Far exceeded expectations! We have traveled to St. Augustine a few times and this was the best experience we had!! We arrived very late from our travels and Roseanne was lovely and very accommodating in helping us get into the property and our rooms. The parking is located on site and it is a very secure property. The home is so beautifully maintained. Our room was clean and the sheets were so comfortable. We loved the dual shower in the bathroom and the robes were such a nice touch. We had wonderful sleep! In the morning, we were served the loveliest breakfast and enjoyed conversation with the other guests. I highly recommend the Centennial House with Roseanne and her team. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit St. Augustine from now on!

This was my first stay at a bed & breakfast and didn’t know what to expect. If you have never visited a B&B I highly recommend the experience, and especially at the Centennial House. The employees were so kind and helpful. The house was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. You are within walking distance of everything you need to visit in St. Augustine. Breakfast was elegant and delicious. It felt like we had escaped to a far away resort.

We stayed in the Safari room for three nights and loved it. It's an old world house with modern fixtures and conveniences Help your self to the fresh baked goodies they have down stairs. Walking distance to everything. My room was clean, stocked and romantic. Definitely coming back to this place. I

Centennial is in a perfect location. Walking distance to Historic Downtown St. Augustine, but not so close that it is loud. The hosts were wonderful and attentive to our needs. The parking lot is not far away at all, and there are spots to unload your luggage before parking. Delicious breakfast included and the complimentary snacks and drinks are an added bonus that should not be overlooked.

Wonderful experience at this quaint b&b! The food was amazing, staff was super friendly, and the rooms were really nicely decorated! Loved the stay there—perfect sister trip getaway. Great location too! 10min walk to the Castillo de San Marcos, and lotssss of food and wine nearby. Lots of coffee shops also..great location overall. 10/10 would recommend!!

Talk about the PERFECT place to stay during a trip to St. Augustine! Every single box was checked. The room was exceptional with a well thought out decor, a larger bathroom than expected, and a bed that made it difficult to get up and moving in the morning because it was just that comfortable! The location was walking distance to everything... coffee shops, restaurants, the fort, all the cute shops St. Augustine offers, they're all just steps away. But above all else, the service sealed the deal for me on the trip. The staff was courteous, always smiling, friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a return trip in the future!

We had a great weekend stay. The home is victorian. I've seen reviews about how it didn't seem, I don't remember, but not up to snuff. It is. Let's remember it was built almost 300 years ago, and it's in good repair. The A/C kept me cold at night, the doors kept me safe, and the room was clean, and everything was as described. The hostess was very accomodating. Breakfasts were a bit upper scale for me (I'm much more simple), but they were still very good breakfasts. This place was worth every one of the 5 stars. I will absolutely reach out to stay there again next time we're in town. People seem to misunderstand B&B. If you want a hotel go stay in one. If you want the personal touch of a B&B where you get to have conversations with the hostess and do some chit-chat with the other guests, this is the place.

My husband surprised me with a night in St. Augustine at The Centennial House Bed and Breakfast! We arrived early but were still taken to our beautiful Victorian Room. The location is excellent and right in the middle of everything. Parking was very easy , close and convenient. Rose is an amazing host and made us feel right at home. The room was very clean and bright and well furnished. Breakfast in the morning was definately gourmet and so delicious! We will definitely be back!!

We had an AMAZING stay at the Centennial House! Rosanna and her wonderful team of ladies were so hospitable and kind. We loved having breakfast in the morning, everything was delicious! Rosanna made this delicious Orange Cake (thank you again for the recipe!). When you're there, you feel like family with everyone. The location is super close to the stores and is within walking distance of many places (Ripley's, Castillo de San Marcos, and Museums). The parking garage is also close by, so we were confident in knowing that we had somewhere to park our car at the end of the day when we came back from the beach. The house is super clean, the bed was so comfy, and the shower felt like a spa. We can't wait to come back!

I really don’t know where these great reviews are coming from (maybe the owners). We recently stayed here and the place was so rundown, old, and in dire need of repair. The place needs to be gutted and redone. We stayed in the handicapped room and the “bars”in the shower were literally hanging off. The bathroom was disgusting with no where to store items and a sink with no stopper. The TV had a wall mount but it was not mounted - it was just hanging there. There were packages of goldfish for n afternoon snack (no tea and warm cookies.). The breakfasts were very good but the owners promised us warm muffins the day we checked out as were were leaving very early, but they did not show up. We hated returning each day as the house is very depressing. The house looks beautiful in the pictures, but trust me, it is not in person. Beware of the Centennial House!

The owners/workers are super nice and accommodating and chill, and you can walk to pretty much anywhere here! Bed was super comfortable, jacuzzi bath was very clean, everything was very clean actually... They had free wine! And cookies and breakfast.

We just checked out from our stay last night. This was our first stay in a bed & breakfast and I must say, it could not have been a better experience! The hospitality really stood out to us. It was such a personal experience unlike a hotel. The entire staff was very friendly but the one that stood out was Jess. Very sweet and welcoming person. She went out of her way to ensure we had a pleasant visit and would chat us up like we were old friends. Good location, good food, unmatched hosptality, and wine included in the cost. What an amazing experience. My wife and I will definately be going back!

Went with my mom as a mother daughter trip. Was amazing, super great location walking distance from everything. They were super helpful in recommendations and they were willing to do whatever they can to make us have a great trip. Amazing breakfast it’s perfect amount and not basic. They had cute details that many B&B do not have and that made the stay great and easier. They had amazing cookies and drinks that you can help yourself to, and items to grab if you forgotten anything at home. The staff was amazing and they made us feel like family which made leaving so hard which I never felt that way before. Rooms were so nice and clean. The staff there is amazing and they made the trip so wonderful. For sure coming back to visit!

Our stay at the Centennial House was amazing. Great location, breakfast and rooms. Everyone there everything they can to make sure you have a great stay. The cookies and wine were a nice touch. The staff gave us great recommendations of where to eat and what to do. We will be staying there again when we are back in St Augustine.

This was an awesome experience! I stayed in the Palm Room and I didn’t realize it came with a deep tub with jets. Really good! Staff was so nice, friendly and caring. I truly enjoyed my stay because the level of detail is so greatly. Parking, breakfast and complimentary wine, sodas, coffee, tea and water are included. They even have a common fridge, pretty handy given that I never finish my food in restaurants. My room had a view of the street but it wasn’t crazy loud or annoying and I appreciate my silence a lot. It was pretty good, you can see the carriages passing by, woke up by warm sun and lots of light during the morning. I usually don’t write many reviews but this place was worth it totally! If I return to St. Augustine I’d come back here. It is super close to everything but far enough from the busy busy streets. They even offer free lavender sachets for sleepy time, it was great. I truly enjoy my breakfast, it was very yummy, decent amount and presentation. Place is really nice, clean and they really want to make sure you have a great experience. Overall Just stay here, you won’t regret it!

Everything was perfect and my husband and I can not wait to come back and stay again. We definitely got spoilt from wine, cookies, and the incredible breakfast for all 3 nights we stayed. The team was outstanding and made you feel at home, I honestly could not ask for a better place to stay at in St Augustine. Highly recommend to anyone.

For the past 8 years we have been visiting St. Augustine at Christmas, staying at the same B&B. It changed ownership and we found it necessary to move on. From the instant that Jess met us at the front door, boy were we glad we did move on. Everything during our stay was perfect. The location, the room, the breakfast, the complimentary beverages, a never ending flow of cookies, and the friendly staff all contributed to a fun and enjoyable stay. From the Centennial House we could walk everywhere. In fact our car never left the premises. We felt very safe at night with locked exterior doors that opened with our room key. Thanks to Jess and her staff for such a wonderful time!! We'll be booking next Decembers stay shortly.

This place was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend and I stayed here for the weekend and the second we walked in we felt at home. This bed and breakfast is very well decorated and beautiful on the inside. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable! The house is incredibly clean! They provide many free beverages (including wine)! And their breakfast and coffee was amazing every morning. The location is incredible, it is right in the heart of Downtown St. Augustine and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and to make sure we had a good stay. The saddest part of the trip for us was leaving, but because this bed and breakfast was so amazing, we know we will come back and visit and always stay there when we do! Definitely recommend better than any airbnb and more reasonably priced! Also, they provide aromatherapy towels that were so relaxing after a long day of exploring!
