Ordered for the first time here at lunch which was quite busy but the line moved well. Unfortunately, it was a bit chaotic with the drive thru employee not quite understanding the order and having to repeat things several times. Also, food was missing from my bag that I paid for and no receipt given, so I didn't have the gumption to go all the way back from my house to the restaurant to try and explain the situation with nothing really to go off of.

I placed a mobile order at 2:34 pm I waited per 15 minutes my food never came. I called the restaurant for a refund after I drove home. They said I had to come back to the restaurant to get the refund because they couldnt do it over the app. You can take my money without me being there but I have to be present for you to give it back. I will never visit this location again. I still haven’t received a refund for the food I never received.

How hard is it for an employee to read a mobile order and get it correct? It's not rocket science yet they can't get it right. Every time I go to this McDonalds the order is incorrect, the food is cold and the hashbrowns are dripping in grease..

This drive-thru never fails to disappoint! Each time I order a double quarter pounder w/cheese only I am required to pull-up to an unattended window. This is where the waiting begins! This IS NOT a special order, it's a quarter pounder with cheese ONLY! This past week was the decision maker for me, when not only did I have to wait, I waited beyond 12 minutes, only to park my car, go inside and ask why? The manager asked the teen on the line where's the burger, to which he replied, "Oh, I was waiting on so & so, to come back." I'm like WHAT??? So, I've now waited another 5 minutes inside the lobby! Did the manager offer a freebie for our now 17 minute wait? NO! An apology? NO! We aren't that far from Wendy's, and will make the switch immediately.

Maybe you should fix outside menu's so ppl know what to order it was like that in August when I was in fla wth with all these fast food places in st cloud they suck

I ordered thru doordash 2 cheese burgers and 1 oreo mcflurry when i receive my order the cheeburgers were old the mcflurry add chocolate fudge wich i dint ask for it was for my 3 year old
