    I usually can count on dot food and correct orders. Tonight i got cold food and wrong order. Beware of stores hiring. When i tried to call to let them know of the issues phone was ignored.

    The Manger lady was very rude to her employees. If I were them I'd walk out on her something definitely should be done about her. You praise in public and you correct in private. All the other employees were amazing and doing a little of everything helping each other out. I came in at 12 45 to the st cloud location

    Stopped to eat at this Wendy's on 9.23.22 and dined inside. I don't think this location has ever been remodeled. Food was cold, staff was not organized and totally forgot about our order. Manager was unprofessional. A couple of the guys working behind the counter were very unsanitary looking. The men's bathroom was dirty and the soap dispenser was completely broken and empty. Clearly, no men were washing their hands before they came back to work. We were charged $20 for two singles, two medium fries, and two small waters. The one positive was the black gentleman who was cleaning up the dining area when we left. He asked us if we enjoyed our meal and seemed genuinely concerned. We didn't have the heart to tell him the truth at that point. We just wanted to get back on the road. I don't know if these are franchised or what, but someone needs to pay attention to what's going on at this location.

    Bathrooms are basically destroyed. Urinal broken, paper towel dispenser broken. Women's soap dispenser broken, soda machine out of most flavors. Front door floor so sticky you could use it to catch mice. My tortilla chips that came with my taco salad expired 2 months ago. The rest of the food itself was fine. Corporate needs to address the facility issues.

    The floor was all dirty most of the tables were not clean food was cold and it took 30 minutes to get it they had no customer service. No have a nice day or anything.

    No customer service whatsoever, the guys in the back were yelling at each other. When we went to get our drinks there was about 4 options, the rest just didn’t work. The pop machine looked like it had not been cleaned, green gunk was all over the inside. The tables were grimy and full of crumbs, same with the carpeted floors. The high chair we were going to use was so sticky and gross we couldn’t use it. The food was okay, not very warm. It was slow to come and with the condition of the restaurant hard to even eat it. The floors were sticky, and the bathrooms disgusting. There was no soap in the men’s bathroom, paper towels not put in a dispenser and you had to move the tank cover to flush the toilet in the women’s bathroom.

    Would give 0 stars if I could. I don’t know why they say they’re open when they completely ignore their customers. I tried to order and they just stood there ignoring myself and other customers. They wouldn’t look up to meet our eyes or acknowledge us in anyway. We all gave up and left. The last two times I stopped the door was unlocked and it was several hours before closing time told us it was closed due to construction. One of those times the workers had their friends in there sitting and laughing but told us to leave as they were closed. Truly unbelievable. It used to be such a good spot to stop on road trips. Only way to recover this location would hiring all new staff.

    The radio ad just said open until midnight, and the sign on the door says 11pm. The lights were all on at 10pm. We sat in the drive through, no response, then we pulled up to the window where two females and one male was standing, ignored us and wouldn’t even look at us. We finally tapped on the window and one female looked at us with the rudest face ever and said “we are closed.” Maybe next time shut the signs off if you choose to close early.

    My wife and I went through the drive thru today 4/12/23 about 6pm or so just for 2 small Frostys. Waited in line a bit but not a problem. We were served by the nicest person ever. If she reads this she'll know who we are. Keep up the awesome attitude and wish you well as (I believe) was the new manager. We've been here before. Never disappointed. Thank you for a great customer interaction.

    Everything is very, very dirty. We were going to dine in, but every single table in the place had food crumbs and was dirty. Every inch of the floor is super sticky and actually tugged at the bottom of your shoes with each step. The bathroom is the worst I've seen in my life, and it smelled terrible. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall, and the paper towel dispenser was broken off the wall. The one urinal has been out of order for who knows how long(weeks, months). Pee all over the floor around the toilet. As you can see in the pics, the caulk has completely come off of the sink enclosure. I was very reluctant to eat the food after the condition of the place. In my experience, the health department would have closed this place down. I have been to fast food restaurants across America for over 50 years, and this is the worst one I have EVER stepped into.

    The service here is wack , the manager and drive thru clerk was extremely high, if your looking for a clean fast service don’t go here and water was leaking from pop machine very heavy and they left it there all day never picked it up or attempted to avoid accidents…here is the pic of the place

    Took 15 mins to get 3 cars through the drive through, I was at the speaker for 6 minutes before they were able to even take my order. Seems like 1 person is running the whole store. Update it was 2 people running the whole store at 430 Pm rush. Good job Wendy's

    I was disappointed the restaurant was closed with nothing posted on the door. If you are short staffed then post the reason store is closed. I went through drive thru to get my food. The sandwich was average Wendy’s expected as was the chili. Service was fine. I did notice while eating my meal in the parking lot that you lost at least five customers who either wanted the dining room or did not want to wait in the growing long drive thru line.

    Slowest fast food drive thru ever. Only 2 cars ahead of us, but took over 15 minutes at 6:30 pm. Was there 2 weeks earlier at 10:45am on a Sunday, but were told they would not be ready for lunch until 11am as they were running late.

    Very nice clean and roomy Wendy's. Good food, excellent Frosties. Good location. Thin parking in the front, more in the back. Make sure to enter off of the frontage road if eating in. Access from the road to the stoplight is for exit and drive through only. We ate in and did not use the drive through.

    Where else can you get a full meal for $5 ??? The 5 dollar biggie bag rules. It's a great deal. Service was not real fast, but was polite. Love Wendy's.

    Wendy's is my favorite fast food place. The people that work there are amazing, they are hard working with amazing positive attitudes. They are so chill and easy to talk to. Although, they are sometimes understaffed, so understand that when people are understaffed there is sometimes a need to halt operations due to shortage of employees.

    I don't expect fast food to be perfect, but this was not good at all. The bathrooms were awful, my salad either had been sitting out for a very long time, or it was very old since the chicken was almost like a crouton and the lettuce wilted. The kids burger also made me question if they should eat it, we had been 5 hrs in the car, this was not a good break spot to go to.

    Wendy's is greatly missed in my hometown, so I enjoy any time I get a bite here. St. Cloud location is nice. It is what you would expect out of the drive thru. The food is always good quality.

    Absolutely awful. You’ll wait in line forever and your order will be wrong. Two things in a one-person order was incorrect. Check your food and drink before leaving the window. You can’t go inside to get the correct order, the doors are locked. So you have to wait in the slowest to try and get the right order. And if you call them them, they won’t answer. I have never been so infuriated by a fast food restaurant. I had to go across the street to McDonalds so I could at least get the drink I wanted. Should have gone there in the first place. Oh yea, and the worker was not only incapable of doing his job he was also rude.

    When you want a Wendy's Frosty, you want a Wendy's Frosty. That is what we go there for and that's about it. They sometimes come out with a new burger that brings me in to try, but I know it will be off the menu soon so it's short and sweet but then goes back to ordering just a Frosty again.

    I was in drive thru saw employees touching their faces and then touching food and bagging it they didn’t listen to me so i called my husband to deal with the matter when he came they refused to give us money back or remake our food. the manager said she didn’t care because the GM is her cousin and she won’t get fired.

    If I could leave zero stars I would have! Before leaving this review I read several past reviews. Interesting to see, but not surprised there are so many bad reviews for this location. Granted the road construction is not helping their situation along with the other 2 fast food restaurants on the same side of Hwy 10. But opting out of cleanliness is speaking volumes to the customers! We have been to this particular Wendy’s many times over the past 20 years. To see it in this state of neglect is so sad! On our last visit this past Sunday, August 13th, 2023 only the drive up was open. There was only one vehicle in front of us. They did not take our order until the food was delivered to the patron in front of us was handed their food. We then ordered 2 - 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 small coke’s. In total we waited 15 minutes. We drove down the frontage road and pulled back on the highway before eating, only to discover the chicken nuggets were barely warm, when they should have been fresh and hot. We should have returned but decided against it due to a 2 hour drive ahead of us. For the next 2 days we’ve had food poisoning symptoms and have regretted our decision not to return that afternoon. It’s time that the Health Department to be notified!

    I'd avoid this place today. We waited in line for more than 10 minutes (I get it, it's lunch time). They started to take our order, but stopped responding. We tried to go inside to make it easier, however their lobby is closed. We saw several other cars leave empty handed just like we did.

    We ordered, got our frosty and drink stayed in the dining room for our food. About 15min later, long after the frosty is gone. A worker asks if we got our food. He continues to tell us our order got wiped off the machine, so it was never made. Since now they are bringing food soon, my husband requests another chocolate frosty. He got strawberry. And you would think for the inconvenience and them messing up the flavor we would get it free. Think again. A lot of Wendy’s stores are amazing. Not this one. Do better!!!

    I believe I've mentioned this before for a fast food restaurant. Of course I rate them different than top restaurants but we all know what to expect when we go to Wendy's we expect it to be good and consistent with our experience in other Wendy's restaurants. This met all the qualifications for a five-star fast food restaurant. The food was as usual right up there with Wendy's best. The the staff was I thought exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to my next visit there in St cloud Minnesota. I don't have any small children in my family so I am limited to talk about adult food and beverages.

    Wendy's was busy. The girl at the window was painfully slow. The Double Burger was fantastic. The chicken sandwich was excellent my son said. The french fries were luke warm even though Wendy's advertises hot fries. Even so it was way better than McDonald's.
