Service and food were both really good. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat at.

Who doesn't love Olive garden! Love the food, friendliness and accommodation of the staff, and the atmosphere 👌 Keep up the hard work! Prices are often better than junk food as well! Why have junk when you can have quality homemade food in a homey atmosphere. As always your breadsticks and salads are wonderful ❤️

The server was funny .her name was star.she check on us few times.the stuffed shells were good.

Olive Garden-The Italian Applebees…so I am probably being a little critical…🤷‍♂️ Friendly and expedient waitress! Had calamari app…meh. Other-house salad(found 1 olive-score!), breadsticks(little underdone I thought),sirloin steak meal-ok daughter liked the noodles, my girls had ziti and spaghetti/fries. Again everything was decent-though overall nothing much better than I could have at home-seemed better back in the day or maybe had lower expectations-And who else is bothered by space consuming, dirty ordering and pay tablets on end of tables. 😜

Omg chicken tortellini was amazing. Wife's steak was PERFECT! Worth the drive from Pequot

This is a very nice place to eat, usually it is busy and the servers get distracted but this is a busy restaurant. The atmosphere is good and the wait staff are very friendly! They sure work for their tips so tip them well! The food is always hot when brought to our table.

I know it's a chain. I know it seems like it's always busy. But that fettuccine Alfredo was worth it! Delicious! I did everything but lick the bowl. I will definitely be ordering that again the next time I'm there.

Its fast service, and good food that I like. And that's what we had. Fast service and good food. My wife and I both ordered our own entrees, and brought have of them both home for leftovers. Wife's soup was really good, as was my salad. It just feels like going out for dinner is getting really expensive. $60 for two people, without alcoholic beverages seems like a lot. Maybe it's just me.

I've always loved Olive Garden, but I hadn't been to one in quite a while since our local one closed. While traveling, we decided to stop at one because we missed it. While the food was amazing just like we remembered, and our server Sam was very attentive, the atmosphere seemed like it had slid a notch. The table we were at had loose uneven chairs, the restaurant was freezing, the salt grinder was empty, and the silverware was so water spotted I initially thought it was dirty. We will go back to another Olive Garden when we pass through a city that has one, but I hope it's taken care of a little better than this one.

Our overall experience was fantastic! The service started at the host podium and both staff were friendly and welcoming. Once seated, our server came over and got our drink order and due to us already knowing we were getting the unlimited soup and salad, we ordered right away! Our salad was out swiftly, but she promptly informed us that our soup choice was being made at the moment so we could pick a different one to avoid a wait, which I thought was great service instead of making is wait without knowing. Cannot rave enough about the St. Cloud, MN Olive Garden!

Today my fiancé and I had a server, his name was Alex. While Alex was waiting on our table an amazingly ignorant, impatient, selfish elderly old man walked from his table all the way over to our table to very rudely interrupt our conversation with Alex and say that they haven’t received their bread sticks and that Alex needed to hurry up, all while Alex had roughly 5 to 6 other tables that also needed to be waited on. After I stared the old man down in disbelief that he did that, we made it clear to Alex we were 100% on his side as Alex very clearly thought that was the rudest thing ever as well. We chatted briefly about how terrible that was… anyways, we got our food and everything was obviously amazing as it always is! At the end of our meal Alex made his way over and stated that he had comped our entire meal!!!! We couldn’t believe how gracious he was and couldn’t believe he actually did that… needless to say, Alex received a $100 tip and we all got the last laugh at the rude guy sitting at the table beside us. Food was great, service was great too, though I noticed none of the tables get wiped down. Our table personally had parts that were crusty, and it wasn't just little bits either. We watched as neither the bussers or servers wiped down tables thoroughly after they were cleared. Is this a new policy? Given the recent pandemic, it seems very odd. Either way everything else was perfect! Food was super delicious and our server was absolutely phenomenal.

Olive Garden is good, but not authentic Italian. It's a perfect place for your kid to take their prom date or to get calamari or another appetizer. I'd like to see them offer chicken francaise

Only the best Italian salad around. Alfredo sauce was so delish. Never will eat Alfredo from a jar again. Excellent service.

When we first showed up there was two people standing at the host stand. One walked away with out saying anything and grabbed menus. Stood there waiting to be seated for a moment with no hello,right this way, or a just a moment please. After a couple minutes we were seated. Our waitress came to the table and just stood there till I said what I wanted to drink. Not what can I get you to drink or hello. Just awkward silence. Bread sticks took forever and we never got our salad... we were not asked if we wanted anymore soup after it came. She rarely checked on us we sat waiting for boxes while she walked by 3 times and saw us done. It was my boyfriends birthday and we didnt even get a chance to ask for his birthday dessert. We felt neglected and it wasn't nearly as busy as I've seen that place. My boyfriends second time eating at Olive garden and he was very disappointed. When your bill is $98 service should have WAY better.

My mother and I came here for lunch. I had my 6 month old daughter with. When we got there, the wait staff didn’t say a word and just started walking to a table. We waited for 20 minutes (if not longer) and no waiter/waitress came to our table. A table right behind us that came in after us was waited on — and we were not. Very frustrating. We ended up leaving. I mentioned to the wait staff up front about what happened but they didn’t say or do anything. I do not recommend.

Went in for a late lunch and received the best customer service experience from our waitress! She was sweet, nice, and knew exactly what things we would enjoy on the menu. She gave us great recommendations to try and also said to give the strawberry cream cake a try for our ANNIVERSARY. Everything was awesome, husband and I split the chicken Alfredo. One of the best service experiences we’ve had. Would definitely go here again for service and food! Ariel is the best server at this location hands down.

I've visited in several different occasions in the past two months. Each time was just lovely. The staff are kind and attentive, I've only ever once not fully enjoyed my food, and it was simply a matter of preference. Keep up the amazing work!

The food was good, and came out quickly as expected. The waitress didn't clear our salad plates, or bowl until we asked her to half way through the entrees, despite being empty when she brought the entrees. And we only got refills on drinks when we asked at that point as well.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was extremely friendly and went way out of her way to make sure we were happy. I had the stuffed cheesy tortellini with chicken on top, highly recommend it!

After a long day with no time for a meal, we stopped in on our way home. Our server, Sarah, was a ray of joy and sunshine. She took the very BEST care of us and even though we had a couple little hiccups during our time there, her service was top notch! Our food was excellent and management was also very sincere and helpful. We both had an Alfredo dish with seafood, salad and soup. All equally good! We look forward to our next visit and hope Sarah is available to wait on us!!

Good food. Portion sizes for dinner are generous. Prices are high, considering most plates include pasta. Usually dependable quality. Nice plating, aromas, appropriate temperatures. Good flavor. Their desserts are delicious, but over priced. Definitely a popular place to eat in St. Cloud, MN. There is a fair amount of turn-over among wait staff. It's a shame because their slogan "treating customers like family" suffers somewhat as a result. Yes, I understand it's because they hire college students, but it's not a valid excuse. I do think many of the wait staff do great. Over all, still highly recommend for a satisfying, dependable meal even at later hours. (But watch out for thin soups! There have been many times where the "soup" was as thin as broth & there was no potato, Italian sausage or kale in it.) Experience has shown me, regardless of what they say, that portions ordered while dining in are larger than portions ordered for carry-out. My 2 quibbles: 1) They discourage outdoor seating more often than appropriate. 2) As long as everyone at a table orders a main dish, regardless of whether they order soup or salad, there should NEVER be an up-charge for sharing. Not ever. Should this form of theft be carried out against you, know that you have every right (& in my opinion responsibility) to not leave a tip. One thing that St. Cloud Olive Garden is doing now that they didn't used to? They are opening the doors for customers! This is common practice at other O.G.s and was missed. It may seem unnecessary to some, but it is so very much appreciated!

Great food and service. I got the all you can eat salad and soup (I got the chicken dumpling soup).

Service was not the greatest, lady seemed like she didnt wanna be there, someone else even brought us our food. Pasta was not either cooked all the way or was reheated cause was crunchy and sticking to plate.

It's been a couple years since I been to Olive garden and it's still a wonderful treat to eat there. I found it amusing that I was seated at the exact booth as I was a couple years back lol. This time I couldn't find on the menu what I had the previous visit but I know menus change so I decided to make my own pasta entree with some angel hair and meat sauce and a bowl of chicken and gnocchi. The salad and bread sticks that accompany the lunch is always a plus since my children love their bread sticks lol. I may need to visit again so I can try another entree.

One of our favorite places to have lunch. They have a great lunch menu with reasonable prices. I had chicken Alfredo with gnocchi soup & bread sticks. It was delicious & filling especially after being offered more soup from our exceptional waitress. Great food & Service, you can't go wrong! 👍👍

The decoration of the place is very nice, it is well decorated, everything is very clean, the staff is super friendly, they take good care of you, the food was fast, we did not wait long, a salad or soup is included with the main course and they give it to you before your main course is ready and you can serve yourself as many times as you want, the food is very tasty and you feel that the ingredients are fresh, I ordered a tiramisu and it was good. I give it four stars because I feel that the prices are very expensive, but is worthy.

We had lunch here today, and the food was hot and quick to the table. It was really fast, and it was oh so very good. But what did it for us, was our waiter, WOW.. What a great job!! Jared H. Was fantastic down to earth, real about the dishes and what he likes and recommends. Gave us time throughout the entire time we were there. He told us he normally cooks, but liked to change it up and help out in places needed. We were so happy with the entire time here .. Jared you have a gift, and Olive Garden you should be Thankful you have someone like him.

Tonight’s delicious meal was made even more amazing by our server, Zach, who was attentive but not overbearing, polite, and personable. His knowledge of the menu was spot on despite his being new to this industry. I really appreciated his genuine concern that we enjoy our meal. Thank you, Zach!
