Great food and service with a friendly atmosphere and decent prices. Typical bar menu but they do run specials like the hot beef commercial in my included photos. Lots of television's (7 in all). Very clean place as well compared to others.

We go there often. Good place to meet friends. Monday Eve they always give you a ticket and every 15 minutes you can spin for prizes if your number is called

Was there again a couple weeks ago. Always great food and sizable portions. And the best prices in the St. Cloud area. Normal corporate draft beer selections, along with about 4 craft selections. Besides the good food, it is the great service that also keeps me coming back! Down-to-earth, very friendly, fast, home-town type of service. For some, the laid-back atmosphere might not be exciting enough. If you want great food, very reasonably priced, with great service; then Friends is the place to go!

Food is excellent. It is very busy so they may be short staffed so you have to go to the bar for your drink.

We were served a Taco Bar for the rehearsal dinner for my daughter's wedding group that included 40 people! Joe communicated very clearly with us and kept in contact while navigating changes. The staff was attentive and took great care of our guests. I have never had chicken tacos that tasted this good! Many of our guests commented on this simple, yet very meaningful dinner. THANKS Joe and staff!

I had the Pile Driver and even though I'm a simple cheese burger kind of guy, the Double Everything Bacon Cheeseburger with Secret Sauce On Toast was Hands Up and Mouth Full the BEST BURGER I have EVER Had...! Drinks were mixed strong as well. I was filled to Perfection. Great fun loving staff as well...! 5 Stars? 😋😋😋😋😋 5 Yums beats it EVERY time...! Wish I didn't live 250 miles away

I've been a regular at this bar for over a yr and a half now. Tonight I was there for karaoke, dinner, and a drink. I had the mini tacos, 3 Pepsi, 3 water, and a double shot of Rumplemints on ice. I do not usually get charged for more than one Pepsi. Hanna you know me. It's close to what I order every week and I usually tip very well. Usually 30% to 50% of the tab. However, tonight was the 2nd time a new waitress charged me for three Pepsi. First off when you eat one refill comes with your food purchase. Thats two Pepsi. When you order shots, it's general knowledge you get one chaser with each shot. Thats a total of 4 Pepsi. I should only have been charged for one Pepsi. When I went to let the bartender know. He tried to say I was being aggressive, which I was not. Hanna you know me I am not aggressive. I have been around bars all my life my father was a musician and I, a karaoke host and dance instructor. This is what bartenders do when they are trying to get someone barred from the place because they dont like something that happened. Because he accused me of being aggressive twice I left no tip. Good job bartender and waitress the tab was 58.77. The tip would of been about 30.00. Now you get nothing for trying to tell me I was aggressive when I was not and the waitress was not tipped for over charging. Both of them should of known. Then again maybe they dont know what they are doing. This is business and 2 Pepsi may of cost Friends Bar a customer that spends about 60 every time there and the associated tips that will not happen as a result. Is you losing a customer because of both the overcharge and a bartenders attitude really what you want, owners and management? Hanna has my number around there somewhere if owners or management want to discuss this. Or you can ask me to call you in your response to this review. If it even matters.

Food was your typical var and resteraunt food nothing special. The pizza burger is the one i go for mostly, but the burgers are very slim imo. The service and atmosphere were lovely though

Ok I'm only giving this place 1 star because of what happened tonight. Every other time I've went there its been 5 stars I like this bar but whoever was working tonight is not a good employee. It is 1:44am right now. I went to the bar 15 min ago pulled into the parking lot to just go have a drink and play a 20 on etabs. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot the bar tender went and closed the curtain on the front window and locked the door when I could clearly see people in there drinking. Guess she didn't want our tips...keep it open till close it could be worth it for everyone in the end especially when you're getting paid till that time. Thanks I do love this place tho.

Tyler is the bartender you want. Great guy and has excellent service. The meat raffle on Saturdays is HUGE so get here early, like 2 hours early and claim a spot and relax. This is also an official Vikings Watch Bar.

I hadn’t been to this place since I was a teenager, my mom was a regular patron before she passed away and she used to bring us kids there for a good meal. I just went with my fiancé and it didn’t disappoint. My Bloody Mary was strong, so they aren’t stingy with the liquor. We ordered an appetizer thinking we were really hungry, ended up not needing it as our entrees were more than filling, huge portions! Food was delicious! We had to take a bunch of food to go. Thanks for the memories and atmosphere.❤️

The waitess was super slow and power service. The same waitress was on a serious power trip with another customer and stormed out the door the yell at a customer and hit my truck several times because of a power trip with another customer. When confronted the waitress said she didnt hit my truck but there is marks on my truck. For the response below, if you review the footage of where this waitress you will see her using another customer's vehicle to hit my truck which left damage to my truck. Which at that time then yes turn the footage over to the police so this bar can pay for the damage that your employee caused by continuing after asking her to stop causing damage but also asked to handle the business more peacefully. You could clearly see the waitress forced her way into another person's vehicle and used the door and hit my truck several times. I'm sure the police would like to see your employees are forcing enter into vehicles which in result did cause damage. But your threatening response shows how the atmosphere it self is terrible from management to the employees. I was not involved in any "scuffle" nor was I aware there was a "scuffle" at all. All I was involved in was asking your waitress to stop hitting my truck with the other customers door and asked her to move so I could get in my truck and leave which I did when she stopped forcing herself in another person's vehicle. I would recommend reviewing your cameras to find what really happened. As far as not coming back I won't be coming back where there is no accountability. I don't want my property damage due other people forcing them selves in to another one's personal property. The guy she was dealing with was clearly under the influence and that waitress escalated the situation while a girl with the guy was already defusing it.

The staff was very friendly, but the food wasn't all there. I cant complain really about what I had "French dip" but my sisters chicken tenders tasted like fish, aswell as my moms chicken melt. The burgers were good. But the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil.

Great Food, good atmosphere, and great staff. The place I go back to time and time again. So if you haven't checked it out I would suggest it's definitely worth it.
