Stopped in the small Mexican restaurant on a Sunday for a bite. The place was welcoming and nice. Upon our arrival, there was no other customers at the time but shorty after others arrived. Everyone was seated in a safe distance. The staff was very friendly and oh yea THE FOOD.... That was very good. I had a carne asada (steak) and my wife had chicken tacos . Pricing was reasonable. Definitely will go back again and try something else.

Wow! This hole in the wall is the kind of place you hope to find. Their tacos de birria were amazing and unsurpassed. The margarita was a little too sweet for me, but I’ll forget everything else for the experience of those tacos and their hospitality. We capped it off with tres leches. ¡Muy bien!

We stopped in this afternoon after an airboat ride. We enjoyed margaritas, passionfruit juice, and an horchata. We had the appetizer platter to start, we also enjoyed the guacamole. Then we ordered tacos both carne asada and carnitas and both were delicious!

Burrito 3.5/5 Tacos 3.5/5 Service 5/5 Came here for lunch. The food was ok, it needed more flavor. I had to stop to congratulate the server, though. She was amazing. She helped us with the menu, offered some drinks, and she was working all by herself at the place. She was on point, and really good at everything that she was doing.

We went as a group of 8 and had a pretty big order. Everything looked good but 2 of us had steak burritos 🌯 and I have to say it was truly lacking steak. I think there was 3 bites in this monster $15 burrito. I asked about it and she said they only put in 6 Oz of steak but I am sure it was less. I feel bad about this review as I thought it looked promising. The hot wilted lettuce inside didn't help at all either. Service was great. Place was empty. After eating here I know why.

Amazing food! We had the Birria Tacos and my family fell in love with them… they also had excellent and fast service! Highly recommend (prices were very very good)

I came in TODAY Because I wanted some tacos for taco Tuesday. I come in and they have a sign that says wait to be seated. Well some other couple came in with me at the same time, the lady greet them and they got seated and they got me waiting, she ignored me. I waited for like 10 minutes to see if she was going to come out and say hi or something, I don’t understand this place was empty, I was on my lunch break and couldn’t wait any longer so, I walk out went to the New LECHONERA in the same plaza and they did treat me with a huge welcome. This place it’s horrible 😤 😤 Go to La LECHONERA 2 doors down they will treat you and acknowledge you.

The chicken and steak were seasoned very well. The queso dip tasted very similar to one I buy from the grocery store and the rice and beans were ok. The decor was beautiful and was a topic of conversation for us over lunch. Overall I liked it but didn't love it.
