Extremely
disappointed
in
the
customer
service
here.
I
ordered
a
bundle
of
wings
and
fries
and
the
team
forgot
to
include
the
fries
in
my
take
out
order.
When
I
called
in
about
the
issue,
the
employee
who
answered
the
phone
told
me
it
wasn’t
a
big
deal
because
it’s
only
fries
and
they
didn’t
forget
wings.
I
told
them
that
is
a
crazy
way
to
look
at
it
as
either
way
I
paid
for
something
and
didn’t
receive
it.
Allegedly
she
put
me
on
with
their
manager
(I’m
hoping
maybe
it
wasn’t
since
they
blatantly
lied
to
me)
however
the
manager
came
on
the
phone
apologizing
for
the
issue
and
promised
to
send
a
gift
card
for
the
inconvenience
since
there
was
nothing
else
she
could
do
like
credit
a
fries
to
my
account
or
refund
me
for
a
partial
amount.
She
stated
she
was
doing
it
that
evening
and
to
expect
it
within
a
couple
days.
It’s
three
weeks
later
I
never
received
anything,
so
I’m
beginning
to
think
they
just
said
these
things
to
get
me
off
the
phone
and
do
not
actually
cared
they
made
a
mistake
and
basically
just
took
money
from
us
for
nothing.
If
you
come
here,
just
get
wings
because
that’s
the
only
thing
they’ll
care
to
fix
the
issue
on.
God
forbid
you
want
some
fries
or
appetizers
to
go
with
your
meal.

I
reached
via
the
link
you
provided
and
still
have
yet
to
receive
any
resolution
to
the
issue.
Very
disappointing.
Used
to
stop
by
weekly,
haven’t
been
back
since.
The
poor
customer
service
has
taken
our
weekly
date
nights
elsewhere.
Very
unfortunate
as
we
love
the
food
here
but…
the
service
has
just
been
so
disappointing.
So
careless,
management
included.
