Our most recent visit to the St. Cloud Chipotle resulted in us going back to show the manager on duty the roach in our tacos. They offered to remake the order but we opted out. It was just really disgusting. They refunded our entire order but just be on the look out if you ordered/order from this location.

Who ever cooked the rice, carnitas, tomatoes at noon today is Amazing! It’s been years since I’ve had the food here taste so good!! Seriously, the carnitas was moist and well flavored. The rice was fluffy and balanced, tomatoes at their peak. Please keep it up! I could eat this same plate every day, as delicious as it was !!

Flies on my bow. I am a frequent Chipotle customer and I always order food in its different locations. However, at this unit came with flies inside my ordered picked up bows. Flies can cause illness, and when I contacted customer service, I expected at least the refund but they offered me 2 free entrees instead. Should I remove the flies and eat the food? Not clean unit, unhealthy and disrespectful solutions.

Man, this location sure has gone down in quality over the last few times. I've left my reviews on the app before when it's been "less the expected" quality but that never seems to work so here I am on google.....brown guacamole so much for fresh avocados looks like they mixed old with new.....highly disappointed

I usually don’t leave review but when something is not right you have to make who ever is in charge aware. I’ve been to so many chipotle across America. First there was a line of 6 ppl. Never experienced that before, many people working in the store but only 1 person serving. The food was cooking in the back but ppl walking around a lot. 2 people fulfilling on line orders but left the line of ppl waiting. The cashier walks off to add ice to the vending machine as ppl are waiting to pay. 1 person taking orders, making things go by so slow. When I finally got to the front, the guy serving me is giving people the smallest portions I’ve ever seen at any chipotle as if he needed to give exact portions to each person. To the point where ppl were asking for extra portions because the food was being under served, seems like he was skimping !! Not normal, because I’m paying $19 a half size burrito. Also when you’re adding hot salsa ask them how much salsa. Don’t pour the whole big spoon on someone food. Plz hire more staff and plz train your staff that your customers infront of you come first. You are the in the business of customer service. Thanks I hope you really read these reviews and rectify the issues. Oh and the food was cold!!!

This is the 5th or 6th time I've come here and they are out of something! This time was lettuce and salad dressing, last time was cheese, time before that cilantro and so on.. how do you always run out of stuff?? This place has poor management if you ask me! Also, there is a grocery store right behind you! Go get what you are out of if it's an emergency to please your customers. I also waited 2 hrs for a delivery order and never ended up getting it so I had to drive up here instead of getting it delivered. Customer service is everything and this is not it! 😡🤔 Do better!

Portions were good. Food tasted great but could have been warmer. They were patient and accommodating when we needed a bowl free from cilantro.

This restaurant is always absolutely disgusting. Whoever manages this restaurant needs to be monitored for removed! There is never any cilantro like rice because the employees say they don’t order enough because they cheap out and end up using all of it for their corn, they never have any meats cooked and ready and the assembly station always looks awful. There’s beans sitting inside of the salsa, meat sitting inside of the rice, and there guacamole on the floor that looks like it’s been there all day. Not to mention the bathrooms are always extremely disgusting and the soda station is awful. This restaurant needs new management and needs to learn how to order ingredients correctly so they can have correct rice.
