One of the first Sonic Locations in the city and I love it. My food is always fresh and pretty quick shout out to this locations manager she's doing great. Its older I think they should get the machines working outside for convenience. Sonic Always has great deals thw steakhouse burger with tots is going on now for just $4.99

Place never offers the ability to order online always states unavailable so unable to participate in online offers. Service is lousy food quality even for sonic standards is poor don't bother and go literally anywhere else

I have eaten at Sonic hundreds of times in many different states since it was created in 1991. It is usually my favorite fast food restaurant. Unfortunately, this time at this location was my worst Sonic experience ever. It was disgusting. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and tater tots. One burger was with no bun. The burger with no bun was swimming in a puddle of grease. The bun on the other, along with the tater tots were completely grease soaked. There was no flavor to either except the taste of old grease. Unbelievably bad!!

Food was cold upon received. They remade the burger but the fries were then cold. It was lunch time and not crowded

My ONLY complaint so far..... If your gonna carry an apron, why not keep extra napkins, ketchup packs, straws etc so your not walking so much. Each time you have to go back in for something I need, you lose some tip 🤷‍♀️ just saying 🫣

for the most part theres always that 1 item in the order that comes out wrong but no matter what management takes care of it! they are super helpful and nice and the food 9 times outta 10 is amazinggg!

I went to grab a Cherry Limade because I was absolutely craving one. I wanted to order in the app, but for some reason it wasn't working. Because if you order drinks in the app you always get half off. The atmosphere was a little shady, I think there should be more lighting in the parking lot. It was kind of dark. My drink came out super fast and the service was good. The lady who brought out my drink told me next time to let them know that you tried to order in the app and she would have honored my half off drink which is much appreciated. I gave the service four stars because I felt like she was a little rushed and just wanted to get back inside.

The young woman that took my order was pleasant and friendly. I ordered a small shake and some buffalo chicken dip bites. I waited 15 minutes before the sign changed saying my food was on the way. Then I waited a bit longer and still no food. Then I had to go to. Enough was enough. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the woman on the speaker seemed friendly. I can't tell you if the Chicken Dip Bites or shakes are any good. I can tell you the service was pretty non-existent. The St Cloud store is very poor example of a drive in family type restaurant.

Terrible service. I am not sure what kind of unhinged females work here, but it is extremely outrageous. I placed three orders, and was told “ They do not have my order” After they confirmed it multiple times. Whatever woman was answering the phone was so rude and made my Florida experience comparable to fecal matter. The man “Aiden” was also no help. That is if he is a real employee.

Lacey went above and beyond to make sure she took our order and that we had everything we needed. It was hard to hear because of traffic, so she came out to take our order. She was very sweet and patient with us. We had a large order. She processed the order quickly and brought us our food right away. Thank you for being so kind and going out of your way to give us excellent customer service.

Service was nothing to complain about...we had the foot long chili hotdog, a cheeseburger meal with onion rings it was ok. I probably won't return I can get similar at a gas station.

We drove in and there were only one other car ordering but they took more than 10 min to get to us, not only that they took their sweet time, the girl with curly hair who came out to assist gave us attitude after we had complications ordering since half of the stuff we were ordering is out of stock which wasn't our fault that it took us time to come up with a new order. Note that we just moved to FL and it's our first time ordering from Sonic with our 4 month in the car and was looking forward to eat there and then we get this kind of customer service, a girl sighing and giving us an annoyed look while making rude unecessary side comments and then had the audacity to lecture us after we apologized for the inconvenience.

Ordered on the app which said wait time was 5-7 minutes. Took 22 minutes. Witnessed many other customers also complaining about the speed and wrong orders. Big Sonic fan but this was the slowest I've experienced. Hopefully it was an off day. Food was average.

I ordered the chicken tenders (5 count), and 3 out of 5 were cold on the inside. The tater tots were cold and some frozen on the inside. My diet cherry limeade tasted like pool water with flavoring. My friends burger was supposed to be a plain cheeseburger and the meat was cold and once again her order of tater tots was as cold or even worse as my order. They gave her diet coke instead of coke. When we were paying at the automated window in the parking space, we swiped the credit card, and there was no confirmation of the food being paid, so we pressed the red button to question if the order had been processed and when the gentleman was asked in the two way speaker he was rude and hushed us away from the question like we were idiots. Never again for this location. What ever happened to customer service and quality control of the food quality. I know it is fast food, but to give food like this and to treat us like this and to pay $25+ for this quality and service. No. 10 Thumbs down.

Sonic as a whole amazing just one experience at this particular location in St Cloud was terrible. I ordered a "small" milkshake charged for a large given a large not a big deal right I'll take it but all of the topping wasn't mixed it was nothing but vanilla ice cream and about a half inch of topping in the bottom. Once again this one experience hasn't ruined my opinion of the company as a whole but this one location had one bad order.

It was a very long wait but the food was OK. Typical fast food nothing special nothing to drive motivation to go back.

Ordered 2 Popcorn chicken meal. More cooking crumbs then chicken. Don't order it. Not worth it

Staff were very friendly and the food was served super fast. Very easy to order and you can even use your app too.

Very disappointing on ice cold french fries , we ask for new fresh hot fries and in return they just used the same fries put back in to the fryer, what is that health code with this type of action? How they know if I'm sick or not and they are putting the fries back to fryer? Also my potato tots were cold.

This has to be one of my best go to places for a quick bite. the food is always good and the price is right and comes out quickly and warm. The staff is friendly and attentive to anything you may need. Definitely a five Star in my book

Great fresh food, friendly & speedy service and surprisingly not that busy.

So last night I ordered a double quater pounder which the patties are thicker then normal patties BTW I have gotten them before so I know how they look, i get my order and they are very thin patties like for a regular cheeseburger but double I tell the manager hey my order is wrong and he assured me it's right . So I look it up on YouTube to make sure and for sure it was wrong. If he know it was wrong why not fix the order I mean I paid for it even my kids where telling him it's wrong but he did not budge. Really disappointed

Didn't have my first choice. That's fine. Got my order taken. Waited thirty minutes for a hamburger despite the lack of line. Probably won't come back. Onion rings were good, though.

The service is terrible. You place an order and wait and wait. You ca barely hear the person when they speak. With the place empty, your order never arrives. This has happened on two separate occasions. I will never go back to that place.

First time here. Not sure what to do so I pressed the red button and waited. I pressed again and again. Each time waited for 5-7 minutes . No one ever answered and said "just a moment" or may I take your order" , nothing. We just left and went to chic fil a next door. Same thing like this happened to me today in the morning

The food is good but if they can get good Wi-Fi it would make it a five star. Just saying. 👍

This sonic has to be the worst! The service it trash, there is ZERO organization. Don’t waste your time or money

Drinks are the only thing worth getting here. Tots are cold and the burgers have 0 flavor besides grease. Took one bite and realized I wasted 10 dollars per meal
