    Great service and excellent food. It was fairly busy and the wait time to get it food was very acceptable. Our server was great and checked back with us at regular intervals. This is a huge improvement over past visits where they seemed understaffed.

    I showed up at 11:30 On a Sunday and all the old people came in and they seated the old people before me! How rude I was there first 😡 anyways I was seated after waiting for 15 mins for the swarm of old people to be seated first. I ordered my food at 11:45 and it is currently 12:45 and still no FOOD WHAT THE HECK! 😡

    The hostess was busy, but greeted us with a smile & sat us as soon as she could. Her smile lit up the restaurant & it never left her the entire time we were there. They had plenty of parking, including handicap. The restaurant is updated, clean and has a classy look about it. Our server, Brittany, was fantastic. She brought our drinks right away and our food was delivered in a timely manner. I asked her to give me the bill for the 3 of us, as my Dad & his wife were visiting from Indiana, and there's always a fight over who pays (they're sneaky & pay most of the time). All our breakfasts were delicious! Liz had tea and it was served with honey (black tea) and she said it was really good. I had coffee and it was rich, fresh and hot. A small pot was left at the table so we never ran out! When Brittany brought the bill, my Dad asked for it, and she handed it directly to me since I requested it early on (thank you Brittany!). She was so attentive throughout our meal & she was this way with everyone. She even took a picture of another family when asked. She genuinely cares about her customers. If you're looking for a great breakfast with reasonable pricing and decent sized portions, you need to eat here! Ask for Brittany & tip her well (I did because she works hard and gives exceptional service!). ☕️💗

    We visited this IHOP on a Sunday around 10:00 for breakfast. We had five adults, one child age nine and two children under two. We waited in the entryway area to be seated for a few minutes. We weren't greeted with kindness or even a smile when summertime did come to seat us. The woman who sat us did take our drink orders and our food orders, but then another woman helped us once we actually got our food. I'm assuming because of this switch that all of our bills were all incorrect. Some people being charged for drinks they didn't get, some not being charged for things that they did. One person had ordered something that came with 3 pancakes and only got two, one person had ordered breakfast potatoes but got hash browns. It was not overly busy when we were there and there were many waitresses and waiters standing around. So.. All in all I would say it wasn't my worst experience at a restaurant. However there are definitely some things that they could work on. Welcoming people as they walk in, introducing themselves at the table and reintroduce if for some reason someone cannot finish with a table. Food was just okay.

    13 mins before she came to take "drink" order. We put in our food order right away....I had to make sure she got the whole order, like the side options I get to choose from. 30 mins before she brought my coffee. I should have left when she took a o long to come see us for the drink order.

    The last few times I have ordered here has unfortunately been a disappointment. My orders have been simple, 2 breakfast burritos with pancakes. The second time I ordered I had to send the food back because it wasn't a burrito at all. The first and third time they forgot the butter for the pancakes and the salsa for the burritos. The food is good when it's all there, but I order to go because I'm on a tight schedule and the experience is disappointing when things are missing.

    I will give the benefit of the doubt and assume they were short a half-dozen people or something. We walked into a not-very busy restaurant (plenty of tables), were not greeted or seated for 10+ minutes. Once seated it was another 10 minutes before anybody came to take our order. Meanwhile one of the wait staff had seated people who were obviously friends of hers and she was running back and forth to their table a lot while we were sitting around. To be clear, we had no idea if she was our waitress or not, it just seemed weird to not be getting served while staffers were just hanging out, chatting. We eventually ordered, 25 minutes later, got the food which was 80% fine. I’ve eaten a lot of biscuits and gravy in my life but never once been served biscuits and gravy with cold gravy, so that was new, I guess…? All in all a really unfortunate experience that I don’t care to repeat.

    This was the most unimpressive restaurant I have been in. The entire staff seemed to have no urgency to what they were doing. When we entered, the host was no where to be seen. Once she made an appearance, she sat one table about every five minutes. There were plenty of empty tables available so uncertain why it took so long to be seated. We were greeted quickly and received drinks quickly but then it took a long time to place our order (15 minutes). There were only four of us and we ordered simple, basic breakfast items. Our food took 25 minutes to arrive. However, the table behind us, that was seated much later than us, appeared to be friends with the server and got there food at the same time as ours. The food was ok but nothing spectacular and certainly not worth the hour wait. The restrooms were a mess and dirty. I would think twice about dining at this restaurant.

    We never ate at this location before. But first time tonight was delicious. The staff was kind and friendly. The server was wonderful and the cook clearly knows what he is doing and did a great job. Very happy with everything.

    Our waitress was excellent! Very talkative and attentive. Unfortunately, the table next to us was very loud. 2 toddlers crying and 3 adult women talking quite loudly. We could not hear well in our attemptto carry on a conversation!.

    I ordered a steak Omelette, tasted okay. Steak was kinda rubbery, so were the mushrooms. I ate some until I found hair in my food. I’m giving 4 stars because the waiter and manager were very professional about situation and no fuss about it. I’ll be back to try again.

    There were a total of 3 tables. The cook claims he didn't see my order of French toast on the ticket. The server, who was amazing, tried to have him start on my order 5 different times. He made her reprint the ticket and made us wait to be served. Our order was completely wrong but the server wouldn't come back to check on us because was embarrassed. The cook was so rude to this poor girl. I demanded the manager and explained how awful they allow the cook to treat the staff. I tipped her well but refused to pay the establishment. I hope this server finds a better job that appreciates her, she doesn't deserve that!

    My experience wasn't great. My dining companion ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes, those came out hot and delicious! I ordered a cowboy burger with fries. They were out of fries! What restaurant runs out of French fries? Okay fine. Give me onion rings. And a chocolate shake. They're out of ice cream! Seriously? Okay. Whatever. My food comes out. It's not a cowboy burger. No onion ring on it. No barbecue sauce. Just a regular cheeseburger. Send it back. My companion finishes his pancakes and we chat for about 15 minutes before my burger comes out. Close to half an hour just for a burger. By the way, the restaurant is nearly empty so no excuse there. I will say when the correct burger came out, it was good so no complaints about the quality of the food I did get.

    They are short staffed which sucks because waiting forever for food isn't fun. The waitresses are super nice but very overworked. The food is really good, but I'll say the chicken fried steak can be a hit or miss. Sometimes it's over cooked. They've finally brought back tomato juice, yay! And you can't go wrong with their amazing delicious burritos! They're huge and so full of flavor and of course the pancakes are always wonderful. Hopefully they'll get more people to help out so we can all have meals without waiting for 20 plus minutes with an almost empty restaurant!

    Our server a friendly and helpful. The highlight of our visit. Upon arrival there were open tables but the hostess said we are "holding at the door," Customers wrote their own names and party # on a piece of paper. The kitchen looked staffed but they were unable to keep up? Wait time was about 20 minutes and we were second in line. Once seated service was quick. One of my eggs took a tumble before getting to me and the server suggested it be remade. Didn't take long.

    We sat with a small child and asked for a highchair, she took our drink orders and 10 min later brought our drinks. The 10 min later grabbed the high chair. She spent more time with customers that were seated and new customers than taking the time to get the chair. Took off for another 10+ min and only after over hearing us complain she finally came over and took our order. We are 30 min in for our order. She asked if I wanted white or wheat, I said white and she said wheat and ran off before I could've corrected her. Dosage under cooked my stake tips over cooked and sweet, way sugar sweet than should be. Even for and IHOP this was the lazy and untrained location I've ever been to over 12 states.

    Our visit here was not ideal. Place was dirty, all thyme used was a wet rag to wipe tables down and that didn’t seem sanitary, they were out of items which I understand, & we had to peel the menus apart. Their fountain pop wasn’t even carbonated and tasted awful. Food tasted alright. Definitely short staffed or something. At one point I seen a man waiting and ended up walking out. Also took so long to get our food.

    I'm surprised but I have to give it 5 stars. They were super busy when we walked in it was a shitshow. The waitress there by herself and one of the cooks had to help on the floor. They both did absolutely amazing. They both had smiles on their faces and seemed genuinely happy to see us. The food was still hot and fresh all in all it was an amazing to see them. One person came in and helped for a little bit but she Cleary should not have been the one there she could barley walk. I felt bad for them. All I got to say is they need some raises and some recognition for there efforts tonight. I hop you do not deserve these workers you have I would have kicked every one out and locked them door and never return

    Darien is truly an amazing waiter and runs circles around everyone. He likes to joke around but makes sure you're happy with your food. I have to say the food was cooked perfect also. Thank you for a wonderful meal and experience.

    All round not a good experience. Nearly a 10 min wait to be seated, all while seeing 1 young lady busting her butt basically doing everything and another just casually walking around. After I was seated by the latter of the 2 girls, she walked away, came back to a different table to take their drink choices. She brought them the drinks then proceeded to walk by me. If it wasn't for the eye contact that was made I don't think she would of asked me for my drink choice. I know that because she had to back petal to get my order. She brought my coffee and put it on the table with authority as if her doing her Job was outlandish to ask for. The 1st lady I spoke of came by to take my order. She seems to actually care but was frazzled from having to do everything. Food arrived, pancakes were raw, same with the eggs, meat was rubber, burned coffee,hashbrowns weren't cooked either. Not busy, dirty tables dull of dishes, bad food, with only one person who cared by was at her wits end. I suggest skipping this place completely.

    Awesome service by Megan. She was the only person working outside of the kitchen, yet, she was able to quickly and efficiently provide great service to my table and the few other tables that had orders. I have been in there several times, and Megan is always the only person working outside of the kitchen, and it is very clear to me that Megan with her work ethic and her awesome attitude is not a reason, but, is THE ONLY reason that this restaurant is able to stay open for dine-in during the late afternoons and evenings. My 5 Star rating here is for Megan.

    I was eating my food and watching TikTok on my phone. Volume was in 45%. The waitress came to ask me to turn it off because there were children around. I was watching a video that was speaking about native people in Puerto Rico. The parents never complained about the volume or the content, it was her initiative to ask me to stop. I didn’t like that so I packed my stuff and left. I usually tip at least $10-15 but I didn’t tip her at all. I also noticed her yelling at two Latino men and telling them not to sit until she tells them where they can sit.

    Food was really good! Service was quick! Unsure as to why the underrated reviews. I was their around 10:15/10:30, but there were still about 30-40 people eating and staff were still servicing drive up and delivery. Anyways, my experience was very good so I'm going to put 5 star! BTW my omelet was huge!!! Avocado inferno! YUM!
