell short. Machines: The equipment at this gym was in need of serious repair. The machines were old and outdated, and many of them were malfunctioning. It was frustrating to have to adjust my workout routine because the machines were not functioning properly. I expected a better level of maintenance and upkeep from a gym that charges such high fees. Co-workers: I found the co-workers at this gym to be unprofessional and unhelpful. They seemed to lack basic communication skills and were not attentive to their clients. It was as if they were more interested in chatting with each other than assisting gym-goers. This created a negative atmosphere and made me feel unwelcome. Space: Finally, the gym was overcrowded, with too many people crammed into a small space. It was difficult to navigate my way around the gym, and I often had to wait in line to use equipment. This made my workouts frustrating and inefficient, and I was unable to complete my routine in a timely manner. In conclusion, I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for a quality workout experience. The cleanliness, trainers, machines, co-workers, and space were all lacking, and the overall experience was disappointing.

Best gym in rajnagar extension... Yoga class of tarun sir...zumba class of Rahul sir, HIIT and core classes of himanshu sir..r the best classes I ever found...... although all trainers are good like mayur sir, vishu sir, lalit sir,n Bhaskar sir......

This gym offers an amazing experience- from the equipments to the cleanliness and to the entire ambience of the gym, everything is top-notch. The trainers are well versed with abundant knowledge. This is from my experience with Coach Lalit, his workout style and his training has led to an excellent utilisation of our time at gym. His amazing training style is really motivating, plus the tips and the knowledge that he offers is a cherry on the cake. A worthy 5 star experience!

Very poor amenities No maintenance and no electricity these guys are looting their customers in the name of providing premium services but the harsh reality is that they cannot even afford proper cooling inside the gym. People are attracted towards the brand name but i request everyone not to waste your hard earned money on this gym it is better to join anytime fitness or other gyms in rajnagar extension also during the first visit they will claim that they will provide you all the luxuries that a good gym has but that's not true it is my personal experience I have seen people getting faint because of no electricity inside the gym Rest decision is yours guys good luck and go ahead and waist your money

Bekar gym. This is not a gold gym. Local gym hai. I think local brand gyms are better than this gold gym. Jab marzi timings change kardete hain, jab marzi bnd kardo. when you don't know how to operate, these things like equipments or space doesn't matter. AF gym is far better than this. Atleast wo jo bolte hain wo karte hain. This gold gym is charging fees for 19/7 and fees lete hi sab change. Unprofessional management.

One of the best gym in whole city with ample of machines. I believe there should be a bit more trainer engagement. Seems trainers are occupied in doing their own workout and disinterested in guiding anyone on correct exercises and posture. Otherwise Gym is top notch with most advanced machines.

It's been a month since I joined the gym, I'm having a great experience, such a positive environment and good machines and it gives me motivation to work hard towards my goals. Trainers here are so helpful and supportive with great knowledge, coach Lalit has been very helpful since the start. Overall, a very good gym in the rajnagar extension.

Great equipment. Great timing. Few issues with power backup so definitely room for improvement. Will update the review after a while.

Awesome machines , db bhi acche h till 50 kgs , helps me a lot in my heavy weight training session , having bumper plates with different colors feels good while using , having different categories of barbell over here , never seen this much of variation in equipments , join if u want to join

I shall recount to thee the misfortunes I faced at a gym most dreadful, and shall present to thee a review of its cleanliness, trainers, machines, and comfort. Cleanliness: Alas! The cleanliness of this gym is a grievous matter, for the floors were stained with grime and dirt, and the air was thick with the stench of sweat and mold. The machines were covered in a layer of dust, and the changing rooms were a sight most foul. It seemed as though the staff had turned a blind eye to the state of the premises, and had neglected their duties of upkeep. Trainers: Oh, woe is me! The trainers at this gym are a sorry lot, for they lacked the knowledge and skill needed to guide me on my fitness journey. Their instructions were unclear and contradictory, and their advice was worth less than a penny. It was as if they were mere spectators, and had no interest in the well-being of their clients. Machines: Fie upon the machines at this gym, for they were old and rusty, and made a sound most horrid when in use. Many of them were out of order, and the ones that did work were unsafe and unreliable. It was a wonder that no one had been injured while using them. Comfort: Alack and alas! The comfort at this gym was nonexistent, for the changing rooms were cramped and unhygienic, and the showers were a breeding ground for bacteria. The temperature was either too hot or too cold, and the air conditioning was as good as absent. It was as though the gym had been designed to cause discomfort rather than alleviate it. In conclusion, I must say that this gym is not fit for purpose, and I would advise all to stay away. Its cleanliness, trainers, machines, and comfort are all lacking, and it is not worth the time nor the money.

It's a gym which I was looking for many years around my locality. Its really best in the town and fullfill all the need for your goal. Some of the trainers are really good and humble. Staff are supportive and listen to your concern. It's improving and getting better day by day. Thanks for opening it in my town.

Hack squat machine is the best machine I found over here , cardio is something which I love the most , my favourite machine is stair master in cardio , so up to date machine over here , left anytime fitness Raj nagar ext because of machines only , owner in Anytime fitness never listen to any client
