I like this place. Food is good, but it’s expensive. Employees are really nice. Decent app reward program. 3 things tho….They raised the prices 20% the day after college kids came back to town. It was pricey before so even worse now. Also, if you don’t round up to donate they’ll skimp on you. Less soup or forget ingredients/ pickle ect. I’ve been aware of this for a while but now with the price hike it’s time to say something. And they don’t seal the delivery orders like most places do now days. Like with staples or tape to keep bag shut. So the drivers can mess with your food , so don’t ever order delivery from here.

Came to the St Cloud location with two of my coworkers. We work in the corrections field and have always gotten the law enforcement discount while in uniform. Today was a different story. When the cashier was ringing up our bill, she asked the manager if corrections get the law enforcement discount. The manager looked over at us and smugly yelled, "Nope". Then had this arrogant look on his face with a smirk that was very obvious of his distain. I don't wanna take away from how awesome the sandwiches were cuz they ARE the best in St Cloud. Abiet pretty dang expensive. I paid $21 for just a sandwich. I remember not too long ago when $21 would get you a ribeye in a nice restaurant. But that's a different story. My irritation comes at the rudeness of the manager. I don't even care about the discount. Not like the discount is even noticeable. It was how he responded to the inquiry. In addition, after we had finished our subs, one of my coworkers forgot to grab the cookie he purchased, so he went to the counter to get it. That manager glared at him as if he was stealing it. He mean-mugged him the entire walk back to his seat. On the way out, I approached this clown and asked him if he was the manager, and he responded, "Yes." I then asked him what his name was. "Eli" was his reply. Smugly he responded, "Can I help you with something?" I said, "Nope" and walked out. I also would like to add, the rest of the employees were awesome. But unfortunately, the behavior of the grumpy manager ruined me ever returning. Too many places to eat in St Cloud to tolerate a d-bag.

I had a fraudulent order placed on my rewards account and Shannon was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process! She even took the time to contact the owner to make sure she was telling me the correct information since she hadn’t dealt with a fraudulent order before! Just wanted to say Thank you again!

The sub was ok. The soda machine was nice but only served carbonated water to me.

Fast service, clean place, decent prices. I got the veggie sub and it was good. I wish they had included more vegetables--but I usually eat sandwiches that look like a salad between two slices of bread, so I realize I might be in the minority with this critique. Overall okay, I would visit again.

Good food. Wish they wouldn't cut the bread all the through. My sub fell apart. I'd go again tho.

They girls at the counter were awesome this past Wednesday. Chatted with our sandwich maker. Sandwiches were awesome. Love to see as a permanently added to menu. Maybe as the "Slaws of Life"!🤣

I couldn't believe how rude host / cashier Michael was. When I asked to speak with a manager he pointed at the tall male that was making subs, who overheard the conversation but did nothing to apologize. I was a new customer to Firehouse Subs and will never visit this location again.

Where has this place been all my life? Fabulous food. The subs are hot but not too oilly. Delicious a hit with the kids too.

What happened to firehouse. This was my favorite sub shop. We came in today and upon opening the door. There was an extremely annoyed (welcome to firehouse) coming from a lady that basically had a scowl on her face. As I walked towards the register.. a large sticky spot on the floor removed one of my hey dudes. Tried to order a large sandwich and a small sandwich. Another lady said the small is literally like a2 or 3 inch sandwich.. so ok, went medium.. and large.. sandwiches we not good .. mostly bread .. but as we sat and watched the scowling lady basically throw sandwiches on the counter and never smile I realized that I’m not coming back … and please clean the dining room at least a little bit for the love of god this place is disgusting

They're amazing subs. Staff is polite. I usually get the BBQ brisket, and omg it's so good

Male Worker with long hair that has a pony tail and glasses- super unprofessional. Was in with my kids and he was behind the counter making sandwiches and was swearing. The female coworker had to tell him to stop swearing more than once- and then he got into a loud and disruptive verbal argument with another customer. Would not recommend coming if he’s working

Great tasting food served up by smiling staff. We love to pop in for sandwiches to go. Easy parking out front too.

I LOVE firehouse, I’m a constant regular here. Quintin is the best, friendliest worker by FAR! He truly makes the whole experience worth coming back. The rest of the staff could learn things from him.

Food is okay but the she/her at the counter was extremely rude and kept cutting us off mid sentence. And made the dining experience uncomfortable to the point where we just took the food and left.

To be honest? Not that great compared to other locations I've been to. The first time I ordered there the sandwhich was bad the staff were pretty rude. Figured it was a bad day. The second time though, same thing. The sandwhich was mediocre and the staff were miserable.

What a great restaurant to take a little boy too. There were fire trucks and fire equipment everywhere to look at. My son was in awe! He had a grilled cheese kids meal and he was thrilled that it came with a fire hat. 🔥 🚒 I had a New York Steemer. Yum! Sliced Corned Beef Sandwich 🥪😋 WöW All Day! Clean and fast service. Great experience. Affordable too.

The staff was very polite and friendly and the sub was awesome! The only complaint i have is when i went there it looked like someone had either dropped their sub or vomited right in front of the door to walk in. I felt that should have been cleaned up. It was kind of gross!Especially at a eat joint!

Ordered through the app and my sandwich was ready on time hot and fresh when I got there! Courteous and patient staff. They literally spent 20 minutes with a customer going through every item on their receipt for them to save a few cents at the end, and they never lost their cool.

I think this place changed my outlook on subs, I ordered a large Italian and I can say with confidence it's one of the best subs I've had. I wish I could order every day, but having occasions here let's me keep the magic. Also shout-out to the staff, I didn't get names but the ladies that prepared our subs were courteous and prompt with our orders. Would recommend to anyone seeking subs in St. Cloud.
