I picked this pizza up and it was supposed to be fresh but as you can see it looks old. I ordered a hand tossed pizza the crust is incredibly thin there is barely no sauce and it is completely horrible. This is the third time I ordered from this Pizza Hut and the pizza disappointed me. Never AGAIN.

Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to. Tried to kick us out when some other group of kids were messing around even though we had nothing to do with that. Pizza was subpar. Employees were kind all except for the manager that yelled at my husband when he was just sitting eating his pizza. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place but this Pizza Hut is the worst waste of your money!! Find another one somewhere else because it will be worth the drive, trust me! If I could rate it 0 stars I would.

I haven't had pizza hut in years! But my daughter got a free pizza for Book-it (I didn't know they were still doing this!) so we went. Got a meat lovers pan pizza and it was better than I remembered. Took quite a while to get our food but they were clearly busy with carryout orders...which is good for them!

What an awesome place! We would've killed for a Pizza Hut like this in our town when we were kids! An actual place to gather with friends! TV, pool tables and shuffle board table, neon lights and music!! Are you kidding me!? Awesome!

Food was good - wings were cold. Breadsticks came after the pizza and wings - had to ask twice for them. Service is very slow - ultra under staffed. Wait time is horrible. At least pizza is good?

The food was great....but the app did not work to submit order....don't know why. Maybe I did something wrong but just didn't work. Also, I put special instructions on one of the pizzas to be cut in squares, and that wasn't done. Also, I ordered extra cheese on another pizza, and it seems like there was very little cheese on the pizza at all. With tip, my bill was $72, so with that kind of money, expected more. But, it was good pizza.

Manager was immature and had a bad attitude towards us and our group. Food wise it took 30 minutes for a single pizza when there were only 2 other tables. Food was tasty but that manager needs to find a less "stressful" job

When you have to wait 20+ minutes and weren’t told about how your fryer for the traditional wings would result in waiting longer. Poor communication. Do better Pizza Hut.

So many issues. First I was hung up on a few times and yelled at to just order online Second I watched a manager hand someone a bunch of food in exchange for something in a plastic bag that was immediately put under a hoodie, I was outside, and lastly I had gotten sick the last couple of times I ordered. I’ve had to walk out because music has been playing so loud I couldn’t hear anything. I’ve had to wait for the manager to get off her personal phone call to take my order or ring me up. The dining room is always dirty, and when I was waiting once I saw staff spraying cleaner on shelves which is fine, except they did it over an open box of gloves that they took gloves out of to touch food. And I wonder why I have gotten sick from there food lately. To sum it up. Don’t order here. Customer service is terrible, they don’t care. Not sure food is safe to eat

This place has suffered with staff shortages post govt shut downs. The staff that's still here is hardworking and friendly. I'm glad they are keeping one of the last pizza huts in the area alive. Food is still great too.

Thought going out to the restaurant would be a change of pace vs. having it delivered. Boy, were we wrong. You need to order from the counter when you walk in, and service was below par. People are nice, and food was good, but beyond that, it's not worth dining in, and that's a shame.

Ordered boneless wing with pizza. Hawaiian pizza and supreme pizza (pan crust) were both delicious and well made! Unfortunately, someone working there doesn't understand that the wings aren't supposed to be served like croutons in a soup. The wings were a soggy mess. Good tasting wings, but the crispiness vanished.

I've been to this particular Pizza Hut four times now and they're never ready when they open. It takes too long to get seated, too long for a server to finally come over and take our order, and extremely too long to get our food. I know this is a management issue when the restaurant is open it should be at 100% service! The food is okay but not for the lackadaisical behavior of the restaurant staff. This will be my last time coming here and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Worst Pizza place in town. This company would be better of closing when they are under staffed. It took over an hour and 15 minutes for a deliver that I was told was going to take 25 minutes. The door dash driver stated that the lady working was rude and not nice to work with. Of course the food was cold and not enjoyable. There are plenty of pizza places in town with better food and service.

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut a fee times and there is always something wrong. But tonight was by far the worst. I ordered pizza, wings, and breadsticks. The order was way later that what they said. When it finally arrived they forgot my wings and had to go back and get them. The Pizza was cold and the breadsticks were cold and burnt. So burnt they were dark brown and I didn't want to eat them. (This has happened almost everytime I've ordered from here.) And they were cold too. When they came back to give me the wings, they didn't even make new ones. I know this because they were super cold. Much colder than the pizza and breadsticks were. I didn't eat those either. This should not be acceptable. I would ask for a refund, but I know all they do is send a voucher, and honestly I'm done eating at this Pizza Hut. If you're reading this, I recommend you go elsewhere. Because this Pizza Hut location is terrible.

Pizza was good...as usual! Stood and waited about 5 minutes to get waited on though!! And there were 4 people behind us! Seemed like all the employees were moving in slow motion!! Nobody seemed motivated!! They were polite though!

EVERYTHING was cold & undercooked. No idea how anyone could've thought this was acceptable??? I know working for some dumb restaurant chain sucks but don't punish the hardworking paying customers. We're in the same boat as you dudes. Just cook the food right.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a pizza and some other things online, paid online, and got there on the scheduled time to pick it up. Had to wait an extra HOUR for my food. No exaggeration, that’s how late they were. Completely incompetent, staff had no idea what was going on and couldn’t get my order done to save their lives.

Slow service. Received wrong order. Restrooms smell horribly like urine. Will find a different pizza hut location in the future.

We were staying at the EconoLodge in Shakopee and walked down the street to grab some pizza. It was 8:00pm, lights weren't on. We went inside and asked if they were open, they said yes but when we told them their lights aren't on outside they said they weren't the ones to tell. Then we asked if we could dine in, were told yes, then 5 minutes later we were told they weren't doing fine in. The workers were acting like the adults were gone and they thought they could play adult and run a pizza place. Needless to say we left and found another pizza place to eat at.

NOT GOOD! pizza and cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks were cold. Wings were a joke over 10$ for 6 tiny and rubbery wings🤢. Paid extra for dip sauce and the ones I got were cracked and leaking as if they got crushed. Horrible experience never again will I order from here. I'll stick with domino's.

I delivered pizza for Gary's pizza for 4 years as a young adult for minimum wage n tips back in 2008 to 2012 and never once did I deliver a pizza like that.. And you 18 to 25 year olds now think you deserve 15 plus dollars an hour yet are mostly all slackers and stoners...Get some self respect If you can't even make a pizza properly and deliver properly you shouldn't be complaining about wages..

The atmosphere here's absolutely fantastic. Games playing all around you, a bar for more adult drinks, and good, consistent pizzas and pizza accessories. I've never been in a Pizza hut that set up like this, but I can tell you I will definitely be back

I’ve waited nearly an hour (two different times) past my wait time. I also ordered double sausage and hardly had any sausage. One of my slices didn’t have a single sausage on it.

One big reason I'm giving 5 stars... when you order pickup, there is a TV screen with names of current orders on a big monitor. You look up, see your name, and the word "ready" by it. No guessing. No worries. Brilliant!

seems like there is no extra cheese when ordered recently. I did not hear a knock, a door bell and i did not receive a call. Our pizzas were scheduled for 1230pm, i went outside at 1208pm and the pizzas were sitting outside on the chair. in -15 degrees outside. We had re warm the pizza.

I ordered online and after placing my order I received an estimate of 88-98 min for delivery. After waiting all that time I was relieved when I got a text saying my order was out for delivery. I sent my daughter to wait in the apartment hallway as usual. I live on the first floor facing the street and can naturally see the cars pull into my lot no one came. I never received my order the driver lied about calling my phone and was not even given notice that my order was cancelled. After 56 minutes of waiting and being hung up on three times. I was told that they marked my order undeliverable. At that point you all just lost a customer back to dominos for me.

My family and I went to Pizza Hut yesterday to celebrate my dads birthday. When the guy took my order, I told him about my food allergies, and he wrote them down. When my pizza came, it had red sauce on it (which I’m allergic too), and had to take some Benadryl. The guy said, “it’s tomato sauce.” It doesn’t matter, tomato sauce has an ingredient in it that I’m allergic to. They made my pizza again, this time with the correct sauce, and the first pizza was “on the house”, which I was relieved, but it did concern my family that they brought out the pizza that could put my life in danger. Luckily my family knows about my food allergies, and know what precautions to take if something did happen. My mom spoke to the cook about what happened, and told them that this shouldn’t have happened to begin with, even after the waiter wrote down my food allergy, and I specifically told them that I wanted the white sauce because I’m allergic to the red sauce. My 5-year-old second cousin was scared because I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate. She kept on asking my family if I was “ok” and that she was “scared” for me. I had to explain to her what happened. After she saw me eat the correct pizza, she was relieved and kept hugging me. Please listen to the customers about their food allergies, especially when it can be life or death for them.
