A country needs 25 percent forest of its total area. Bangladesh is a small country with high population density. That's why our forest and trees are deceasing day by day. It’s not a big forest but it will give thrill and will amuse the tourists.

Nawabganj National Park is a protected area located in the Dinajpur District of Bangladesh. It is one of the largest national parks in the country, covering an area of over 1,000 hectares. Awesome, natural breeze along with the view is mesmerizing. But, transport facility is not so good, often seen crowded in occasions and off days. But locals are friendly and helpful. Morning is crowd free, but evening is more beautiful here.

A very amazing place, full of 'Shal' trees. It also has a water body named 'Ashula Beel' which is very beautiful and abundant with water lilies. It is a very wonderful place for trail cycling and hiking, and camping also.

It's a natural park. It's almost untouched by humans so called "development", yet. There is a wooden bridge to cross the lake. Can be a great place for hangout if the time is right. Overall, a great natural place to visit.

Bill of Ashura Shalban is 1 km northwest of Nawabganj Sadar. The location of the huge Ashura beel is on the north side of this Shalban. The size of the beel is 251.6 hectares. It is said that the bill was named Ashura Bill because it was spread around 70 dars or drains. The depth of this huge bill and the muddy sediment and the surrounding sal forest give birth to many legends at one time.

To get a relief from chaos of urban life, one can have a quiet time with nature. Though I think there's a lack of security for visitors.

This is a beautiful place. There is a Pond surrounding with forest and a wooden bridge is made which is also very beautiful. Though it is a tourists spot and government looks after it there are some problem. One of them was cleaning and trash managemet. There I didn’t find even a single dustbeen to throw a bottle.
