I had lunch here on Monday, the line was backed up to the street 192 and the parking lot. As usual Chck-fil-A had an efficient system that was helping the line move swiftly. I was in line from the time that I arrived 10 minutes to the time that I left. There is a reason that the lines are usually long at most (if not all) Chick-fil-As' 🙂. The customer service, and the food; although not particularly healthy. Overall: 10 minutes waiting on line to get fast food is not good timing BUT 10 minutes to get on line and get your food is not unreasonable in my opinion. Again we all have a choice to stay or leave when we see the line, and most of the time we choose to stay.

I ordered through uber ets the same thing has happened to me twice, everything is cold, the potatoes in wrinkled little fishes and it really seems wasteful, the food is extremely cold, the watery drink always likes to order with the direct delivery of the store which I don't know why it is not working before it said it was until 4 in the afternoon now it won't allow me at any time whenever I order the food it arrives hot and fresh but samples don't fix their delivery I won't buy from this store again I love their food but these two disappointed me a lot last purchases I hope you solve this order problem soon please with direct delivery with you I lost my money today because that food arrived in disgust I could not eat it

So my husband and I own a small business here in Saint cloud Monday morning I have to open the shop by myself I stop at Chick-fil-A like I always do and here lately. The service has been horrible. Last week I ordered a burrito and the burrito tortilla was so stale that it fell apart when I grabbed it. This morning I ordered a parfait. I had to wait 10 minutes for the parfait because they were cutting fresh fruit, I finally get my order. I drive all the way into work, mind you this is my only breakfast and no one else is here with me today to leave to go get more breakfast. I sit down and enjoy my breakfast, and this is what they gave me. Quality at this particular Chick-fil-A has declined tremendously.. so my husband wanted then to redeem their self this morning on 6/14/2023 and ya this time no granola

I stop here a lot for take out. They usually get everything right, but last time I went they forgot the salad dressing to my salad which was a huge blunder as that's one of the many parts of the flavor on the salad haha. But still will be stopping at this location for sure. Just something to keep an eye on before you leave the parking lot. Which by the way can get crazy due to the traffic nearby at Walmart and the main road.

This is a very good Chick-fil-a, one of the best in the area. They have such great food and wonderful staff working there. It is very clean and has a nice play area inside for children to play in. The service is very good and efficient, even in the busy drive-thru.

Any place which reverence God our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ, I will cater to. And the food is healthy for myself and for my grandbabies. Wonderful atmosphere when God is present wherever the spirit of the Lord is FREEDOM 🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕 LIBERTY 🗽

Definitely the best fast food joint in this whole trash down...especially when compared to that horrendous excuse for customer service at Chipotle across the street. Never eat there. Eat Chickfila!

The staff is so friendly, they even take your order at the table. Service was quick and love the fact they they have a playground. My kids love this place
