They are the worst service provider. For the past 2 months, I have been trying to reach out to them for my remaining sittings but still no response from there side. I tried to make contact through customer care number as well but still respondent also don't have any idea about EDM new look branch. Then I contact Mr Rajeev ( I guess he is one of the main member of new look) and requested him to share the contact details of Edm new look branch manager, his reply simply was no idea for this branch. So I have request to all, don't go to new look for any treatment. I am so much frustrated by there service because of which I have to give them bad review.
