Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. My 16oz sirloin was cooked perfectly the way I like it(medium rare). Great atmosphere with really nice people. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time, TRH never disappoints. Called ahead for the wait list which helped find seating alot quicker. They were nice enough to even accommodate us moving and sitting with family that stopped in unexpectedly to also enjoy a meal. Waitstaff was extremely friendly, responsive and observant. Oh and of course the food was delicious!!! EDIT: One month later nothing has changed. Still great service and fast table seating and great food with great staff!!

Busy as always and of course the food was great. The service staff need to pay attention to the customers more, especially when they order. The steaks were mouth watering,tender and juicy. I wish they would go back to allowing the customer choose a steak from the glass case. That way, you know exactly the cut of steak you get. This particular 1 did not.

I had the Steakhouse Filet Salad this evening. It is one of my favorite meals. The presentation this evening was spectacular! It was big, loaded up with everything just the way I like it. The Filet Mignon was grilled to medium rare perfection and seasoned just right. I don't think anything could've made my salad any better than it was. I enjoyed every single bite and ate the entire thing! Plus our server, Manny, was just awesome also! It was such an enjoyable experience eating at Texas Roadhouse this evening. A++

Very delicious food, their rice is my favorite, and the bread obviously has its great reputation, overall great restaurant, I’d say pretty well priced for the food you get, and overall a good experience

The best steak restaurant in town hands down. The steak size are huge. I always get 16 or 18oz ribeye with some pink. Never disappointed and the steak is cooked perfectly every time.

I haven’t dined at this brand in over 11 years. The last one I dined at was in Lawton, Oklahoma where I served in the army. The hostess who seated was extremely nice. She asked what we were celebrating and I told her my late fathers birthday. Our waitress was pretty nice but seemed a bit scared/nervous. The food was great. The only thing that wasn’t was my mashed potatoes which were cold. Other than that we had a good time listening to a fellow diner who was explaining to his new bud that he doesn’t care about peoples ideologies. Oh before I forget a manager checked to see how we were doing once. I’ll try it one more time to see if I get the same vibe.

We are from out of town and don’t have a Texas Roadhouse so we were excited to choose here to eat! Upon entering the staff were so friendly, the hostess made small talk the whole way to the table which was nice. Our waiter was extremely helpful and chill and just happy to be at work. When we sat down at our table we over heard a kid at a family of six next to us mentioning that his steak and fries had way to much seasoning - he ended up not eating his meal. The dad tried them and confirmed his thoughts. We were impressed with the manager on duty, Erica, who handled the situation very well. She later stopped at our table to check in - which we thought was very respectful. The buns and butter are always great, and the fried pickles were too. Also ordered from our party were a hamburger and fries and beef tips. The hamburger meat and fries were WAY over seasoned - like to the point where we didn’t eat them. The beef tips seemed to be sitting a while as the meal was not hot. Overall, fine experience because of the staff, but the food could use some help.

My family & i had a great time here tonight. We had an amazing & funny server, Devin. He checked with us multiple times making sure we had everything we needed & were taken care of. The service was very quick & the food was great!! Definitely one of our best experiences with Texas Roadhouse in St. cloud.

Checked in were told 45 - 50 minutes. Waited a tad over an hour. Service was excellent. However steaks were very dry and overdone for what we ordered. Server offered new steaks. However by that time we were very hungry so declined. Asked for some peanuts and she said she'd check because they were running low. Funny...where we were Sitting waiting we could see a supply area and the cases of peanuts were stacked to the ceiling. She did bring us some. All in all it was just okay food. I won't be in a hurry to Go back soon.

Firstly, I called ahead to get on the waiting list because I had a group of 14. The employee gave great directions on what to do when we arrived with our party. Upon arriving, we were immediately seated at the time we were given. We were served by two waiters with great attitudes and great patience because half of my party were kids. They made it very easy and welcoming for the number of people we had. The even made sure all the food arrived together so we could all eat together. The food arrived and was hot and fresh and never disappoints. From the steaks, shrimp, fish to the burger nice quality and hot food. I would refer this location to anyone if asked.

Always a good experience. We joined the queue online, so our wait was about 5 minutes. The server was attentive. The food was great. Each of our 5 steaks were prepared as ordered. Sides were great. The bread and butter was wonderful as always.

Me and my wife met some family for lunch. It was really busy when we got there. Still, they we able to sit use fairly quickly. I had the 12oz ribeye. It was cooked exactly the way. I like it medium rare. The services were excellent and also friendly

Food was good but too salty. Great appetizers. My steak kabob was too salty for me to eat. Those who had chicken tenders were very pleased with them. The restaurant was not geared for a group of 9. Couldn't fit two tables together so they used a booth and a small table.

I got the best lemonade!! Hailey, one of the waitresses suggested it. It’s one of her favorites and now mine! All of the servers do an amazing job at keeping up!! 10/10 would come here again!

Texas Roadhouse is a steak lover's paradise, and my recent visit was made exceptional by the fantastic service of waitress Brooke. Her warm smile, attentiveness, and knowledge about the menu truly enhanced the dining experience. The sizzling steak I ordered was cooked to perfection, packed with flavor, and served promptly. Brooke's friendly demeanor and efficient service made our meal enjoyable and memorable. Kudos to Texas Roadhouse for not only their delectable steaks but also for having such a remarkable staff member like Brooke who made our visit delightful.

We were seated at a table that had ice cold air constantly blowing on us. We expressed concern that the food was going to get cold faster than we could eat it. That is exactly what happened. 4 of us couldn't even get through half our 2 appetizers before they were ice cold. I told the waitress that we couldn't eat them because they were cold. I asked to move to one of the 4 tables right next to us that were empty and was told the tables weren't "available". Then she told the manager our concerns and told us it was warm earlier so they turned the air on. Still nobody cared and they did nothing. The rest of our $115 order came and the steaks were cold before I even trimmed them edges. Absolutely horrible first experience at TR. I have lived in this town for 20 years and finally decided to go there and I will never go again. Also, before we left, they began seating people at the "not available" tables.. Needless to say, we ended up just getting our cold food to go, and our tip reflected our dissatisfaction. We always tip 30-50% but did less than 10 percent.

I love this place but it's the first time they messed up on my steak. I had ordered the 16 oz prime rib but got a ribeye steak instead. What was most disappointing was that I drove 2 hours to get there for my sons birthday. The ribeye was ok, salty but I really like the prime rib and was a little disappointed. I had been waiting for several months for this. Hopefully next time they will get it right, they should read back the order after taking it.

I never have a bad experience here. The food is amazing and flavorful. I splurged for my 5 years sober anniversary and got the fort worth ribyee. So flavorful and salty which I liked. It paired nice with the mashed and brown gravy. I think they have a really good side salad as well and love u can get that as a side for no additional cost. I'm not gonna write anything about the rolls. We know they are amazing without saying anything. It's amazing but if I quote my friend it's a place that u love yourself while there but hate yourself for eating all that food after. I'm gonna sleep for 3 days. Keep it up

The waitress was new to this restaurant but was experienced. She was attentive and went out of her way to answer our questions and honor our special requests. Steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it. The shrimp was delicious. However the sides were extremely salty as were the appetizers and my date's chicken with mushrooms and cheese (can't remember what the dish was called)

Our server was awesome as well as the food. Everything was running a bit slow but I understand that almost everywhere is short staffed. Our server still kept a smile and was very attentive regardless how much running he did. Texas Roadhouse did not fail to live up to the scrumptious, mouth watering food we’ve had there on previous occasions.

First off, we did not get bread until we had to ask for it. We did not get silverware until we had to hunt it down ourselves. You ordered your meal? Good luck finding your waitress until they want you to leave. Better pull your cash out FAST because they’re not leaving your side after they bring you your check. I eat at Roadhouse in MN often and I’ve never been as frustrated with a restaurant as I was today. I understand it’s a weekend but when you’re known for your butter for rolls and you steaks, bread and silverware are expected. The other stuff was just weird.

Had an amazing dinner! Place was packed, but only had a 5 to 10 minute wait to be seated. The host brought drinks almost immediately, and the food took maybe 20 minutes. It was not bad for how packed it was. The only negative thing I can say is when I ordered the chicken fried steak with onions, it came with a whole damn onion sauted with it. I definitely don't like onion that much, but I just scrapped half of it away. Everything was amazing tasting.

2 of us arrived at about 2pm so it wasn't overly busy. We were seated at a dirty table with money from the previous guests still sitting there but whatever, we really are not picky and they cleaned up quickly. As always, the bread is delicious, however, we were given dirty plates for our bread 🤢 our waitress took a while to get to us, food was good! We waited quite a while for a box and our tab. The food is always good but they could step it up a lot on service mode.

late night dinner was fantastic!!! got there around 830 .. little bit of mayhem after the rush or looks like but Danielle was truly fantastic at the bar. Made sure I was looked after and kept my beer full. chicken and ribs were very very good. tender. neither were dry or over done. well definitely be back. thanks again Danielle.

Excellent service, we were seated right away. We chose to sit at the bar. Dani and Lisa were our bartenders/servers, very polite and energetic. Our meals were delicious! We were there celebrating our 39th wedding anniversary. The staff honored us with an anniversary cheer. I highly recommend eating here staff is friendly, food delicious, clean restroom and great atmosphere!

So yes, you go on a Friday night at 6pm the place is gonna be PACKED. Wall to wall people and over an hour wait. There is call ahead seating which is a lifesaver. Food is solid and portions are decent. The service is FANTASTIC, our waitress had so much to deal with and was still fast, accurate, attentive, and understanding! Reasonably priced, and all 7 of us got our orders faster than expected!

Excellent service! Having a mild allergy to garlic and onions (which are in just about everything) makes going out very difficult. I experience a wide range of assistance. The few times I've gone here and especially last night, I've received excellent service. I have a pretty good handle on what's risky and what's not. I ordered my steak (unseasoned) and explained the situation. Got Mac and cheese as a side as that's typically safe, which I didn't even question. The waitress came back informing me the Mac and cheese has garlic in it. Went above and beyond!

My boyfriend and I went there for Valentine's day dinner. They had a great system where you check in online and can sit out in your car until your table is ready, and I really appreciated that. It was obviously very busy as it was Valentine's day, but they did a great job of still checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed, they even had us cut into our steaks to make sure they were cooked enough, as sometimes when it gets busy, steaks are pushed out too soon. I loved the food and the service, it was a wonderful experience.
