Worst place ever..the staff is so ignorant, they don't know the prices of their own items. I took a box of 12 donuts they charged me 800 bucks. The next time I did the same they asked me to pay 960/- It's not a matter of 160 bucks but how could there be so much inconsistency with the same store's price. They need to train their people before leaving them to deal with people. The staff is pathetic, the manager at the mall, Rana is unco-operative n doesn't know how to talk to women. Their regional manager is no less and believes that 160 bucks are of a higher value than customer service. God knows how their business runs.

Mango and kreme crunch and red velvet donuts are my suggestions. Too effing delcious. Sorry dunkin donuts, you suk.

The worst hot chocolate I hav ever had. It's like drinking water with a bit of chocolate powder. Would hav been done better next time. Thanks

Horribly bad doughnuts. Full of sugar, taste less chocolate ( in case it is chocolate) , deserves negative stars.

If only I had the ability to keep chugging down donuts after donut, without puking it all out and going bankrupt..... I'd probably go and die here, peacefully. Don't care what anybody else says, you can't beat their Classic Glazed. Cheese Cake and Custard filled are 2 of my favourites you have to try out.

Pathetic service and tase wise also wasn't up to the mark. The guy was constantly busy on Phone and irrespective of any customer standing on the counter to order donuts...was there to buy box as second order but had to cancel because of this behaviour

Every time we visit Promenade Mall in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, need to take my daughter for Krispy Kreme for Doughnut. My daughter's favorite doughnut are Red Valet, Chocolate with Sprinkle and Glazed Chocolate Cake. Clean and Hygiene sitting space.
