Such a tasty food just Awesome, well decorated nice ambience place & Polite restaurant

Chicken Lababdar (full) was got home delivered thrice. Stuff on first delivery was nice and tasty to our satisfaction. Orders on two different occassions delivered thereafter were disastrous. The preparation was inferior; gravy and pieces were low grade. The taste of item was below the mark. On reporting the quality issue to restaurant owner, the stuff replaced was equally attrocious. The venture can't maintain standard/quality and hence not worthy to patronise. Customers beware and desist buying from this outlet.

All food are bakwaas kindly don't order They used local tommato ketchup for Butter chicken & Shahi Paneer and all similar that.... instead of original tommato Puree.... pls advice to don't order 🙏🙏

Worst Experience!! Endless complaints. Shameless staff. The bad experiences which we had are as follows; 1. Ask for warm water which came after 15minutes after several reminders and water came with complete impurities. 2. Ordered dahi kay keebab and they served us dahi kay sholey and later on staff tried to convince us that these are keebabs only. 3.ordered freshlime mix and got freshlime sweet when asked to get it correct so got an answer kee we serve like this only. 4. Ordered thumbs up and to evacuate mrp act the managment serve the same by glass and not by bottle, so we agreed upon same but request them that it should not be flat but got the flat thumbsup when complained so he got coke. 5.The biggest blunder was that they serve you breads with aluminium foil and when complained for it so the biggest shameful creature in restaurant said with smile"sir ladkey sey kabhie kabhie galti ho jaati hai" 6.The thug of taxes too when asked for bill ,they gave us kachha bill and said to my friend kee sir aapko pata hai hum pucca bill dete nahin hai. 7. Ordered paneer methi malai which was below average after all this. 8. Even we ordered for half stuffed mushroom but were served with full and when said kee we ordered for half only so waiter said "kee sir abb toh full ban gaya hai.

De Sethis was a good place earlier. Used to be my favourite takeaway place. With time, their quality is going downhill. The dal makhani which used to so good has taken a different route. Now the Dal Makhani is boiled dal mixed with cream, a change of name to Dal Creamy will do justice.

Worst food service. Ordered seekh kebab which says 4 pieces. When we came back home with the food it had literally 6 super small pieces of uncooked and raw kebabs. They think if people are coming late they must be drunk enough to eat shi*. Called the person to complain the same but the guy said “Madam Maine toh phone utha liya apka par band ho gaya hai aap kal aake complain karna” and kept the receiver aside. Worse service ever.

Although it's not a very big place and to find sitting on a weekend might be a task, I still recommend anyone reading this review to definitely go and eat once at this restaurant. The butter chicken that I've had here is unlike any other that you can have in not just Delhi but anywhere in the whole of India.
