Build quality is good and maintenance department is very supportive when it comes to any complaints. On top of this it has centralized RO. (They use hi-tech filtration systems to supply bacteria-free water that is safe for consumption.), you can use Tap water for drinking.

Clean commpact well maintained and affordable society in ahinsa khand 2. Having three towers A B & C. Rooms size are adequate and good compared to new societies. Society is small so not much crowded and neat and tidy. Society has water softner plant which all societies dont have. The only issue i find is front road which is always having some issues or other.

I must say I am a big fan of Licious products. So fresh, so juicy, so soft and so clean. That’s the best about Licious. Residents (mainly owners) do whatever they feel like, unauthorised construction or covering the super area or common area according to their will, for instance. Management isn't bothered about it as well. Management also gives lame excuses for not sending the service man with lots of delay. If you are living in lower floors, specially in B tower, then be prepared to get disturbed whole day by the shouting noises made by children. I don't know why their parents doesn't even concern about the fact that others might be studying or wfh or resting and should restrain their kids to shout unnecessarily. Nobody is bothered to follow rules, system or protocols here. They will make you a bad guy if you oppose or try to potray your valid point.

I luved this place as i have stayed there for 2 yrs.. Nicely maintained society, safe fpr childrens with club house available. nicely maintained centralized RO water system which provides RO water even in the bathrooms. Small zym, electricity backup etc are available. Nearby many markets and hotels available. Flats are well Maintained as this society is newly built.. Less than 5 yrs. I would like to stay there again.

Approach gate of the society needs to be improved. Cleanliness around the community center of society was less clean.

Angel Mercury is a very neat & clean society.

Big society, spacious flats, proper ventilation, attached balconies with all rooms. But it's quite difficult to reach here during rainy season as roads got full of water & it becomes risky. This society looks old from outside but looks good from inside.

A very good society with 2,3 and 4 bhk multistory apartments. Covert car parking one small play area for kid and small shopping shops are also available inside the society
