I strictly come here as a service delivery driver, personally I've never ordered anything from here. But picking up orders is always a breeze. The food is always packed tight and ready to go, I believe the only time I've had to wait only took a max of 3 minutes. Very delivery driver friendly, which is hard to comeby these days with people not prioritizing our orders. Staff is always cheerful, friendly and very inviting! Anytime I get offers to pick up orders from here, I ALWAYS take them. Amazing high quality service. 10/10. Thank you for always providing a great experience! 👍

Great food that goes from standard fare to twists on old favorites. Service was spot on never letting your drink empty.

Update: Decided to try it again. Spent $67 on calmari (so overcooked it was dried out and impossible to chew) medium well burger (completely raw inside) and a walleye sandwich (so over cooked it crumbled apart and bun soaked in grease). We walked away without eating. I wondered why thevparking lot only had a handful of cars at 5:30 at night. Posting photos. WARNING, AVOID THIS RESTAURANT. For the price, I was expecting a bit more. The fries were over cooked and hard, although we were told (not given an option) the burgers would be medium, they were all rare, which I enjoy but the rest of the family did not. Although the peanut butter was a unique flavor, there was nothing else that would make me come back unfortunately.

First time there and loved it! Had a California Lucy and it was so delicious! Tyler the bartender was awesome, very friendly and a great conversationalist.

Excellent dining experience here today. Our server was wonderful. He was helpful, fun, polite, and made the atmosphere much more enjoyable. The food was great too, the best I've had from a Crooked Pint. Will absolutely go again!

Had the poutine, which was absolutely heaven. The totchos, which were piping hot and smothered in cheese. And a juicy Lucy, burger was cooked to specifications, moist, and bacon was cooked perfectly. Fries were salty and delicious. I will definitely be back to try more on the menu.

Good food when they get the order right. I've gotten the wrong burger two out of the last three trips. The most recent visit I was given my meal and didn't see my waitress for another 20 minutes until she brought the bill. By that time I didn't even want my meal fixed, I just wanted to leave. To be fair, it was decently busy today when I visited. They are usually not very busy, but even when the restaurant is empty, the service isn't great. Will not be visiting the Waite Park location again after today's ordeal.

When I walked in and saw the menu I was not overly impressed. But then these large tater tot things arrived at the table and it was love at first bite. They were so good, now I'm craving them, a side effect I am willing to live with. Very friendly waitress, very good experience and a definite reason to not judge a book by the cover

The food was good, but the service waned. We were nearly finished with our food before our server came by to get us drink refills. I'm also pretty sure the 3% cash discount that was advertised on the menu was not honored based on the change we received and the fact that we did not get our receipt back.

First time, won't be back! Horrible.....everything tasted like pickles (didn't eat the pickle) , even the beverage was bad!inattentive service.....Had to go to the bar and wait to pay the bill....not busy, just no employee. Feet stuck to the floor.......not a good sign! Also way over-priced! It says right on the menu that they use 💯 Fresh Beef in their burgers- had a burger for that reason but wonder what part of it was fresh beef? Looked like 3 frozen patties squished together to me- McDonalds. People Don't Waste your time! Go anywhere instead!

My daughter and son-in-law invited us a week ago. We tried the Juicy Lucy and found it to be done to perfection! This is the first Juicy Lucy that I really enjoyed. Tonight, we returned. I had the best prime rib French dip ever! ( I eat them all the time). She had a shrimp taco that has her exclaiming over and over how amazing they are. I felt like having an Octoberfest beer and asked which was best. I was told that the Surly was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed the beer. This is a place with many surprises waiting to be experienced!

Had one of their Lucy burgers when I stopped in today, and was absolutely blown away. I don't believe I'd had such an outstanding burger in months. The service was lovely too, warm and welcoming, family friendly ale house experience.

We had a group of around 12 people there for a birthday dinner. The food was average (not bad, not great). Our server didn’t check on us often so we were going to the bar for drinks. Immediately after we finished eating, she came with our checks and said in a rude tone, “if you’re all going to the bar for drinks, here are your tabs”. We were not given the option to get more food or drinks from her. We moved over to the bar since we paid our tabs at the table. Around 9pm, we overheard the workers saying that they wanted to clean our tables, but they couldn’t because our stuff was there. It was not busy at all and there was no reason to rush us to get out of there. I was disappointed with the fact that our server gave us our checks early and the other servers were talking about us when we were within earshot. I would not recommend going here with a group. I understand that being a server is difficult, but I believe that attempting to remain cordial with the people that you are serving when you is essential to make the experience more positive.

We stopped to grab a bite to eat; we had the bourbon BBQ flat bread, the bourbon cranberry chicken salad and totchos, all are delicious. Our waiter was friendly and helpful.n

Our 6th time at Crooked Pint. Great service. Reasonable prices. Good food. Especially like the taco salad with large pieces of avocado and chips arranged around the side. Beef is the option we prefer. Quiet seating too.

Great food but service is slower than other restaurants in town. Have been here multiple times and am always waiting on the waiter to return to our table and for food to be brought to our table. Great Lucy burgers, they got rid of the peanut butter Lucy which I really liked.

We decided to dine out and the wife has always liked Crooked Pint, so we went there to eat. We waited a long time to be seated once we were the menus, we were given had sticky and dry food on them. The table we were seated at had food on the seat. Some of the tables were not cleaned off all the time we were there. The restaurant was not busy. The food was good, but we just felt the place was not being kept up. This was later in the day about 7 p.m. PS the beer was not very cold.

I ordered for delivery; the Saucy Double Cheese Lucy with cheese curds and the boneless bourbon chicken wings. Due to delivery the food was warm and slightly soggy (to be expected) the flavors and preparation however were totally on point. The flavor of the wings were amazing and still crispy with just the right amount of sauce. The Lucy was medium cooked just how I prefer a burger and great flavor with fresh toppings; and the curds although small hit the spot for a side order. I would definitely recommend the Crooked Pint for good eats and preferably in house. Skip the delivery and enjoy the food fresh from the kitchen. 5***** rating from me.

We stopped for lunch and grabbed our first Juicy Lucy. We were not disappointed! The food was scrumptious, the atmosphere amazing & service was top notch! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I did have my food delivered so, I will cut them a little slack about the food being cold. The fries were cold soggy and way to salty. I threw them away. The juicy lucy wasn't anything to get excited about. Very disappointed!

"Expletive deleted" Awesome!! I was in town for a week of training at Park Industries and knew I had to get a juicy lucy while I was in Minnesota. Crooked Pint's juicy lucy is the best burger I have ever had, so we ended up going back a second time during our stay. The stuffed tots were beyond delicious, I'm already craving more of them. Our bartender Cassie(sp) suggested the Alaskan White Ale, I have a new favorite! Now I just need to find a place in Austin that has it on draft...

Finally, I went here for the first time a few weeks ago since they opened for lunch, and I have to say... I'm glad I finally did go. Went their for a late lunch, but it wasn't busy (which was nice), so we got seated pretty quickly and were able to order our food. The food showed up, and I definitely enjoyed the option I had either the different sauces for the wings. Everything was tasty and definitely fulfilled my craving. I do plan on going back and trying other items on the menu when I get the chance.

My Juicy Lucy would have been tastey if it had included the juicy. There was no cheese what so ever in the Juicy Lucy, just hamburger juice. I flagged the waiter and told him the issue. He said the cheese could have just oozed out. You could see between the 2 layers that there had never been any cheese in it. Then he said perhaps when the cook was preparing the burgers that cook missed putting the cheese in that it. It was quite disappointing. He offered to have the cook prepare a new burger, but being halfway through our meals, it didn't seem worth the wait. A discount would have been nice. The fries, though, were good.

Everything about this place was fantastic. Our drinks were perfect and the food was so good. The cheese curds had such amazing flavor and were so delicious. To top it off, our waitress, Jessica, was the best. I usually don't name people but she deserves recognition. I highly recommend Crooked Pint and those delicious cheese curds.

This restaurant is really good. I have been here multiple times and has good bar food. However, we went here last night and ended up leaving before even being seated. We waited for approximately 20 minutes, with multiple staff watching the waiting area fill up, without doing anything about it. After watching staff for only one minute it was making me so anxious I needed to go outside and wait, while a member of our party of 4 waited by the hostess counter. I saw lots of staff snapping at each other and staff handing other staff wrong orders. They appeared very understaffed. After getting tired of waiting and still no staff acknowledging the waiting area, we decided to go to another restaurant. My mom even commented, "even if we did get a table I don't think I would want that staff to wait on our table", referring to the auditable snappy comments staff were saying to each other. The management needs to better train staff, and have systems in place to better support staff. This was a very unfortunate experience as we were celebrating my grandfather's 88th birthday. Hearing this chaotic and unprofessional environment put a damper on the beginning of our night.

Got seated at table tonight right away when we walked in. We were given menus and told a server would be with with us shortly. Sat for 19 minutes with no service. 1 worker ( the one who sat us) walked by 3 times. Another worker walked by twice. 3 other workers could see us from the other end of the restaurant and not 1 person came to our table. Workers were too busy messing around so our group of 3 decided we waited long enough and left. On the door it said they were open until 10:00PM but apparently they were done working at 8:00. We went to Applebee's instead.

I ordered an item and asked for all the habanero to be excluded from my sandwich and unfortunately they didn't do that so I was given a meal I couldn't eat (medical condition which means no spicy food) and when I mentioned it I was discounted 50%... keep in mind this sandwich was completely inedible to me and I wasn't willing to wait for another sandwich because we had already been waiting an hour and a half. To "experience " the Lucy it's cool but be very careful here if you have allergies

It was alright. Service was good when they had time to swing by. Seemed under staffed. Wife got a burger and said it was really good. I got the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich and it was TERRIBLE. Was a freezer chicken patty with the most awful seasoning/sauce on it.
