Our experience went to both extremes: things at Gators Dockside at this location were both great and disappointing. What was great: the prices, the freshness of the shrimp we ordered, the great cocktail sauce, the large portions of food we received, the eager-to-please sweetness of our inexperienced server; and the many large screen televisions playing something interesting for everyone. What was disappointing: The lack of a greeting from the hostess (not only did she not smile, she raised her brows and chin and said “This way,”); the time it took for a server to approach our table (11 minutes after being seated, during which time we looked around and couldn’t tell who was managing the servers—-we’ve both worked in the restaurant industry); the halfhearted attitude of the prep staff or cooks who put a rotten tomato on my salad (our server corrected that by bringing me a bowl of cherry tomatoes). Hopefully they’ll be better, if we return.

The food was fantastic! My husband ordered the gator platter and I ordered a veggie 🍔. The gator was actually pretty tasty. I don't know if it would be something I'd order all the time but would order it again. The veggie 🍔 was the best veggie burger I've ever had! It tasted homemade and not like the frozen veggie patties I usually get when I order a veggie 🍔 😒 Absolutely LOVED it! Vanessa was our server and she was amazing. Smart, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is sports bar/restaurant. They had a lot of TV's with Match Madness on. They also have an outdoor patio which is always a welcomed attribute for me 😊 Highly recommend this restaurant!

We came for my grandsons birthday. I gave 4 stars, because over all it was pretty good. Food, server, desert. I just think the food came out slow. But, we will be back.

I don't know what has happened but it has went downhill drastically. Let me start off by saying it took 30 minutes to place a order. When the appetizer came out it was placed on the table of the folks next to us for approximately 7 minutes and then taken off of those people's table and given to us. And this is what it looked like. Nasty burnt Grease...they're calling that a Southwest egg rolland. Wow.. also raw chicken tender. placed to my entree order and was told 15 minutes later they don't have it currently. Never again. I don't even want the food now where's your manager I'm leaving.

As always this is a great spot! My son if you couldn’t tell loved his food. And so did my daughter. I forgot the servers name but she was such a joy! Food was amazing! You can’t go wrong with the gator tail!!

My family and I visited this facility for the first time and I have to say customer service, cleanliness and food were great! I have always lived Gators wings but they were "extra" delicious when we went at night. Kudos to the staff for being excellent. Recommended location!

Beer was cold and shrimp tacos were very tasty. Burgers were OK, but cook couldn't get the Temps right. Ordered 1 med rare and 2 med and all 3 came out well.

Fairly certain it was the BBQ Mac & cheese that I had.... It was absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend. The service was really good. Wasn't too busy the night we went.

They charged 4.00 for ranch Overpriced for the taste It’s was happy hour and for 2 plates and 2 beers cost 50$ but they’re wings were over fried. Had high hopes but disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be back :/

Gators staff is always accommodating. They know my beer when I walk in. Usually drinks only. Friendly locals as well. Cheers!

Food is always good here. Fish tacos and sliders are excellent! Service was very slow this time. When the waiter brought the check, it was on a handheld machine that he wouldn't let me touch and just told me how much it was. He finally let me look at It while he held it. I put my card in and he stood holding it while I chose the tip and signed my name. It was very awkward. I had to ask for a receipt.

New to the area and this was my first time eating here (I got it delivered). I got the chicken wrap and I love that it has a little extra smokiness from grilling the tortilla; it was a nice touch. I also got a massive piece of cake (bigger than I was expecting) that I haven't eaten yet, but it looks sooo good. I'll definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

This is one of my regular places in Saint Cloud. The food isn’t special meaning you find any unique items on the menu but it is good. Service and quality of food is consistent at this location (tried another one and I was not happy).

Awesome wings! Great job! Should you consume 50 wings and a Grand Daddy at 11 AM on a Tuesday? That is a moral conundrum best discussed another time, but at Gator's Dockside you can.

We had a good time. Good food and friendly staff. We had a bit of a hard time with our toddler. She's two and can be difficult. Our server, Josh was super nice. He made me feel much better about the whole situation. He was also a great server. Kudos to him!

Food tastes like it is basically frozen from distributor and just reheated, not made fresh. It's not terrible, just not great. We were traveling from Tampa to Indialantic with the grand kids and needed a quick bite to eat, stopped on a whim and it happened to be kids night. Tuesdays kids eat free and there was a very nice guy making balloon animals, which was a big hit! Our waiter, Jonathan (JJ) was fantastic! He was very attentive and kept the drinks filled, always with a smile on his face. If you go, definitely ask to sit in his section.

Stopped here during a wildlife tour at the recommendation of our guide. Good food, nice place, and the service from Rachel was the best we experienced in the whole six week vacation in Florida. Give that girl a raise.

Our waiter (Terry) is one of the best! Kept the drinks topped off at all times and got our food to the table the second it was ready. The place is very clean and the food (wings, of course) were excellent.

Ordered a jalapeno burger that was very good with a side of onion petals. Not very many onion petals, but they were good. Had a margarita with my lunch. Menu said $4.99, but was charged $7.99. Asked the waitress and manager apologized and gave me a $5.00 off coupon for next time.

The onion petals with the house made petal sauce is amazing!!! I only order that from now on. My 1st order included the wings. I didn't like them at all. It's famous for this, so clearly it's my taste buds. There aren't any photos as I devour them right away.

The restaurant is cute and casual. Food is consistently good. Lots of options on the wings. We've enjoyed the soups, salads, and sandwiches too. The servers do a good job and are lots of fun. It's our traditional stop when leaving Orlando.

Everyone appears to be unorganized and very slow. I guess conversion with the local clientele takes precedence over anyone else who comes in and would like to order. That's from being seated to getting the check! The food was good. My husband and I would never stop here again.

We went while it was slower, during the middle of the day. Service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious, sweet tea was actually sweet lol. Overall a bit pricey, but a good experience

TERRIBLE customer service. The waitress got me one beer and took our orders (never checked back in to see if I wanted another beer). Forgot our fries and also forgot my son's iced tea. She charged us for the fries that we didn't get, so 40 minutes after not noticing she didn't bring us fries she brings us the check with the fries on it. I tell her "hey we didn't get the fries." Instead of apolozing she just turns around and says I'll go get it. We're already leaving, what's the point of getting us fries now? Horrible service, almost as if she had something against us for no reason at all. Her loss because I'm a great tipper. I tipped only $5 for a $71 bill because the woman working the front who sat us down was really sweet. Hopefully she receives that tip and not our horrible waitress. We definitely won't be back.

My grandparents and I come here often and have never been disappointed. The service is always great and we love the food. They have a great atmosphere with plenty of options to choose from. The only bad thing I can find would be that it's a little chilly, so we just bring a jacket.

Food isn't that great. Not many choices. They took all the good stuff off the menu. Good deal for Mother's Day and the cheese steak was pretty good, and fried mushroom appetizer otherwise food is average. I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to eat here

To start I recommend the Gator Combo Plate, a little bit of everything. For main dish the bowl are excellent and the half chicken looked amazing too. For dessert fry Oreo with ice cream tasted really good. Overall good.
