I Do Workout at this gym Sparklite Fitness but i have observed that they give stupendous service moreover the person whose name is Prince is the best trainer of that gym. They Maintain hygene rest of the staff are well -mannered

It,s almost 15 Days i am not do my workout properly.. Because of the gym trainer, They don,t give proper attention to there customers … When we compaint about this to there head coach prince they asked about our packages.. what does that means….???

From the last few days i am not going to gym due to some personal issue and today my friend told me about the insident that they compliant about there trainer Mr Sahil to there senior trainer Mr prince and the Owner that they don,t give proper training to him But Mr prince told him about there pakages .. What does that mean’s … they give training to the customer on behalf of there pakages…👎👎

Trainer not providing proper training to the customers. They just talking to each other. When we asked the owner that your trainer is not giving us training properly they asked about our package. What does that mean ?
