and
embarked

my
fitness
journey
only
when
I
was
diagnosed
with
diabetes!

huge
mistake!
I
should
have
been
careful
years

But
as
they
say,
it’s
never
too
late.
I
signed
up
Misaki
online
fitness
classes
just
a
month
before
a
surgery
and
commend
Kajal
for
motivating
me
and
also
taking
into
account
my
needs.
I
lost
4
kgs
in
a
month.
I
rejoined
a
month
after
surgery
and
am
thoroughly
enjoying
my
fitness
routine
with
Misaki.

there

boredom!
She
alternates
the
workout
with
zoomba,
circuit
training,
aerobics,
bhangra,
bollywood
dance
and
yoga.
Classes
are
held
several
times
during
the
day
giving
us
the
option
to
join
as
per
work
schedules.
Moreover,
she
posts
a
healthy
diet
plan
for
a
healthier
lifestyle.
It’s
not
just
about
weight
loss!
I
have
lost
9
kgs
but
more
importantly
feel
fitter,
healthier
and
happier.
