My first visit at Sticky Saguaro was a great experience. 5 🌟 💯 I drove 30 min for there Shango BOGO free 1/8ths, and not knowing i was eligible for a first time vist discount that I got to save for my next visit. I would like to thank my awesome Bud Tender Stefan for the wonderful suggestions on different strains I haven't tried yet. If you had asked me three months ago to give a review, I would’ve given a five. Service is gone significantly downhill decided to actually say some thing to the manager about it today and he was full of excuses! To be perfectly honest, I’d recommend going anywhere else, maybe somebody else will take my advice

Used to be one of my wife’s and I favorite dispensary’s to go to. I’d drive about an hour away just to visit. However after the couple last times I’ve visit I’ve experience the pick up window individuals adding my points to my purchases and keeping the extra change as a tip. My wife who is an accountant for a credit company realized one of the guys gave her the product but then put the change under the register. We called him out and he said “oh I must of forgotten there’s so much going on “ then laughs about it. Well today I decided to make my final purchase. I was advised I only have $6 in points after going continuously and spending quite an amount of change for concentrates and cartridges. I asked the receptionist (which by the way has outstanding customer service) and the gentleman always opening the door and always being very welcoming if could get help with my points. They call over “Britt” who helped me out. At first she was nice then her attitude starting shifting after I advised her of her employees as the pick up like taking tips as well as adding our points without our consent and keeping the tips. She calls me a liar and says her employees don’t do that. I tell her we caught them in the act more than 3 times and she rolls her eyes and says “I don’t know but that doesn’t sound like them” Brittany I got some advice for you. Next time a guest comes to the business you help fix the issue and listen to the guests concerns or you will keep causing the owners business. And please, don’t roll your eyes at a guest that is teenager behavior.

Just went here for the first time. It’s about 15 minutes away, but they have great deals. Timmy did a great job helping me get what I needed with a smile and his own personal experience with the brand I purchased. Him and everyone else were great!

My most recent visit was simply amazing. I had limited cash to work with but I knew what I wanted. The FA who helped me, Tyler, was very nice and very casual, but very helpful. Not only did he help me narrow down exactly what I wanted within my price range, he also noted that I had some deals in my account to use. I walked in with limited cash and left with everything I wanted PLUS an extra item for LESS than what I expected. No, it wasn't me playing the system or getting free handouts. It was simply the sales associate creating a very memorable and enjoyable customer experience by helping me through my options and price points as well as being very informative about what more I can do to save more money. Their deals are consistently fantastic and their staff is so very friendly. Shoutout to this crew, they got it on lockdown. So happy I found this dispo!

I almost didn’t want to write this review because I want to keep them all to myself but this location is my go to. They’re prices are always amazing and so are their products. In my experience, they always keep good quality on their shelf’s so I’m never worried about that when my budget changes. I hope this place never changes L

I’ve only been twice to this dispensary twice but they’re amazing! Friendly staff and VERY helpful! In an industry that has very quickly shifted away from its intended medical course, there are a few dispos out there willing to stand alone. This is just one of those few! Med patients beware, this place will have you coming back for more!!!

Placed order online and thanks to their awesome deals, I got multiple buy one get one free specials. Paid half the amount for twice the product. Great selection. Very friendly and polite staff. Will definitely return.
