I ordered the loaded cheese steak fries. The fries were undercooked. It was an overall soggy mess. I also watched the staff while they were preparing the food. There are several who don't understand how gloves work or how cross contamination happens. Please give them better training on food handling and how to properly use gloves.

Thanks to Maddie for walking us through the food order system. We had a freshly made egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The store was clean and everyone was friendly.

I found this location to be a definite five-star out of all the Wawa stores in this area. Nathaniel, one of the food service workers, makes the BEST subs and salads. Most importantly, he's extremely professional and greets you with sincerity. Give this guy a raise! Excellent job Nathaniel!

Poorly prepared food. I asked if the sandwich was toasted, because it’s so poorly made it is not visibly toasted. Manager asked if i wanted the whole sandwich toasted more, like I eat toasted lettuce, weird and rude and degrading. Prepare the food well the first time without any conversation.

The cashier Gabriel was extremely friendly. He could tell I was lost and helped me find what I needed in the store and had a nice brief chat with me. Nathaniel making the food was pretty mean spirited and don’t pay attention to what he was doing; he messed up my order and was complaining about making the food while people were waiting. The other dude working the food was extremely polite and took full responsibility for my order getting delayed.

WaWa is, and always will be, my favorite convenience store/gas station/quick stop for drinks, snacks, ect. I have never been big on their food, although I know the menu is quickly expanding and improving. I will say that one of WaWa's best kept secrets is their milkshakes, particularly, their Caramel Cookies and Cream milkshake- not to be confused with the 'Cream Smoothie' version. Make sure you order before 2AM or after 8:30AM (they don't serve milkshakes during this time for whatever reason, even though they continue selling other blended beverages such as their smoothies, coffee drinks, and 'cream smoothie's',). This milkshake beats all the ice cream shops I've ever tried, in terms of the best milkshake, and it's sold for a fraction of the price. Also a great find are their fruit smoothies with yogurt. My favorites are Mango Strawberry, Strawberry Banana Mango, and back in the day when they used to have Mango Pineapple. The Mango cream smoothie is also to die for, but it's probably the only cream smoothie flavor I would recommend. Also, WaWa's app has a terrific rewards program that just underwent a few changes, which made it ten times better. If you haven't joined already, I highly suggest making an account. Their mobile app is awesome, and the savings pile on quick, earning you free items, discounts, and even free meals. This Wawa is always clean, and best of all, always open. The prices are good, and the frozen treats are even better!

Typically a very great Wawa, but today I was in there and not a single crew member told the owner of a massive (and obviously untrained) dalmatian to leave. In no way was it acting as a service dog, it barely responded to "sit" commands by the owner. They also did not clean up after the dog did its own business outside. I understand it is hot, but they were in the main store, not the air conditioned space between the the outer and inner inside doors. Be better. This is against health codes.
