I wish I could give a zero star. I was served this. This is an embarrassment to the Applebees franchise🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. If you guys keep serving like this. The restaurant would shut down. Now let’s talk about the taste. This tasted like a white lady’s titis served with chill powder. The celery were manufactured and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked. You can tell the chef was either inexperienced or bad at his job. GO TO THIS RESTAURANT AT YOUR OWN CAUTION!!!!

Ordered the BLT sammich and wasnt inpressed, as it was very saturated and the ingredients were not fresh. Anyone who puts lettuce that's in this state, in someone's meal likely doesn't practice correct sanitary procedures and seems to not care for the health of others.

The food was pretty good, but what sticks in my mind is our waitress.Lauryn Z. She is very patient and kind. She was always there when we needed a new drink and always smiling. I was watching when she was serving other tables and could tell she enjoyed her job. Keep it up Lauryn your doing a great job.

Amazing food great atmosphere Helpful weight staff in manager. Would definitely go here again. I even have a weird thing about robbery bacon is rubbery bacon and When my food came out the bacon was a little bit squishy here than I like so I asked for some crispier bacon and the manager came up and asked me if everything was OK and I said yes I just have a weird thing about my bacon it has to be a certain way and she went back and had them remake the bacon so that way it was crispy and perfect just like I like it. Had an amazing experience at dinner. Food was quick even though they were incredibly busy. Waitress was amazing! I believe her name was Adriana. No complaints.

Food was hot and fresh. Server was attentive. We had the burgers + wings for a buck and it was very filling!

I’m very particular about servers, the one tonight (Nicole) was extremely pleasant! She spoke clearly and loudly. She checked in often but not enough that it was annoying. The food tonight (a 2 for $30 deal) was very good and happy hour beverages were delicious!

Horrible presentation of food that made it un- appetizing. The manager made it seem as if it was an acceptable practice. My broccoli was tremendously over cooked and the mash potatoes came in two separate lumps. Will not patronize again and will suggest you choose another establishment as I see similar reviews.

It honestly feels like the quality of food and service is rapidly declining every new visit our family has taken to this establishment. There are still a few fine wait staff workers that do make it worth the trip, but good luck, it's a hit or miss on getting them.

Kat was an amazing server. Food tasted great, and the drinks were super tasty. Loaded mashed potatoes and the Parm topping on the 12 oz ribeye was to die for. Thanks again for the awesome trip. Will be back soon.

Good service. The quesadillas were good. They were out of Angry Orchard though. Berry flavored Truly seltzer was a light, refreshing alternative. Now finding it only has 100 calories.

I promise you nothings better than the honey pepper chicken tenders with pasta! I’m a picky eater who only eats chicken so I have it a try. It is now my favorite dish of all time! If you get it make sure you get extra sauce or it won’t taste as good. I usually get a side of mashed potatoes as well.

We were seated fast and easily with my husband's wheelchair. The Waitress was excellent. The food was excellent. We loved the burgers. They were juicy and delicious. Thank you to the cooks! We will definitely go back again!!!

Went for all you can eat wings and found out there were only 2 waite staff tending to the whole store. But the service was phenomenal I didn't even notice until the one said something to a different table. But my food was great and the staff were taking it as good as they could. A+ I'll be back!

Wife and kids were hungry and started nagging. I needed a beer because of it so it was a perfect spot. I had the shrimp Alfredo and it was good. Wife is a clean freak and I heard no complaints so that must be up to par. Wait staff was great. Kept my glass full. I would have guessed they would have been busier on a Sunday afternoon but not at all. We got seated right away. Would recommend.

The chicken wonton tacos are delicious!! Id give them 5 stars. I should have stuck with that. Sampler platter was next, knowing it was going to be multiple snacks or meals at home. NOT a fan. And nothing on the sampler came out hot besides. I figured I'd like the quesadilla at least but it was floppy & cheese wasn't melted thoroughly. Now I know not to order those apps at least. Not a complete waste as my son will eat it instead.

Lots to choose from. A favorite place of ours to eat at. Wait staff is friendly. Very clean and has a good atmosphere.

I went here with a friend on 09-4-23, and we had amazing food. I highly recommend the four cheese mac and cheese , they also had great customer service and a friendly atmosphere. The minor complaint I have is that the triple chocolate meltdown we order is too rich and chocolaty for my taste

Three ate at Applebee's with ribs, burger and salmon. All meals came together and were good. Service was good. We were allowed time to visit in a beautiful booth. A very pleasant time.

Went for lunch Easter Sunday at 11AM when they opened. They weren't doing reservations, but I had called a couple of days earlier so they were expecting us. Their waiting area in front is small, but today we did not have to wait. Everyone working was friendly, atmosphere was relaxed, service was flawless, Applebee's was having a good day. When we left at 1245, they were fairly busy. The 2 for $25 or 2 for $30 is still a great deal. The tap beer is always fresh and cold. Margarita's included free chips and salsa this time.

Awful experience with manager, Katie! Not hospitable at all. I went in with 3 other adults and child, stated last call at 1020pm with menus still in hand. Very rude and enough to never be back again honestly! There are plenty of other restaurants open late with decent manners. The gentleman that served us was great and apologized on her behalf but shouldn't have to. Very smart and bright guy.

Nice atmosphere, good food. Kid friendly. -1 star women's restroom handicap/dipper changing stall has no privacy. While using the toilet you look straight out the gap in the stall door and everyone can see in. Had to use the diaper bag to block the gap and provide some small level of privacy.

This is a pretty good Applebees. Fast service and good food. I’ve been there a few times and it’s been a great experience. They have small televisions so bring your binoculars if you want to watch your favorite sports team.

Amazing food, not too pricey. They were fast paced for being busy. The staff was kind and friendly. We had a trainee, and she was just a sweetheart. I highly recommend this place if you are around the area looking for a bite to eat :)

Food was really good for the price, the sirloin steaks was cooked to my liking of medium rare. The chicken bowl is not bad either, really filling. The food service was a little on the slower side though, we had to wait for about 25 minutes, not too long. Would come again.

The service was good. The drinks and appetizers where really good. Great place you go late at night for food and drinks. Will definitely go back for lunch, dinner and any other time.

Our server Kat, was very unpleasant. She didn't seem happy when we ordered and asked for refills. I usually give servers the benefit of the doubt but I can't excuse her behavior when she CONTINUALLY rolled her eyes at us. I get having a bad night but her tone and behavior was unacceptable. My friends had other word choices to describe her but I'd rather not put them online..

Had dinner last night with family of 5 we come here often but last night our food was horrible also our margaritas tasted off the waitress and staff awesome and very friendly.... husband doesn't like to complain so we just left after paying the bill.... But for 4 meals and $100 bucks later not pleased, could have had MC D's.

I ordered my food through door dash. I ordered a burger with no garden set, no onions, no tomatoes, no pickles, no lettuce because of an allergy. I got a burger with all the above. Applebee's would not do anything for me and I had to pay for it. Door dash would only give me a partial credit!

I was very surprised the service I received here because I thought it would take a while to get seated and eat because it was so packed but I was pleasantly surprised and I would like to let everyone know that this is the first for me... I am almost always dissatisfied because of the service everywhere I go in st.cloud orthe surrounding towns... even the food was bomb!! I had the French dip and I will definitely be going back for that again soon!! Thank u Applebee's staff!!

Our server Sara was great! There was only a couple things I wish were different. The deeped fried bread sticks probably can get thrown away, dont cheat yourself Applebees. The mac and cheese with the chicken was on point, except it must have been done first, so it sat while the other dish was made. The Rigatoni is a hard noodle to get right and it fell alittle short in cook time. Some of them were... not al dente. We've always had decent to great service, this is my opinion of the last time I visited.

It's our favorite place to eat, our date night spot! We always get great service even though it's always packed. I recommend this particular Applebee's always. We're there a lot! The last time we were there ( moms b-day) our servers name was Sharmeeta and she was AWESOME!!!
