Worst builder, gives lot of trouble to the flat buyers. Promises and behaviour before and after there is no match. I advise not to come in their trap and don't buy a flat in this society. Till you make the payment they will call you, once payment made, they will not pick your phone for any thing you want to know. Highly disgusting people hence aviod. This is everybody's experience.

After searching 2 years different societies in noida extension, finally we have shifted to Aastha Greens. Its one of the best society , excellent location , best Layouts, builder spent good amount on beautification, very impressive entrance and lobby area.

They wont send you ur deposit money back, the electricity bill its counter double the unit. Fraudulent! Its been 15 days i havent got my money back. There is a guy dinesh he is of no help. No rules no ethics. Once your money is struck forget that money back. I need to file an FIR to get the money back. These guys are total fraud. Please beware before renting a place in this society.
