    dude this has me SICK. i literally drank most of the drink before i even found it. DONT GO HERE!!!! dead fly’s in a drink is unacceptable.

    The only Starbucks in town that knows how to maintain its line around the building in an expeditious manner. Don’t waste your time and any other Starbucks as for two years they keep lines around the building from 8:30 in the morning on because they don’t know how to service people properly. We will all see the customer service contact us free coffee reply, because no local Management ever changes anything.

    Cashier given 20.01 for 4.01 purchase. The penny fell, and the customer picked it back up and gave it to the cashier so she wouldn't have .99 cents in change. Cashier didn't know what to do, got mad, and said she wasn't given a penny & pretty much called customer a liar for .01 cents. After arguing about a penny, she went and got the piece of cake ordered, bagged it, and THREW it on the counter. It was a piece of cake someone was buying me for my birthday. Cashier didn't know how to give back the correct change with the penny. Such a negative feeling over 1 cent. I will not be back to Starbucks anytime soon. THE CHANGE ISSUE WASN'T THAT BIG A DEAL, IT WAS THE SUPER BAD ATTITUDE OF THE CASHIER THAT WAS OVER THE TOP! Like someone was trying to steal 1 cent from her, and she wasn't going to have it!!!

    i came in wearing my carpentry work clothes , when i came to the counter i was told that someone would be with me shortly. In the next 5 minutes i would have two more people tell me the same thing as i watched two customers ahead of me get their orders filled and even the last two customers in drive thru. I now noticed that 3 o4 people disappeared and the two order fillers were now just staring with a look that made me feel out of place which was an odd thing, but yet no one even attempted to get my order this finally upset me and so I left. Not only did I leave but I went to Publix and spend my money on coffee products that were made by another company. I have firmly decided to NEVER buy anything that is made for or by Starbucks and that includes the ground coffee that I drink on a daily basis Your entire staff needs to be retrained on true customer service because my money is just as good as anyone else's

    Paris and Clara were so rude!!!! Terrible customer service at this location! First of all when I entered no one greeted me and tried to tell me they would be with me, they would continue to make their drinks and do what their doing EVEN THOUGH they knew I was there!!!! They would glance at me and go about their business!!! I literally had to verbally say, “Excuse me, is anyone available to assist me” then that’s when their attitudes started. When they finally finished my drink Paris almost threw my drank down and didn’t even call my name? And not to mention my drink was made wrong but a blonde redid it then had to redo it again but she added the wrong topping. But I had to wait almost 20 minutes for one drink which is ridiculous! Besides the blonde, the customer service was terrible, the wait time was ridiculous and I had to have my drink made 3Xs! This isn’t the first time!!!! Everytime I come here there’s an issue!!! So sick of it!!! I always leave in a bad attitude which is unacceptable! They need to hire a new crew or management needs to look retrain their staff. I’m from Naples, FL and I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism! This is such an unorganized Starbucks!!! I thought I was maybe being too hard but look at the previous reviews! It’s not just me they do this too. Terrible

    I went into Starbucks and immediately I noticed that the inside of the store had been remodeled. The counter was longer and the refrigerator section was gone. The store looked amazing. But what happened next was extraordinary. I had amazing customer service. I have never had a bad experience at this location, but the service was exceptional today. Bri H. was awesome. She went above and beyond. She made me and my 2 young daughters with the glasses feel very special, comfortable, welcomed, and appreciated as a customer. She even told them that she liked their glasses. Bri H. was kind, friendly, helpful, professional, caring, and she knew her job. Please let Bri H. know that she added sunshine to our day just by being herself. She should be a trainer for customer service skills. She exemplifies perfection in a world , where so many people don't care about their job or the customer. Starbucks, she is a keeper. Thanks Starbucks for hiring an Angel. And let her know that the mom with the 2 young daughters with glasses appreciated her kindness.

    Thank you to those who worked on Thanksgiving day , me and my family came in early afternoon & the whole team was very welcoming as soon as we stepped in . They went above and beyond for my kids & gave them an experience they’ll never forget. Thank you again !

    A two order coffee one was ready in few minutes, the other (and simplest) was not ready after 20min and when I asked they couldn’t find it in the system. After showing them my phone and the order they made it in 30 seconds.

    The employees are rude. I ordered ahead a Frappuccino and it said 10 min to be ready well I waited in a 24 min line to pick it up and it was melted when I got to the window so I said something and the lady said I ordered it 20 mins ago what did I expect. She made me think it was my fault instead of remaking it I left.

    I love this location, especially before heading to work! Sienna and Jaedyn always put a smile on my face, and I appreciate their positivity and knowledge when taking and handing out orders. The hospitality at this location is superb.

    Well the place was really cleaned, I ordered a ribbon crunch, dragon fruit refresher, mocha frapx2 And a vanilla bean frap The ribbon crunch was too bitter, dragon fruit refresher was decent. The mocha frap was decent aswell but one was too bitter. And lastly the vanilla bean frap was decent. The mocha frap and ribbon crunch, I don't think I could get it again.

    Sat in the drive thru lane for 20minutes before I got to the glitching screen to place my order where I waited another 15minutes in silence. No “we’ll be right with” or anything. went to the window and was just ignored. Tried going in but the door was locked.it’s Friday night and it’s supposed to be open until 10pm…

    You can tell they’re cutting corners when making coffee. They’re not putting the correct amount of espresso shots in the coffee during the rush. There’s no reason I’m paying $5+ for straight up oat milk.

    Honestly, there is one employee who works around 5/6 pm, in the window that my wife has encountered several times and EACH time she has been disgustingly rude. She was also rude to our friend who went through. Do better with who you hire Starbucks, this is sad.

    I have always been a Starbucks junkie. Back in the early 2000's I even worked at one (and they were one of the best employers I've ever worked for). Lately, though, I feel like maybe they've become too popular. Their drinks don't have that hand crafted feel anymore. They're so busy trying to pump out drinks and food as fast as possible that quality has gone down. Heck, when I worked there, they didn't even have hot food, only pastries and no oven to warm them up. It was all about the coffees and lattes. I still go but I'm more often than not disappointed. This review applies to all of the Starbucks in the area, not just this one in particular. I will say, the girl calling out names for drinks at this location was especially nice to everyone, so there's that.

    I just moved to Lakeland and the staff here are awesome . My drink order was wrong but the barista was so sweet that I wanted to be super discreet about it. The manager was so kind and remade my drink then refunded me . I insisted on still paying for it but she declined . Wonderful Starbucks! I will definitely be coming frequently because of the awesome service and I work just down the road .

    Starbucks is the classic place for obtaining your Java jolt. There is always a very new and very young person. Without a clue or common sense. Makes getting fast, correct service very frustrating or nearly impossible. I went to buy coffee for the house, but the store had no French roast, Italian, roast, Verona, or Sumatra. Disappointing. Bought my niece a $6 pink drink. First and last time I do that. Not for budget minded .

    Horrible, this is the Starbucks closest to me and I go very often and I’ve never had a problem. I went at around 9:10pm to pick up my order. As soon as they hand me the cup I feel it too flimsy and it spills all over my car. I also didn’t receive an item from my order. The banana breads were supposed to be warmed and are cold to the touch. Very disappointed, not going back at night time any time soon.

    Waited over 15 minutes for someone to just pour me a coffee. No fancy drink, just pour a coffee. Apparently, they cannot pour your coffee unless they have the sticker, even when you show receipt. I love Starbucks but this was weird. Also, coffee was COLD.

    This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lakeland area. It's actually nice that most of the employees know you when you come in, or even, if you order online. They know I'm a little picky when it comes to how I like my coffee, but here they make sure its right. If it's not, they will fix it with no questions asked, and they dont get frustrated with you, if they do, they sure don't show it. I had to stop going to the store that was much closer to me. They NEVER could get my order right, and the difference in the employees literally was night and day. The store on Wedgwood honestly is the best and the employees are the sweetest and I really do like a lot of the kids that work here. They're all very respectful. This speaks volumes about this company or the manager that runs this store. They seem happy and take pride in their job and they go out of their way to get to know you as a customer. It's hard to find that these days. Please be patient with them if it's busy, they honestly are doing the best they can and the fastest. Make sure you go by and you will see what I am talking about.

    I absolutely love their hot chai latte with coconut milk and whip cream. My girls like their hot chocolate with whip cream.. Their cake pops are awesome. I used the pink cake pops for my daughters sweet sixteen and everyone loved them and was cheaper than buying at a bakery.. Their pumpkin 🎃 cake, taste great when you request it warm with a side of whip cream. Absolutely addictive and taste amazing if love you like chai latte and pumpkin cake 🥮. I highly recommend it.

    I’ve bought a vanilla sweet cream cold brew everyday for the last few months here and the last 2 weeks has been toilet water in a cup. Please retrain your staff.
