I
recently
visited
your
drive
through
here,
there
was
first
person
who
took
order
from
me
and
i
ordered
bk
grill
meal
then
i
gave
my
credit
card
for
payment
then
the
first
person
went
inside
and
second
person
came
then
second
person
after
taking
5
mins
told
me
she
can't
process
payment
with
this
because
her
machine
is
stuck.
Meanwhile
3
person
came
now
to
assist
me
i
asked
them
let
me
do
Paytm
if
it's
not
working
then
she
rudely
asked
me
to
have
paitence.
I
kept
paitence
and
then
4
person
came
and
told
me
that
there
internet
is
not
working
and
no
online/card
payment
are
allowed
only
cash.
My
first
concen
is
after
taking
20
mins
of
customer
in
drive
thru
if
you
give
this
info
that
your
internet
is
not
working
this
is
ridiculous
experience
on
first
end.
Moreover,
then
i
agreed
to
pay
cash,
but
then
there
is
this
most
painful
part
i.e.
the
4
person
who
came
to
assist
me
told
they
don't
have
bk
grill
at
this
outlet
from
past
few
month's.
Now,
this
is
something
over
head
because
3
person
who
came
to
take
my
order,
how
come
they
have
taken
order
for
same
and
given
me
a
amount
to
pay.
This
experience
as
customer
explains
quite
a
lot
how
good
training
is
imparted
to
people
who
are
there
at
drive
thru
because
if
this
is
my
worst
experience
with
any
brand
in
24
years
of
my
lifetime.
I
will
highly
recommend
people
here
not
to
visit
you
as
you
are
waste
of
time
and
head
even
when
it
come
to
ordering,
forget
about
food.
