My friend and I stopped here on the way to the eunestone museum in Alexandria. I ordered a turtle mocha cooler and he ordered a nitro latte with milk. It was delicious. The staff was very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job making our order. You do have to go through the drive through unless you have a online order pick up. I am happy with this location. Caribou is my favorite coffee shop by far.

Thank you to the cashier (who is from Jamestown) who helped me yesterday around 10:30am. She was extremely patient while I was taking forever to figure out what I wanted to order since it was my first time ever at a Caribou coffee location. Also, thank you for the travel recommendations of ND. We ended up driving to ND instead of SD to check out the Jamestown Buffalo and are headed towards Enchanted Hwy. Thanks again for the delicious drink and fantastic customer service.

Caribou will always have my heart. I have found no place that can make a drink similar to the iced Carmel high rise and actually nail it. Sometimes grab a bagel breakfast sandwich too and that’s always good. My only complaint..when I travel out of state it’s hard to find one 😭

I've known Caribou coffee for almost 30 years give or take. Cashier was very nice and polite, super helpful. Ordered several items but it seems they have forgotten how to make a proper espresso and a little slow. The Poppyseed lemon cake has been a favorite and will continue to be. I am just surprised after all these years caribou hasn't elevated itself to the next level.

You can always find one in your way home or work. As Mexican I like coffee options, but the Mexican food imitation.

Uh I don’t know what was going on today but it can never happen again. I wanted a caramel high rise cooler and the employee told the person in front of me that they only have sugar free caramel left and asked if she wanted something else. She never asked me that. So guess what I got stuck with. A sugar free caramel high rise cooler. No. Never again. I think I actually threw up in my mouth just typing that. This ruined my whole day and I don’t know if I ever want to come back bc I probably have ptsd from this. I will be going to Starbucks from now on thank you.

We've been going to Caribou for YEARS and I can't believe I haven't rated them before now?! This is a great location with amazing staff, and of course... the best coffee!! If you've never tried Caribou, you definitely should!!

I come to this caribou every single morning. I order the same exact drink. Extra large espresso. The staff her remember me and are very nice. Today I went to the cash wise location in Waite park and had a very horrible experience. I ordered two extra large espressos and when I got them I was disappointed. In fact so disappointed I went to the crossroads location and ordered one extra large espresso. Every time I order at this store they never add the Splenda. I did the mobile app today and they didn’t put the Splenda or cream in it. When I asked for the cream the girl said real nasty there’s some out in the lobby. I said to her I thought when you order through the app they put it in. She took it back put cream in it. I didn’t dare ask for Splenda I just did it myself. Most Caribou I order from they will put it in. Every time I do the mobile app order they all put it in. Why won’t this store do it?

I placed an online order to pick up, my mistake I ordered at the wrong location. The manager that was on duty was fantastic! I felt horrible as I had to get to work in the morning and she instantly took care of me and made my order so I wouldn’t have to drive to the location where I ordered it from by mistake. That manager was fantastic and has above customer service skills.

Best Coffee in town. I have ordered the same drink at Starbucks and Caribou and Caribous just tastes better to me.

Come on Caribou, I found this 12 inch long hair in my coffee this morning. It was under the lid and in the coffee and then hanging down from the cup. It’s not my hair as I am bald and it was under the lid. Disappointing.

Always love my Campfire Mocha and the lemon bread is delicious. I wish they made a lighter version of the Campfire Mocha as it's excessively sweet.

Service was very friendly. Appreciate the help when they start my day off grand! A smile , hello, goes along way to make someone's day and makes that customer want to come back.

Customer service is hit or miss here lately. Not to mention the other customers don't know how to get in line. Almost getting hit in the drive through. Yall see a trend ?

30 mins in line waiting to get coffee ridiculous not any apology asked for a toasted bagel not toasted also expected a tip. Definitely not going there for a while. Management definitely should be managing better.

Just a drive thru with very long lines. However, the wait time was minimal. Love their coffee!

My daughter has a dairy allergy, and they wouldn't take the cheese off. And don't offer a dairy free sandwich 😒

I always order the same coffee drink it never tastes the same- either burnt coffee- too much caramel and too sweet or sour tasting or chemical flavor which I have to throw away. Worst of all- I order a large and when I take off the lid it’s half full of coffee. Rip off. I stopped going to caribou and stopped by today but won’t go back again- two other coffee brand shops are far better than caribou.

Worst caribou in the area. Inconsistent hours of operation, extremely slow drive-through, I ended up going to another Caribou. I drink Caribou nearly every day, and I’ll never returned this one.

The coffee here is great. It is constantly good and made the same every time. It my favorite Caribou to go to

Long line, and wait for default coffees. 1 with espresso. Not bad though. Just did 4 because maybe some improvements can help.

Friendly staff at this location. I’m definitely going to be back. Ohh and the breakfast sandwiches are much better than the Starbucks breakfast sandwiches in my opinion.
