We had a nice family dinner. Chicken was super flavorful. Decided to be adventurous and ordered okra although it was nicely breaded and fried, I still don't like it. We also ordered a regular and a bison burger, both were good. We weren't fans of the potato salad but we're happy there was variety on the sides. The bbq sauces are good too . I liked this location, it's family friendly just please don't feed the ducks.

A day late, but this restaurant deserves to have my undivided attention for its review. My brother and sister in law casually mentioned this place and said it was good. Man, what an understatement. The place smelled incredible when we walked in. When we made our way up to the counter, I mentioned that it was my first time there and the young woman taking our order gave me the best breakdown of the menu, explained everything, and answered my all my BBQ questions. The gentleman next to her (I'm thinking he was the owner), gave me samples of their different types of brisket that just melted in my mouth. Hands down, the absolute best BBQ Brisket I have ever had in my life. The level of customer service is only matched by the quality of the food. I ordered the country cowboy or the cracker cowboy.... It was a huge mess of brisket on garlic bread ($1 upcharge) topped with jalapeños, onions, and cheese. No sauce needed, but if you want some, I recommend their hot BBQ for just enough kick and incredible flavor.. We also ordered a few sides to try out. We had the collard greens which are made in-house, not in-can, then fried okra which was delicious, and my favorite side, was the sweet potato soufflé. Our total bill came to about $20 total for my sandwich, all the sides listed, my wife's chopped pork sandwich, one soft drink, and a water. You won't find better BBQ period. Let alone for this price. We are commuting back and forth to Kissimmee every day this weekend for country thunder, but I would take the 20 minute detour anyday. We will be back there today to try something new! I wish they had a food truck out at country thunder.... they would make enough money to open a new store closer to my house! Haha a guy can dream. I'll review the next meal this afternoon! Looking for a casual atmosphere with a generally quick in and out- this is your place. Service is friendly, food is served to your table hot and fresh, menu has a nice variety to select from salads, sandwiches, and platters, BBQ is flavorful and moist. Pork, beef, or chicken. Easy parking but lunch time it’s pretty busy but parking lot is connected to large Publix lot so it’s helpful. Restrooms are clean. Stop in and give them a try. Nice change from typical fast food.

We’ve been ordering take out for a while here. They never disappoint us with their tasty ribs, brisket, pulled chicken, and all of their delicious sides. Today, we decided to dine in for dinner. Their service was fantastic and their Chicken Philly was so good! If you are looking for good BBQ, this is the place for you.

Some of the best bbq you will find! Wow, the flavor and smoke that came off of the meats here were out of this world. I don't know if I've seen better platter prices at many other bbq joints, either. The burnt ends and brisket were probably our favorite, but that might actually be doing a disservice to the other amazing items we had. The mashed potatoes are a MUST!

Family of 5 & all of us were happy with our food. Brisket was good. Kid liked the fried pickles. Mac-n-cheese could use more cheesy flavor, but overall the sides were nice. Service was very friendly and prompt. Prices were reasonable.

Nicely bbq’d chicken. We both ordered the Pulled Chicken Sandwich lunch special. The chicken was moist and smoky. The fries were cooked well too. We also had the Armadillo Eggs appetizer was spicy and delicious. We will be back when in the neighborhood.

Ok just about covers this place. If you're looking for bbq, there isn't much to choose from in saint cloud so this is your place. You won't be disappointed but you won't be over joyed either.

“I couldn’t get past the banana pudding,” said my husband. The banana pudding waved at him from the refrigerated display case so he added it to his order and thoroughly enjoyed it. Came home raving about it. He also liked his pulled chicken sandwich with Sweet Baby Ray’s bbq sauce. He wouldn’t try the house made sauce because with the fire logo he figured he’d get indigestion. Chicken. Cheerful welcome, prompt customer service, a small business, nothing to complain about, a happy customer.

Great spot! I tried the meat dinner and was truly impressed with the brisket! The sides were amazing. BBQ Beans, Collards and mashed potatoes were all great! I brought home a piece of the Mt Dew cake, and that was great too! Prices were fair and service/staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I have been going here for years and drive an hour round trip to eat at Meat N Fire! I have never had any complaints until today. The coleslaw had no dressing in it, the baked beans tasted like they were straight out of a can, and the brisket did not melt in my mouth! The only thing that tasted the same was the fried okra! I will give them another chance because anyplace can have an off day. The place was packed, so maybe they were in a hurry to get the food out. In the past we have always been very satisfied, and have even catered from them. I hope that today was just a one time exception to their usual delicious food.
