Great staff and food. I ordered the smokehouse brisket burger and it was amazing. Ordered it with some pink and it came out perfect. Great atmosphere and overall I would definitely come back here for a good burger.

They have Mr beast burgers here!! The burgers are very good and made with quality ingredients. Everything we try from here is always awesome. You can order from the website and get free T-shirts or other cool stuff with your order.I’ve had there food all over the country. I highly recommend them if your looking for something really good to eat.

After having issues ordering in the phone, I went to the restaurant and man who I believed was Manager came, apologies for the difficulty. And even told me to wait in my car as he brought the food out. Very thoughtful man, thanks a lot Greg and I hope Red Robin acknowledges your customer service skills, that was the perfect handoff

I brought my son here for his birthday and the amazing staff here went out of their way to make him feel special. Our waitress was so attentive, kind, and hard-working. Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had in some time. Highly recommend this restaurant, they're just doing it a lot better. I just wish my main course was a bit more flavourful than it was.

The food was really fantastic and the service was good! The reason that I am giving two stars is due to the sanitation of the place. Immediately as I walked in the floor was just sticky and there was ketchup on the wall (just to name a couple). Their bathroom was decent but just the dirtiness of the restaurant was just bothersome for our stay here and just grossed us out

The place: Nice place cool decor, comfortable sitting , exellent service from the waiter. The Product: excellent quality of ingredients and good cooking temperatures 🌡If you order a burger the fries or most of the sides are bottomless so you will not leave hungry. The bad: Not all the burgers are good! The Tycoon mushroom burger is bad, does not work at all the sauces should not be in that burger. Even the waiting staff admitted that he has to order with exta marinade to be able to taste the burger. Just don't it was awfully confusing to everyone one that tried it, just don't order it. The blue cheese burger was really good. They have the quality n staff and place they just need to have the flavors of the burgers re-tested by the chef.

Every time I have eaten here it's been great! I have Celiac and I'm also dairy sensitive and they have taken great caution with my meals and have a separate fryer for the allergy fries..... I haven't gotten sick yet and really appreciate the care they put into it.

Came to Red Robin as a party of five for lunch on Black Friday, and our service was both timely and polite for such a busy day. We ordered the chicken bites appetizer, and they were tasty but not incredible. Our burgers came out not long after and that's where the real treat was. The burgers were absolutely fantastic and the endless sides of fries with the various dipping sauces like the campfire sauce or the garlic aioli were awesome compliments. Our server Suzie did an excellent job of handling our requests quickly and was on top of all refills and super nice. Would definitely come back here again!

The guys that were serving me the food were absolutely amazing. Wonderful service. They brought me some extra fries. I assume it was a mistake order, or someone left the restaurant, but before I got my actual food, they brought me a basket of fries that they didn't charge me for. Great service

Had a very nice dinner at this Red Robin. Had probably the best gluten free bun I've ever had. Great service, the waiter was friendly and very fast with drinks and requests. Orders were all correct and refills and extra fries came out fast and hot.

Treated me with respect. I had a bad experience at Green Mill and walked away without eating. So it was very nice being served so kindly. Also, the burger was amazing. Highly recommend.👍👌💥

Very nice staff! First time for my kiddo and they loved it! Went in the afternoon pretty quiet but attentive service and very good food. Update.... Don't ever go at night!! This had become the favorite place for the kid and I to eat out at but not anymore. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the day staff has always been amazing to us. The food was delicious during the day but we went there on Tuesday 3/29/22 and I didn't even get to eat! First we were sat very quickly and the host was super nice. After being sat we waited about 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Now the bartender was doing her best and had a larger party but it's always best to at least let the customer know it'll be a minute. Still she was actually very nice. We ordered right away and she let us know the milkshake would take a few minutes for her to get to. No more than literally two minutes later the food came. I knew it was going to be bad. Two minutes for burgers and fries?? My cheeseburger was horrible. Obviously they microwaved it but even worse the bun was so burnt after the first bite I couldn't eat anymore. My kid was so disappointed. His burger bun on the bottom was so soaked in burger juice it couldn't be eaten. They had to have microwaved the burger with the bottom bun and the top bun wasn't toasted or warm at all. I took a bite and horrible. My kid kept telling me it was cold but tasted burnt yep weirdest thing in the world but the kid was so hungry he ate part of it. Now again the bartender did everything they could to make it better and was nice enough but we still ended up paying for sloppy buns and burnt burgers. I don't know why the kitchen staff couldn't take the time to make the burgers properly but it made me physically sick. We don't think we will ever go back unfortunately. Which is super sad since that's what I save my money for is to go every two weeks. So disappointed it was so 🤢

The cod filets were amazing. They were light and crispy. The steak fries were the best fries we ever had. My burger was hot and juicy and my Margarita was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Service was fast and we will be going back again!!!

Coming from Duluth I really never tried Red Robin. The staff was incredibly friendly, food was delicious. The price was a bit too expensive for a burger,fries,malt,pretzel bites for my taste. But nevertheless it was a good first time experience and I would recommend going for a party or get together.

It's been over 2 years since I've been in a Red Robin and I was so glad to be back. The food was absolutely delicious. And they had sweet potato fries my favorite. The restaurant was not crowded it was very clean and our food was hot and came quickly. Definitely will be back

Place is rockn. Had the scorpion burger and it was hot and awesome definitely would do it again. The waiter was super awesome wish I had remembered his name but he was about 40 and had long hair made the experience fun and he more than kept up with our group of 15. St cloud MN

I'm a bit of a chili fan, but I wasn't expecting mashed up old hamburger's as the source of meat with a sprinkle of chili dust and a few black beans. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty good for the most part, but was pretty disappointed with the quality of the chili. Would have gave it 3 stars if I had at least 5 bites from the amount that I was given. 4 bites just didn't fill the tank.

Drinks appetizers and entrees were all out very quickly. Food was hot and fresh. Service was great.

This place never disappoints. Good food, great staff, fair prices. Atmosphere gets 4 stars because the music was a little loud this time, had to raise my voice to just talk at the table to someone sitting next to me. Food at 4 stars because our appetizer (pretzel bites) were clearly overcooked. The bites were blackened and the runoff butter was very dark meaning it was cooked too long. Still edible. Everything else was great! And clean!

They were a bit busy during my latest visit and clearly understaffed as the servers were running like crazy, the bartender was our server and we were in a different room. It took about 15 minutes after being seated to be acknowledged and get drink orders in, but after that, service was quite good, all things considered. The food came fast and was good. Side refills were prompt.

Very clean and in prefect order. Beer is available. Overall a good experience. I think the size of the burgers are smaller than before though. Ever ending fries is a perk if interested in that. The service was top notch.

5 stars. We had a group of 8 ranging from little kids to grandma, including some with gluten allergies. We all enjoyed our food, and the gluten options were also enjoyable. It's hard to find a restaurant that can accommodate 8 different people's tastes and food allergies, so this was a great choice for all the varieties they offer. We highly recommend Red Robin.

Relaxed atmosphere. Lost a star for the lingering smell of grease and meat. Friendly staff. Tasty food. A burger lovers dream, but make sure you get the higher quality burgers. Standard American fare with opportunities for customization. I go for the bottomless sweet potato fries!

Parking lot is a 1 way disaster (what little spots are left). Took forever to be greeted upon entry. Place is beyond filthy. The plexiglass makes you want to gag. Menu has really been scaled back. Food was good and server was on the ball. Another table ordered a tower of onion rings and got like 5 rings. Had a half a handful of fries with my sandwich so I had to order more. Place almost has a dirty smell to it.
