As your Local Tucson Realtor, I find The Tucson Auto Museum as a Great little hidden Gem. Around 70 vintage vehicles including Batman replicas, 110 yr old Model T, Isettas and more.

Great auto museum tucked away in a commercial area near downtown Tucson. Nice collection of a little bit of everything including some makes I wasn’t familiar with.

I liked the museum well enough; among the wide variety of rarities were some fine examples of cars that rank among my favorites. I appreciated the decor, and the old jazz tunes that were playing complemented the general atmosphere. Only the vulgar signage in the restroom was out of keeping with the classic vibe. I felt the experience was worth the $10 admission. However, I was turned off by the email newsletter I later received, in which there was a request for volunteers. While the museum may have attained non-profit status, it's not a rescue mission. One can reasonably assume that the owner is a person of significant means, and anyone who's read Tom Sawyer should be able to recognize the fence-whitewashing nature of the proffered "opportunities" to perform unpaid auto maintenance or to attend to visitors gratis. As the saying goes, "there's a reason the rich got rich." Fair remuneration for labor sometimes doesn't factor into their strategy. Overall, I'd recommend enjoying the display without being taken for a ride.

Was at Juicy Brews festival here. Wayne has an awesome collection of cars. It was rad to be able to look at his cars whilst enjoying delicious local craft beers.

Spent two fun-filled hours in this amazing car exhibit that was a trip through automobile history, as well as living memory. Wayne's cars number about 60 and include some of the most stately and significant productions from the US and elsewhere, including models that are extremely rare. What a nice addition to the growing list of Tucson attractions. Bring your kids, your parents or your honey!

I’m a local photographer and this was an amazing place to get pictures of the vehicles and ambiance. Had no knowledge of this museum existing till recently when a friend mentioned it. These are just a few pictures I really liked. If you’re a car enthusiast you’re sure to find some pretty cool classics here.

Opening hours/dates provided on Google map and their website is not accurate (their website says their season runs till May 1st). We visited on the second Saturday in April and were turned away after waiting at the door for some time. A group of visitors came out of the museum as we drove away. They seemed happy with what they saw in there. The two starts reflect what I imagine they felt towards the museum, while the lack of three stars reflect how disappointed we felt being turned away...

Wayne’s Toys was everything I wanted and more! I didn’t know much car history going in, but I truly felt I learned a lot after getting a chance to explore the collection and read up on the dozens of cars. Speaking of which, I suggest really taking your time and reading the blurbs associated with each car. You’ll find some history about the car when it was produced, and sometimes even learn some specifics about that exact car’s history. 5/5, and I will definitely be swinging by next time I roll through Tucson!

Wonderful selection of cars! Really enjoyable but the building is not heated, so bring a jacket or coat if you go on a cold day!

Do you love cars? Do you like cars you probably have never seen, because you haven't been to a country that has them driving down the road. Do you like exotic cars or old cars? Then this is the place to go. It's a little buried for a location, but the cars are worth it. Clean facility and cars are in very good condition. I would post some of my pictures, but take it from a guy that loves cars. Just go.
