This is a Great location with nice people. I usually give this location 5 stars, BUT Today we tried the New Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich. As you can see from the photo, 2 Sourdough Egg, Sausage and Cheese Sandwiches were ordered online. It is a very busy location and they are doing their Best to Follow COVID Free Dine-in and Carryout. They do Not have a drive thru at this location. San Marco, St Augustine. So you pick your food up from a holding tray. Unfortunately, today they did Not pay attention to the order. I was given 2 Sourdough Bacon, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches. The Sandwich had an unusual flavor. I will Not order this sandwich again. I MIGHT Give them one more Opportunity to get the Order Right. I will decide the next time I visit St. Augustine. Meanwhile, I will continue to Enjoy my Favorite Frozen Drink.😋 Have a Great Day! Thank You for taking Your time to read my review.😊

It would be great if staff having the frost facing up when putting the donut in the bag! But overall everything was good and friendly staff.

The employees seem to be tired and stressed, which means bad costumer service. I understand sometimes can be hard dealing extended hours, the company should be aware of this things.

The staff members were all kind, but one in particular went out of his way to make my day. It was very kind and appreciated

All beverages for delivery should be in a sealed bag to protect customers, couriers and product integrity. A sticker over the straw hole does not provide a lid seal

I went here after dropping my family off near the fort. There wasn't a parking spot anywhere until here, so I indulged. Friendly, tasty, and quiet. The man working made wonderful recommendations

I come here quite often especially since I work right next-door, I got a Matcha Pumpkin Chai Iced Latte that one of the Dunkinristas helped me put together.. it was definitely delicious added all my favorites into one yaaaas Queen! Also the morning Dunkinristas are wonderful .. I've been to the even Dunkinristos and they were good.

This team of ladies on this day are awesome. You can tell they enjoy each other and what they do. I watched as they helped each other. Lots of smiles and laughs. Thank you all for all you do. Their smiles made my day!🤗❤️

My mother and I decided to swing by because we love Dunkin Donuts. ( And I even worked for one at one point.) The staff every day has been rude. Especially the young high school/college looking ones. We have stopped by for almost 5 days straight to get our coffee fix. And every TIME, it's rudeness and the staff acting like they don't want to do their jobs. Not one smiling face, not very welcoming at all. I am very going back to this location, especially in a very touristy area they should not be treating customers badly. Can't follow simple directions, less ice and we get a whole cup full of ice every time. Please don't go to this store, go to one of the local ones or be expecting rude service everytime.

This review is sincerely long overdue. This is hands down one of my favorite Dunkins in the country and I'm very happy to have it in my own backyard. Xander (I hope I spelled his name correctly) is truly a stand out employee at this location. Every time I see him I'm greeted with a smile and I know that my order will be perfect. The management and the rest of the staff at this location truly go above and beyond. Thank you all for taking great care of your regulars!!
