Culver's was a addicting experience. Their service is fast and the food is amazing. Just as a note, be specific, otherwise they might get your order wrong like they did to me because I wasn't specific on the butterburger. The atmosphere is clean, friendly and welcoming. I recommend you have out to eats here.

Employees and manager are rude. I've stopped there for 2 weeks straight at one point and ordered the same exact thing and they got it wrong every single time. Cheesecake mixer with extra cheesecake bites on the side... Simple right? Every time I either got charged for the extra cheesecake bites but then they didn't put ANY in the actual mixer, OR they wouldn't give me the bites on the side. I explained it in detail and still they would mess it up. When I told them they had it wrong the manager got an attitude and told me they couldn't do it because the bites cost extra. I explained when people order stuff they already know that they have to pay for what they order, I didn't ask to get them for free. Just bad experience over and over for me.

I went here with a friend hoping to enjoy some concrete mixers. When we ordered the food the lady talking our orders was very rude. When reserving the first concrete mixer we found a long hair in it. After telling the Culver’s crew they remade it and it was very soupy. As I received the second concrete mixer that was supposed to have brownie, cheesecake, and caramel that did not in fact have anything I asked for. But I did not know that yet. I took a bite and got a mouth full of peanut butter and Reese. I am in-fact allergic to peanuts. I went up and told the lady making the mixers. And said “we’ll that’s not what my screen says” and process to say I ordered wrong. Although I am grateful I realized it was peanut butter before I ate to much to have a huge reaction . 100 percent would never recommend here!! If I could give a zero I would.

Food is always hot! Staff is always fully staffed, kind and courteous. We eat here… a lot! & have never had our order incorrect. Always very clean inside too!

The food is always great, but this time around they forgot to give me my drink and my concrete mixer. When i got home i also realized that the ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions i ordered on my burger were missing. :(

We ran in for something quick on our way to the campground. We waited 25 minutes for our food. It was first presented on a tray and I said I ordered it to go. Then it took another 5 minutes for them to package it to go in a bag. So many people working but just not very organized. Poor team work.

Definitely not "fast food". Food always takes minimum of 20 min, even in the drive through. Place is a mess and drink station wasn't stocked. Our food was fine once we finally got it.

Line was wrapped around the building. My fries were fresh but my burger wasn't that good honestly. And that's surprising because I love this place.

The Butter Burger was definitely not like the one the show in their TV advertisement. It was like a flat pancake and didn't even cover the bun. Whoever the employee was that hand made the burger needs a lot more training or to be fired!!!! I think Culver's owes me a refund of $10.00. All I get at Culver’s is their concrete mixer, I always get the same flavor. 4 times they got my order wrong. They were nice enough to redo the first one. The second time they gave me a coupon for a mini scoop, not even close to the size I ordered. 3rd time, fortunately i caught it at the drive thru window. The 4th, tonight, we’ll, I’m not sure exactly what it was in the cup when I got home, but it was runny, tasted sort of whipped, like it was mixed with marshmallow cream. I ordered a salted caramel mixer, no, definitely got that wrong. They’re starting to get as bad as McD.

Was weird. I entered the Culvers. 8 workers but none were able to take my order. 1 saw me but went in the back. A. Few minutes later she came and I expressed that was the longest wait I have ever had at a Culvers. No other customers in Line.. She said she was in the back eating. Oh ok. Good job (:(. Make the customer wait while she eats. Another customer came in and someone helped them. Kinda strange. Food was good was usual but attitude and timelines of result staff was bad.

Went through the drive thru for a little ice cream treat and it was the flavor of the day. I paid and they gave me a number to wait in line. I waited for over 15 minutes for a flavor of the day 1 scoop. I finally was able to flag down the worker and asked what was taking so long for a little dish of ice cream. Second time, went inside and ordered a kids meal and the cashier was so rude to every customer. Asking questions about the kids meal, like what size fry I wanted. I said it's the kids meal. Better have some training on how to interact with customers, what the meal comes with, and just give the ice cream and not make customers to wait in line for it. Wost Culver's I've been to.

I stop in to grab lunch, place is clean and people are courteous… I had the mushroom and Swiss burger… so damn good

Ordered the sour dough double Burger. Worst Burger I ever ate. The meat patties were thinner then WHITE CASTLES burgers. There was 10 times more bun then Burger. I used to like CULVER'S BURGERS but this experience left me feeling 😩 that they R going down HILL on there Quality of Food. And Serving customers a lot less for what there PAYING FOR. Another Restaurant Franchise I will Never RETURN TO. Seams since this CO-VID Hit AMERICA A LOT OF RESTAURANT'S QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN HILL. LET'S BRING AMERICA STANDARDS 🇺🇸 UP. FOR IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS BRING BACK THE QUALITY AND SERVICE. IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO FIGURE OUT.

Very nice place to eat, especially if you want ice cream or burgers! I love getting malts from here and getting the Culver's Deluxe meal! Haven't had any issues with service or the food for every time I've visited, definitely recommend eating here.

I have ordered food from this exact restaurant so many times. And for the last 5 times, they have messed up my order and forgotten things. I will for example, order a burger without tomato, and they will legit, only put tomato and condiments on the burger. Its super frustrating and I don't think I will order from this one again :/

We have been to a lot of Culver's in Mn and all the way to Arizona. They have all been excellent except for this one. The burgers were good except for way too much mustard, the fries and cheese curds were excellent. The custard was not good not good at all, almost like it was melted and very little fruit topping. Huge disappointment from all of the other Culver's we've been to.

Hamburgers were fantastic as always, and fries were good also. Service was quick, no complaints there. The only negative was the shakes - we both ordered one and both thought they weren't good. They didn't seem to be made out of ice cream, or frozen custard. They weren't cold like a real shake should be, and had the consistency of cool whip... it was weird. It won't keep me from going to Culvers, but I won't be ordering more shakes.

Terrible. $45 dollars for them to not give me my sandwich and kids milk. The chicken sandwich I did receive was crunchy and inedible. Took a long time to get my food. Find somewhere else. This place doesn’t deserve your money.

I gave this Culver’s 5 stars before and I’ll do it again . My order was messed up they went above and beyond to correct it the manager made sure that everything was corrected for me when I came back and she also gave me fries as well. I will most definitely always come to this Culver’s in St. Cloud. The manager is also awesome

Food is good but I can never get the food I ordered. I don't go there much for that reason. We are always missing half of the order and there is only 2 orders. Then when you bring is to show them they get angry like it's your fault. Or when taking the order you need to tell them 3 times still get it wrong.

Stopped for quick food, waited forever for our to go order. The employees were loud and obnoxious. The poor girl ringing us out was trying hard to hear us and us her over the noise. A woman came from the drive thru and was missing a cheeseburger. We left and got on the road only to find my husband's sandwich was missing the top bun. To top it off it was the wrong sandwich too.

Service was at a slow pace. Table was dirty. After I ate my 3 piece fish dinner I went to pick up my sauce for the fish and found a fly swimming in my dip cup I show another couple of people and just threw it all away refilled my drink and walked out. Good food but dam. Things happen for a reason they say. Idk? Lady said to tell them I get a free dinner . I said it's not the people's fault nor the owner's it's just makes you wonder about nature and why be so upset the fly died eating it and I survived.

We tried placing our order outside for over 8 minutes with no sucess. Then I went indide and had similar issues. They kept coming up with 28 dollars and change for 2 single burgers, one with cheese, a med. Fri and a medium onion ring. Finally a manager came over and resolved the issues. Worst part, only the drive through employee was a trainee. Super disappointing experience

Me and my family ordered out at this location the other day, we got a cod basket and a shrimp meal. Unfortunately we didn’t receive our shrimp or our cod with our meal, but we called the store and the employees did what they could to make it right!! We got the meal redone the next night for free and worked out in the long run. I also work in food service so I don’t sweat it!! (Side note: they also messed up my root beer float and put strawberries in it by mistake. It made me laugh so hard I wasn’t even mad 😂😂) this was probably the worst, best, & most memorable Culver’s experience I’ve ever had all at the same time lol

The register girl "Reg2" was amazingly patient with us. Thank you. My shake had hair in it, though, and I didn't like that. It really ruined my appetite. Which was fine because the shake of the day was nothing like the picture. It was very runny. BUT.. the fish was great.

My absolute favorite place to go. LOVE the daily ice cream flavors! And not all Culver's have the same daily schedule for flavor of the day. I LOVE their cheese curds... Can't get any better. Love the side options other than fries... Though their krinkly fries are REALLY good with the cheese sauce. They have great clarity of kids meals too! Staff are great.

Stopped by to grab a quick burger before hopping back on the highway, the restaurant didn't seem too busy so figured it would be a quick in-and-out. There weren't many customers and there were easily 20+ employees, but employees were too busy socializing with each other to notice me waiting. After waiting a bit I asked the cashier if I could place my order as we needed to get going, and they were very rude while taking my order. While I waited for my food several other customers came to the counter with issues with their food, were given incorrect change, or to complain employees were rude, and were ignored or just given a coupon. Not a very clean or well managed location, not worth the stop.

I ordered a basket with fries and a side of onion rings. Got charged correctly, but didn't receive fries. Tried to call when i got home , abd no one answers the phone . So much for getting quality service . I sure do miss when businesses cared.

The food is good but the cleanliness could use some work. The bathrooms were disgusting and all the tables were visible in need of a wipe down. The floor was very dirty. I do hope the food area is better taken care of.

We went to this Culver’s on the way back home after vacation, and it was SO busy, but it really didn’t take as long as we thought to get our food. I had the Strawberry Fields summer salad with grilled chicken. It was The best!! It filled me up more than I thought it would! Way to go, Culver’s! Way to manage that crazy lunchtime crowd!!
