Over 50% of the time I come to this location my order is delivered wrong. When you try to call the store they don't answer, and if you complain online you'll receive a letter stating "I've tried to contact you several times" after no such contact was attempted. That's no emails, no missed calls, just a complete disregard for people's dietary choices or constraints.

I come here as a delivery driver to pick up orders, not as a customer. There has been some really good days coming in, to pick up orders... but also very very BAD events. I've had several experiences where I'm expected to pick up the order that should be ready before I arrive. I usually let 5-10 wait minutes slide, with previous fast food experience I can understand how it goes. But to sit at the front counter and wait for 25-45 minutes without any interactions as to helping me, or asking me what order I'm waiting for.. awful. Countless times I've waited, had all the patience. Politely asked the ETA for the order I'm picking up for another customer through a 3rd party delivery app... and I get "oh just a moment.." or "we are bagging it up right now" and they'll put out other deliveries before me when nobody else is in the store but me. I feel like it's done purposely. To make eyecontact aggressively and to walk away and not come back to help... alright. I haven't been to this McDonald's to take orders since. NOT delivery driver friendly.

Very Poor Services at this Mickey D’s.!!!! That place is SO DISRESPECTFULLY and ALWAYS given the WRONG ORDER. Went to for a DIET Coke and person that took my order, took it wrong cuz there is a difference between a DIET COKE and a LARGE FRiES, they don’t gave me a receipt, and go to PU my pop, and I tell them polite that I paid for a pop - not for a large fries and they ask for a receipt tell them that I didn’t get one and some other worker comes to the window asking for a receipt told her that I didn’t get one and that I PAID for my Drink, and that they were going to check with the girl that charges …….. what the hell with those people…… it seems like they aren’t trained right or something…….. I will never ever go there again. Hopefully a lot of u out there don’t either cuz they are always messing everything up!! Very poor services

Possibly the worst experience I've ever had in my life. The staff were lazy and incompetent, the atmosphere was a haphazard mess of rushed, inexperienced children at the young age of 21-32, definitely an excuse for how pathetic and shoddy everything was. Two ice teas, that's what I ordered, and it took 40 minutes for unsweetened, Luke warm swill. With the woman managing the counter, you'd think she was schizophrenic with how she managed to talk to everyone on her phone and headset EXCEPT me, possibly thanks to her obvious drug use. The ONLY commendable individuals there was the janitor and a mother of two who had to come in with her kids just to fix the absolute screw up that dares to call themselves a crew. They were argumentive with themselves as well as customers, and I will never scarf down a burger from McDonald's again, seeing as these lumps of worthless meat can't even manage to put sweet tea into a couple of cups without simple instructions.

I usually don’t write reviews but this mcds is on my sh!t list today. I placed an online order, got there, payed and everything was good. I decided to use some points and get a frappe while I was at the payment window so I tried to get the lady’s attention so I could get both orders at the same time, however she was too busy on her phone to hear me try to get her attention 3 times. I circled back to get my frappe and while I was waiting behind windows I watched the guy at the food window hand it to the car in front of me. Not a big deal either but when I got up he tried handing it to me and I asked him to remake it since the car in front of me took it in their vehicle. He said he already remade it and I know you can’t remake one in 5 seconds then he said to pull to the third window and he’d remake it and bring it out. Please do better employees

BEWARE OF DEBIT CARD STEALERS FROM HERE!! The service is great don’t get me wrong. Food is good. But every time that I go here, the next day someone is trying to buy something within town with my debit card info. I just put two and two together. It’s happened 4 consecutive times already and that’s only when I go here the day before. Please do better with your employees because I’m tired of having to replace my cards.

I just wanted to leave a review after actually going inside after usually going through the drive thru once or twice a week. Good god they get the absolute most disrespectful customers and doordashers I’ve ever seen in my life, and it makes me very angry. These are some very friendly people who work here and they provide excellent service! Keep up the great work!

We just had the best experience at this McDonald's after having an awful experience at the McDonald's in Waite Park. The service was super fast. Everything was done correct and the server, at store #27 @ 2:22 today, 8/20 amazing and friendly!!

Went for breakfast. Ordered a bacon,egg and cheese mc griddle. Reviewed a bun with a piece of sausage. I asked where the rest of the mcgriddle was and was told that that's how they were sold. Very irritated and I stated that it was not how they were served. Won't go to that location again.

Says they're open until 12, showed up at 10:30 all lights were off and staff was still inside. Didn't answer the speaker phone when I pulled up. Not really sure what the deal was but there weren't any notifications anywhere to tell me they were even supposed to be closed that early. Nice

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered extra onions on my burger and there’s little to no onion at all, asked for 3 extra sides of Oreo for my Mc flurry and got none, lady at the drive through was as unhappy as possible, surprised she didn’t throw my change at me. -100/10.

First off I went through the drive thru and watched 3 people get helped that showed up AFTER me. So I pulled around and went inside made my order and it was prepared with all of the stuff on it that I specifically asked to be removed. Also who ever was running the drive thru on September 2 needs to learn the meaning of a moment( it isn't to make people wait in line for ten minutes while helping other people)

Ordered a fish filet, fish was half way on bun, ordered a med Mello yellow and they tried giving me a dr pepper. Had to ask for the manager to have him fix my order. They lady handing out food was RUDE, she said you get what you get. I've never been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant or have been refused to fix my order.

The black women in the first window taking money. She had blonde hair looked like a wig, older lady probably late 40s. Extremely rude!!! And disrespectful I will never return to this location again because of the encounter.

Went inside to eat only to hear the lady’s working yelling at drive threw customers and someone else working yelling at the cook. Was disappointed in the dine in experience would recommend getting food to go eating in the car would be more satisfying. But the food was hot and delicious!

We ate inside, my 4 yr old son and I. They took my order promptly but we waited longer than normal to get food and they weren't busy inside, not sure about the drive threw. All I got was a Happy Meal and a Quarter Pounder, just the sandwich. My Quarter Pounder was missing a 3rd of the burger, a huge portion of the patty just wasn't there so I immediately took it back to the counter. There were several employees just standing in the back, they did not look short staffed, and 3 that walked past me holding my burger. Not a single one of them took 2 seconds to ask what was wrong with the burger in the the box I was standing at the counter holding, the one they JUST GAVE ME a min before that I was clearly holding for a reason. I didn't get helped again until a lady who was in the dining room and already off of her shift came back around and asked what was wrong. The rest of the employees just looked at me holding my burger like they could care a less, as if I was invisible. And to make it worse, I have a herniated disc in my back, I just left a doctor's appointment and had a long ride home, I was trying to feed my kid first. I was already in extreme pain, my leg felt like it was on fire. It's extremely unpleasant, I needed to sit down but couldn't because I waiting to be helped.

One of the faster McD's I have been to. Just make sure you take the inside lane at the drive thru, if you take the outside , you may have to wait a while.

2 double cheeseburgers n 2 hot cakes. Never gave it to me. Called n then they told me to come. But they still sent me away. Horrible staff n services

I went through the drive through 8:30 April 15th and I was very happy. A lot of places lack caring. The two young ladies that I met at the windows (the first maroon hair and a couple of piercings, the second blond, both looked quite young) were very polite, had good energy and great customer service. Also, the food was spot on. Nice work!

Have you ever had one of those "I should have gone to Burger King" moments? Well this was ours. A guy sitting outside rocking while sitting on the ground. Long wait in line. Cashier coughing like he has covid. Wet straws from an employee that couldn't understand me.

Employees are rude to customers. Was in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and had me pull to third window for another 15 minutes. Still waiting for food. Lobby says it’s open but apparently closed 7:15pm on a Sunday

Went there ordered two hash browns and a side of eggs and it took me they pulled me forward and it took them 5 minutes to bring it to me and for the food to still be cold ridiculous service these people are so slow and don't do anything correct. Cashier look like she was high as a kite. 0 customer service skills

Worst customer service through drive thru. Orders food, got to second window the worker handed me my food not even making eye contact and shut the window didn't say thank you or have a nice day. The window was partial open I yelled thank you have a good day. I parked called and talk to manager she was just as rude she said all the worker is to do is open the window and hand you your food. I said really where you all learn your customer service, she hung up on me I called back and said sorry we got disconnected I will be calling cooperate‼️

I used an app coupon code at the drive through window for some nuggets then I added a large sprite. Instead they rang it up as a large fry. I told them before even leaving the ordering menu that I asked for a sprite, not a fry. They told me it would be fixed at the window. At the window they told me it's been charged through the app already so they can't do anything. Then I had to pay separately for my drink (after already paying $5 for fries I DID NOT WANT). Then when we got our food and drink, the drink was flat. I'd like to also emphasize that there is NOWHERE on the app for me to dispute this charge. Update: I let my friend have the fries (not evem 5 minutes after leaving the resturant) and he said they're old.

Waited in the drive-thru line for a solid ten minutes (with each car in front of me taking five minutes to order) only for them to tell me they were closed when I got there.
