Wow what a amazing atmosphere. From the moment I walked into “ Going Up” I can feel the positivity in the air. “Going Up” is a place you can go to and just kick back and relax. From amazing healthy drinks down to tasteful healthy donuts “Going Up” has it all. If you haven’t been to this place please check it out. ( definitely better than Starbucks.) Never knew being healthy taste this good. (Check it out today and see for yourself) “Going Up” is definitely going up lol . My favorite place to hang.

First time here today. I loved it. The atmosphere was great and the lady who worked there was super sweet and welcoming. Also she was very helpful and made it easy to make a choice from all the delicious menu items. I will be back again!

Stopped in here to get a drink with my daughters. The owners were so friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions to helping us pick out a drink. The drinks were amazing. We will definitely be returning soon to try out a different drink. Next time I might also get a waffle because they look delicious.

My family and I visited on the grand opening and everything tasted phenomenal my favorite was the strawberry cheesecake waffle the aroma as we waited for it was mouthwatering and my favorite ever mega was the coconut breeze oh my goodness so delicious my family also had the sangria and the pineapple Mojito which they also loved and we topped it off with assorted mini donuts which we all got to share everything was 10/10 highly recommended stopping by! OH and my girl fifi got the drumstick shake which is pictured, it looked so cool! Def had the nostalgia of a drumstick ice cream I used to eat as a kid

Alright Guys! Let me tell you about this new place my husband and I visited that I highly recommend. If you are looking for healthy nutritious shakes and breakfast please head to Going up nutrition!!! This spot is in a perfect location and inside is super cute and you can chill and relax while enjoying your shake or food. We ordered two coffees, received a complimentary shake! And waffles. The coffee I ordered was so light which I loved (iced caramel macchiato, other was white chocolate mocha) not very coffeeish nor sugary. Like I said if you're looking at something healthy and light please visit this location. Not only are the shakes delicious but I loved the fact that the shakes didn't have a lot of sugar my favorite was the strawberry cheesecake shake OMG super delicious, and filling. We also ordered the strawberry cheesecake waffles and all I can say is that it was the best decision! Brings 4 pieces that is perfect to share! We ate one each plus the shakes we were good didn't feel extra full or bloated. Dom and Tiffany were very welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend you stopping by! You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I came here on a whim. And we were not disappointed. My husband got the caramel mocha latte with protein powder and I got the coconut breeze both were delicious. He also got the protein waffles I believe it was a strawberry cheesecake flavor and I got the protein bowl with açai. I felt like I was eating was very fresh and extra healthy. It was nice and quiet in the space the owner was very kind she made a good call on my drink for the coconut breeze. I hope to see the shop stick around and stay if you ever walked by it go on up and give them a try. You are also able to customize things and take items off as well.

My hairstylist had recommended this place so my boyfriend and I went on 7-15-23 And right when we walked in we were greeted by Tiffany. She was absolutely amazing and so was her service. The place was beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. I had got the strawberry cheesecake waffle and my boyfriend had the red velvet waffle with our drinks being an Oreo shake and white chocolate frappe. Everything tasted so good, it wasn’t overly sugary and kept us full. Overall everything was fantastic and Tiffany is just the sweetest person ever can’t wait to come back and see this business grow ❤️

My family absolutely loves this nutrition shop! The owners are amazing and treat you as if you’re family. The shop is very clean and organized. Love everything about this place!! The donuts and refreshers are delicious and if you have any questions regarding the menu tiff and dom know every answer. This shop has plenty of areas to study, relax with friends or even host events, it is very spacious. I will recommend this nutrition shop to anyone!

Went in on a whim looking for something quick and light. Owner super pleasant and atmosphere was good for younger crowds to hang out and/or a study place. (Nephew loved that there were videos games to play 🤣) Glad I went and will go again.

Such a beautiful spot if you want to grab a shake and relax for a bit with great company. The owners are so sweet and efficient at what they do and you can tell that they love their job! I work at the salon downstairs and love that I can give my self and my customers a lovely treat from time to time. 5 starts all around ❤️!

My best friend found this place and we finally found time to give it a try and it was an ABSOLUTE hidden gem!! Can’t believe there’s been a place like this here in Haines city! Service was great, the atmosphere was super welcoming and we enjoyed playing on the Xbox after we ate. Thank you for having us <3!
