am
so
very
disappointed.
We
have
been
coming
to
the
St
Cloud
location
for
the
past
7
months.
In
the
beginning
this
place
was
fantastic.
Then
we
had
a
few
minor
issues,
but
they
were
still
mostly
nice
about
it.
We
let
it
go.
We
visit
every
week.
Usually
spend
about
a
130
bucks
a
week.
Last
Friday
was
beyond
awful.
The
food
and
the
service
were
just
not
good.
And
150
dollars
later,
I
was
not
thrilled.
We
were
asked
how
our
dinner
was
and
we
explained
what
had
happened.
We
were
given
two
cards
to
give
us
20
dollars
to
entice
us
to
come
back.
We
come
in
so
often
that
we
got
the
extra
150
points
and
had
10
bucks
off.
So
today
we
went
in
for
wings.
Apparently,
even
tho
the
20
dollars
was
given
because
they
messed
up,
we
could
not
use
it.
So,
I
want
to
understand
why.
Its
the
same
20
dollars
that
was
supposedly
gifted
to
us
because
of
the
lack.of
service
and
quality.
So
let's
show
our
appreciation
for
a
customer
coming
back
by
having
poor
customer
service.
Well,
tonight
was
the
third
strike.
We
will
not
be
coming
back.
Its
a
shame.
Most
of
the
staff
was
very
nice
and
knew
us
and
our
weekly
order.
Its
really
Beefs
loss.
You
ruined
a
good
repeat
customer
relationship
over
20
bucks
that
was
given
because
of
your
shortcomings.
Smh
oh
and
the
bar
was
packed
when
we
left.
No
social
distancing,
no
masks.
