I
made
an
order
for
delivery
the
day
before
to
make
sure
I
got
my
pizza
on
time
the
following
day...I
did
this
so
I
could
get
my
pizza
on
time,
because
this
was
lunch
for
children's
class
party.
They
called
and
followed
up
on
that
same
day
and
said
my
pizza
would
have
been
delivered
between
11
and
11.30
the
following
day,
which
was
a
great
time
as
it
was
lunch
time.
On
the
day
of
the
delivery,
no
call
was
received
to
say
that
someone
was
on
their
way.
I
did
not
panic
because
I
got
the
confirmation
yesterday.
At
11.30
I
tried
calling
numerous
times
however
no
one
took
my
call
.
At
12.15pm
someone
called
me
telling
me
I
made
an
order
for
pick
up
and
not
delivery.
When
the
day
before
I
was
told
that
it
would
be
delivered
and
a
delivery
charge
of
$20
was
added
to
the
bill.
To
which
they
then
asked
if
I
still
wanted
the
pizzas
on
which
I
responded
yes
I
ly
because
it
was
for
the
kids
.
To
that
they
said
they'll
try
to
deliver
it
right
away.
15
minutes
later
I
called
to
see
if
the
pizzas
left
the
branch,
when
they
answered
I
got
a
"We
were
now
going
to
call
you,
because
we
can't
deliver
it
again,
you'll
have
to
come
in."
I
wasnt
annoyed
but
was
very
disappointed
because
of
the
lack
of
communication
and
well
the
pizzas
were
cold.
