    Beyond frustrating. I keep coming back like an idiot expecting it to be better because there's no way it can always be this bad...but nope, it's always this bad. Wings always cold. Never any sauce. Would have had better luck opening a bag of frozen wings in the freezer aisle of a walmart and eating them there. At least it would be cheaper.

    The food was amazing. I ordered curbside pick-up and it was quick and easy. Everything tasted great and the best stuff is definitely the chicken. The sauces were amazing. I had the thai curry sauce, mango habanero, and original buffalo. My favorite was the mango habanero. It was sweet with a really good kick of spice. Overall, great experience and will definitely be going back.

    If you order from here, prepare yourself for a total gamble. I've had times where it was fine, times where I got home and opened it up just to find that half of it was wrong, and just today had an instance where I asked for 5 little sides of ranch which I figured was plenty, just to find out 3 of them had literally a teaspoon worth in. I sent a picture to some friends and they all said "what the?!" Where has the quality control gone??? Edited for another review: When will I ever learn... another online order and more misfortune. This time not only did they forget to give us our carrots/celery, but they gave us a pickup time of 5:40 so we get there at 5:30 and it turns out the wings were already done at 5:10. No updates or anything. This place can't be this poorly managed right?...

    I am an I.C. as a service delivery driver. I used to come here on a daily to pick up orders to deliver.. but I have recently had to take a set-back. On call, when we get an order we have a 10 minute window to pick up the food- but the expected pickup time should be when we arrive. So upon arrival, I have 10 minutes or it's no longer within my pay range and I will be losing money. When I first started delivering and not knowing any better, I was often at this restaurant waiting 25-45 minutes for a delivery. That's realistically, in smaller words... $6 WAGE PER HOUR NOT INCLUDING GAS. Nobody wants to waste time for that. I have stopped coming here all together, I have chanced it a few times thinking "maybe this time I'll get lucky..." and that has yet to happen. Make delivery drivers a better priority, or don't expect anyone to be taking your orders on route. This isn't acceptable for those striving to pay their bills and feed our families.

    It took the wait staff over 20 minutes to get us our beverages when we got seated. You had 8 employees just standing around looking for something to do. It then took over 45 minutes to get our food order placed, if I was management I would have just closed the doors for it was that bad.. I will not be returning to this location again. The food quality has definitely went down hill as well. If they plan to stay open maybe a restructuring is in order. Total time wasted 2:29 minutes. And to think it was not even busy.. such a disappointment.

    My fiance and I came here on a simple date. When we got seated, we weren't waited until another 20 minutes. Since it took so long, we already knew what we were going to order. Another 25 mins have passed, and we didn't get our drinks. So, when our waitress walked by, we asked for our drinks. She gave him his drink but forgot mine. Our food showed up, and when we bit into it, it was cold. My fiance got angry and spoke with the manager, and he said they could quickly whip up our food again if we could hang around and wait. We decided we were only going to pay for his drink and leave. The manager apologized for the situation and told us that they would send out a gift card for 25 bucks. About 2 months later, we got the gift card, and about 2 months after receiving the gift card, we decided to just do a pick up for our food. When we got there to pay for our food, the balance on the card was only 3 bucks. My fiancé was super angry. We haven't used the card. It was still wrapped in the receipt that it came with in the mail. We love the food, but this is such a disappointment, and we won't be coming back here ever.

    Waitress nearly mowed me over when being seated. Took 50 minutes to get our food. Chicken was slightly salty. Chicken sandwich was the size of a slider. Fries? Half the normal portion you get from restaurants. I don't eat much so I either take a lot to go or leave restaurants very sick. I left here slightly hungry. Waitress wasn't the most attentive.

    Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I ordered a bundle of wings and fries and the team forgot to include the fries in my take out order. When I called in about the issue, the employee who answered the phone told me it wasn’t a big deal because it’s only fries and they didn’t forget wings. I told them that is a crazy way to look at it as either way I paid for something and didn’t receive it. Allegedly she put me on with their manager (I’m hoping maybe it wasn’t since they blatantly lied to me) however the manager came on the phone apologizing for the issue and promised to send a gift card for the inconvenience since there was nothing else she could do like credit a fries to my account or refund me for a partial amount. She stated she was doing it that evening and to expect it within a couple days. It’s three weeks later I never received anything, so I’m beginning to think they just said these things to get me off the phone and do not actually cared they made a mistake and basically just took money from us for nothing. If you come here, just get wings because that’s the only thing they’ll care to fix the issue on. God forbid you want some fries or appetizers to go with your meal. Update 11/12/22: I reached via the link you provided and still have yet to receive any resolution to the issue. Very disappointing. Used to stop by weekly, haven’t been back since. The poor customer service has taken our weekly date nights elsewhere. Very unfortunate as we love the food here but… the service has just been so disappointing. So careless, management included.

    Good wings and the food is always fresh and the servers are all great and check up on you often. But I got food poisoning and felt it as soon as I left, currently writing this on the toilet. it sucks, everything else was great.

    Lots of good food. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere. Try the brisket tacos. They are amazing. If you are a sports lover, this is the place to watch and have a cold beverage. They have an outside patio as well.

    Great atmosphere to watch sport woth your friends or hangout. I go there for the wings"of course" and I am never disappointed. There are plenty flavors and you can mix and match. Food is really yummy. Service is generally great, staff is nice and very helpful. The only dark spot is that they often get flooded with orders and that can make your wait time an eternity. I had to wait 40mn for my order last time but other than that it is usually amazing.

    EDIT. STILL 3 WEEKS LATER AFTER THIS REVIEW AND WRITING COPERATE . NO RESPONSE BACK TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION . DONT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CUTSOMERS EXPERIENCE .Currently picking off 15 wings since they messed our BOGO order up and served us 60 wings instead of 30. RYAN the Manager insisted we return the wings so they can throw them away . Acting like we were trying to get free wings . Then tried to redeem free onion wings from the app and points were taken but their system was not working so RYAN wanted us to pay. We insisted we would not have got them onion wings if we knew we had to pay. He went on a rant about how he doesn't work for corporate and can comp it this one time ! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGEMNT EXPERIENCE ! Will not be back for a while

    Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited 2 hours for our food just for the waitress to give us the wrong order and then have the audacity to snap at me and give me an attitude on how it “wasn’t her fault” when I told her she brought us the wrong food. Multiple tables with parties of 5+ that had arrived way after us had ordered, gotten their food, paid, and left before our party of 2 had even gotten our order of 10 wings. Do not recommend if you value your time.

    Came in for lunch on 11/11/23. We waited for our for our food for over an hour and a half. Witch was not the worst of the experience we had, as we witnessed an elderly veteran who came in the same time as we did wait another 30 minutes for his free meal for Veterans Day. Poor service

    Slow service and the building is cold. Secondly not to rip on this particular B Dubs but we ordered the Ultimate Nachos only to find out that they don't even MELT any of the shredded cheese... Am I living in Lala land?

    Horribly slow service. Food and atmosphere poor at best. This has been a consistently below average restaurant for several years now. They are better off bulldozing the building and starting from scratch. Good luck to any and all that visit.

    Slow service, despite it being dead and only a couple other patrons. Only the person in the front eventually smiled at us to let us know the main area was closed as she was leaving for the night, however, I think you should have a sign or at least rope it off. Took a while for a server to come out, and they provided slow and slightly rude service. most employees seemed annoyed we were even there, but we arrived at 10 and you don’t close till midnight when I came. Had to flag down one of the guys cleaning to even get our check, because our waitress disappeared, watched the table next to us wait 10 minutes to get their card back, so paid cash and left. As we left, more people sat in the “closed” section that you guys should really rope off or show signage it’s closed.

    We always have a bad experience when we eat here, but we love chicken wings so we come back. We did a pickup order this time, a manager handed us the food, forgot the drink. The fries were cold, they’re even cold when we dine in. The wings are cold half the time we dine in as well. Something always goes wrong when we eat here.

    I'm sure it's hard to find good staff nowadays. Service was slow. Food was good/average. Atmosphere was a typical sports bar. One of the workers had keys off of her hip and constand key clanking sounds as she walked. A little distracting. It's still a good spot to grab lunch, though.

    For an appetizer we ordered the muddy tater tots or whatever they are called, they are covered with pulled pork covered in barbecue sauce, cheese sauce, the other good things they put on, the peppers were a little spicy for us and we had to push them off to the side. It's the first time we had eaten at Buffalo wild wings and we took advantage of the buy one order of traditional wings get one half price. we got the honey barbecue and they were very good! We think we will try and go again in the future!

    Order 15 wings, a cheese burger with fries and two pops for a total $59.83! Waiter never gave us refills, I waited 15min. for her to come back for a detail recipient to see what was so expensive and never came back. We will not be coming back to Buffalo wild wings.

    Bought a to go order while staying in a nearby hotel. These were the worst wings and fries I have ever had in my entire life, including microwaved wings and fries. Is it mandatory to keep everything under a heat lamp for 5 hours before serving it? Because that’s what it tastes like.

    Disclaimer: We were the only customers. I should’ve known from the moment we walked in the service would be chaotic because 1.) the host was unfriendly. 2.) As we sat there was a male worker just rudely staring at us blocking the doors like we were going to run out on the bill. 3.) Our order was wrong and even the waitress had no clue which wings were what as they were just all thrown together. (don’t get me started on the 4 O rings I got, sauce covering only half the wing and it being COLD!) 4.) My card was charged without me receiving the bill BEFOREHAND. How do you charge someone’s card without giving them their bill?!!!! 5.) Literally went through the most difficult process to ONLY get back half of what I was overcharged … This place is not serious about anything. I’ve came here multiple times and have never had anything like this happen before. I’ve also worked in food/customer service for numerous years so I know stressful it can be … but WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING. I’ve just been laughing in disbelief.

    Daddy-daughter night for wings, hockey and laughs. Food quality is always on point at this location. You may want to sit away from the entrance in the winter as it can be drafty nearby. Don't forget the BWW app for discounts or rewards.

    Today we had to wait over an hour for food when it arrived it was COLD not even warm. They took it back and within 5 minutes returned with it. If I wanted it microwaved to reheat I would of taken it home. Knew this as I had cut up 3 pieces and they were still on plate. Understand if busy but there was 7 tables in entire place used. Friends sat in bar 1/2 hour after we ordered and got theirs and left before we got ours the 1st time! Mgr took 5.00 off. I get it if busy or short staff but neither was issue today. Staff seemed to not care about the issues. This would be a 0 rating if possible.

    I keep going back because I keep hoping it would be as good as it once was. Yet disappointed again. These are buffalo wings. They put so little sauce it dried up before it got to the table. Sad. Tempted to open a wing restaurant next door.

    I have had good experiences with Buffalo Wild Wings until tonight. We ordered our food and my wife's came in about 15 minutes. We thought this is going to be fast tonight. 25 minutes later my son and his friends food came out. My food didn't come for another 10 minutes. Not once were we told food was going take so long and I thought it was common knowledge that food is brought out at the same time. My wife was done eating way before mine arrived or it would have been cold. Usually someone from management is walking around asking how the food and service is. There was no one tonight. It will take a while before I return and they regain my trust.

    Great food, decent value for your money. Busy place, but i wouldn't order a mixed drink from the bar. Sat at the bar for 20 minutes to wait for our take out order and seen the bartender use her hands multiple times to touch fruit and never washed her hands once.
