Like always meal was great hot and fresh. Customer service was great and friendly. The restaurant was clean and welcoming.

As usual, the food is good for fast food. The app has the best deals for price. But the lack of positive customer service and rudeness from some of the drive thru employees is unnecessary.

..... wife wanted a summer strawberry salad.....Ha! This diet will work!😡 pull up on drive trough...been there 7 minutes and still!.. the line of cars don't move. I seea parking spot! I'm like ha!. Bet ill be done in a jiffy. Ordered a summer strawberry salad!.......that they DONT make. Comes pre-packed... they are ready in the little fridge. I had placed the order at 2:15pm......😣at 2:43pm i finally get it!.....arrived home, wife told me is missing the grilled chicken, bacon and the almonds. .............I'm so mad 😠 I grabbed the receipt and call .............no one answered. Technology. .....is made life slower!

The morning crew today do not listen and then they lied to me. Order was a sausage biscuit and small seasoned potatoes. $3.63, they charged me for a different sandwich and when I told them it was wrong they finally gave me the right sandwich and stated they refunded the overcharge. They did not. Check your stuff folks. The old morning crew was great. This new one will steal from you.

This Wendy’s has improved significantly. I’ve been living in St. Cloud for many years and before the quality of the food and the customer service were garbage. Now food is always fresh, tasty ans they are very friendly!!!! Definitely deserves the 5 ⭐️. They have been consistent with the good service, maybe they change management or something. Please keep up the good work!

I went to the drive thru last night and I received the most horrible service ever. I ordered a baconator meal and requested my fries to have no salt. I went to the window where the employees were looking at me and proceeded to laugh. I felt so uncomfortable and upset at the same time, I receive my food and I proceeded to drive home. When I took the fries out of the bag they looked like there had been sitting there since the morning. I was upset at the quality of the food. I winded up throwing out the whole meal. The burger was drenched in mayonnaise and ketchup impossible to eat. Not sure if I would return to this location again.

Stopped here to get a quick chicken sandwich. Ordered on mobile app, but had to wait when I got there. Restaurant was clean.
