Went for lunch..food was really good but the place was unprofessionally managed.. service was quick..decor was average and layout was cramped.. waiters and staff giggling around....scant regard for customer's privacy as whole staff watching you eat...full marks for food (we had vegetarian) but lot of scope of improvement... slightly overpriced

Garden resort is a nice and pleasant place to visit , have snacks a drink or two have lunch or dinner with family and friends . Good ambience. Live music sometimes. Overall a nice place.

A very neat and clean restuarant with great Ambience. Specially in the evening when you can sit in open in dim light with bonfire at one place along with lovely soothing live music. Staff is courteous. Call them to book a table to sit in especially over the weekend. The food is good.

We went only for dinner. Soothing good food. This is my go to place for North Indian food in Patiala. We ordered yellow dal tadka, Shahi paneer, jeera rice and tandoori roti. Filling and tasty.

Good location. Awesome food. Courteous staff. What more one needs. Went for a family get together of 20 persons. They had made arrangements in the front garden. Table setting was changed on request promptly. Live music and bonfire added to the great ambience. Food was good. Portion size was good. Parking is a bit problematic as they don’t have much space for that. Had to park quite far away on the roadside. But still over all a good place to unwind and enjoy with family and friends. Did not stay at the hotel so can’t comment on rooms.

So thought it might be a good place. But when I went there with friends, they have different areas to serve a group of friends and family. The friends area is camped and the overall ambience if not good. Secondly the food was averages. But the quantity was very less. Ordered a non veg tandoori platter abnd they served only 5 pieces in total. Not worth the money.

Average quality good. Ambiance was nice. Can highly improve on the taste. Went again for the second time with a friend. Tried manchow soup. Was alright. Nothing special. Asked for regular water instead of bottled water, the water was contaminated and had a weird foul taste. Extremely disappointed. Upon complaining the server said they had added ice..??? This is not how a a supposed " fine dine" works. Sad and won't go here again.

Food is good.. Staff is good... Ambience is ok... But freedom to choose is a big NO...Buffet was suggested but was also forced to choose... If u wanna visit here prepare your mind for only ordering buffet...one more thing no items are served individually you are fully forced by the staff just to opt for buffet system....

Breakfast was delicious. Like a good homestyle breakfast . Enjoyed the whole experience and definitely recommend this place for a place to eat.

This hotel is a good place to stay in and I should nominate that it is the best hotel l have stayed in patiala. The staff and the management are very customer service oriented. They did not give the guest who staying in hotel any opportunity to complain. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in future. Fantastic

Last night we went for a dinner. The service was the worst . They took 30-45 for orders to come . They didn’t even offer us glass of water. If they were so full, they could’ve refused to take more customers. If they can’t serve properly, don’t take more people. The table was fully wet. It’s now one of the worst restaurants in patiala.

Well, it is overcrowded and overrated. The food is good, the location is excellent but that's about it. The restaurant is cramped and noisy. The decor is average and the ambiance does not necessarily justify the menu price. Not saying that it is bad, but it isn't the best either.

This thursday went to dine with family... Soup was served cold..orders were not taken properly... Person was not sure about dishes.. No hostapitality, rude behaviour.. Giggling and using phones... Worst when complained to reception.. Person rudyness..hell... Uneducated and illiterate staff... Visited on some one reference but just had worst thing.
