    I always order burritos from here always double portion for extra $4.50. Decided to get a bowl this time to actually see what I was paying for. First bad review I’ve ever left but yeah I’m done getting ripped off.and I don’t like eating plastic in my food

    My husband and I ordered take out from here. When we got home I opened my bowl and there was a bug crawling out of it. I called and they did offer me a refund or they could remake my food. We were not able to return to the restaurant to pick up new food, so I was without dinner. At least they refunded me for my meal. Not sure I will want to order from here again 🤢

    This was the worst food I have ever seen from a chipotle. The Burrito was smaller than my hand, ordered two salad bowls and there was no lettuce in them. Everything was cold including the steak and chicken in the burrito and burrito bowl. Disgusting! They didn't even deserve the one star. 50 dollars for lunch

    I wonder if management at this location takes complaints seriously. From all the negative reviews that keep rolling in I assume they don't. I visited on 10/15/22. The line was short but that's where the positive points end. As I placed my order I began to look down the food prep line. There was food all over the prep service and the employee was using a dirty rag to 'clean' the surface while pushing the food remnants into the containers of food. There was no ice in the pop machine and the teas were out. There were random forks scattered on the counter, but I wasn't sure if they were clean or used. There were also food particles by the pop and fork area. All the trash cans were overflowing to the point of people setting their garbage on the floor next to the trash can. We went to find a table and they were all dirty. Found the 'cleanest' and went back to get napkins to clean the rest of the table, but surprise there were no napkins. The couple who sat next to us, literally brushed the food pieces from the previous dinners with their hands. I walked out, hoping I wasn't going to get food poisoning. Food prep and health inspector needs to make a visit to this location.

    12:10pm pickup time. Showed up at 12:19pm. My order didn’t hit the shelf till 12:32pm. Not to mention, 15 other ppl were waiting besides me. This has happened multiple times… and this is the way I received my product today. I refuse to support this location anymore. It’s ridiculous.

    Very poor service. I went in there 745 pm tonight to get supper with my boyfriend. We ordered two bowls and a burrito. At first the workers were just standing around talking amongst themselves. They finally helped us. There was no options to chose from. Out of steak. Out of chicken. Got to the part to pay the guy was out wandering around.stood there for 5 minutes before he came to check us out. We went out to our vehicle to eat, the food was COLD. I tried calling to talk to management. COuldnt get through. Finally after calling 5 times was able to talk to her. She told us we could bring in the receipt to be refunded. So we did so. Got inside and she wouldn’t even come out of her office. Then stated she was not going to refund us. Would not recommend eating here to anyone.

    Ordered 3 burritos and after trying to send me home with 1 single burrito, they apologized and thought they corrected it. Great. Got home- as I was figuring out the burritos and who they belonged to.. I realized they seriously screwed my order up. Gave my son my plain one that was SUPPOSED to have chicken, white rice, pinto beans, fajita veggies, sour cream, cheese, and guacamole... but only had chicken cheese and rice.. because the one that was supposed to be his.. was way too hot. Okay, so I'll just eat his and maybe I'll like.. NOPE. Halfway through.. there was a LARGE CHUNK.. like.. I'm talking the size of a large egg chunk.. of avocado (I think) in the middle of this burrito. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

    The food is great, the customer service good BUT I am so concerned about the employees attire, especially there Chipotle shirts! Many of the shirts are ripped…one employee wears a shirt that is torn up the side. Ok it’s not cool to see the young persons armpit hair! Seriously he needs a hairnet for his armpit! I understand he only has the one shirt! 😳Come on management you can do better! Get these kids new shirts or provide a hairnet for the armpit! No one wants to see hairy armpit reaching over food being prepared! This is clearly a management issue… get these kids new shirts! The food is great but employees represent your company…. Get new shirts!!!

    If I could put a 0 I would. We ordered online for a pick up order at 6:50. I sent my husband in to get it at exactly 6:50 and he was in there waiting until around 7:45 before we were told it was going to be another 45 at least to get our order. Yet people that ordered for pickup at 7 got theirs before we did. I think this is very disappointing and poor customer service on this stores part. It's safe to say we are not going to be going back there ever.

    This restaurant is filthy. It appears to be a popular place to eat but OMG I cannot eat in a place where the floors, the walls, the tables the service area and the drink areas are dirty. When the server filled my bowl, I could see how sloppy the food bins were and he slapped my food into the bowl like he was slopping the hogs. Then when we sat down I had to wipe my table and I just could not eat looking at the mystery food stuck on the walls and how dirty everything was and is. That place needs to shut down at least one day and deep clean the restaurant. Yuck!

    This location has an amazing employee that deserves a shout out. I couldn't catch her name but she was cleaning tables and had an arm sling. We ordered online and ate inside. Without even asking she just knew what we needed. She brought Silverware and bowls for us to eat in. She just catered to our needs. Overall restaurant could use a good deep cleaning. Floors and entry were filthy.

    They added a $1.50 extra charge for rice, which is ridiculous considering it's a cheap item that Chipotle regularly gives extra of for free at other locations. There are rude employees who think it's okay to insult customers and act like they are winning if they lose your business. Years ago, they had great food and good people, but whoever hired this current crew probably should get fired with the rest of the crew. If you tell corporate, they claim it is unusual. That just says that even corporate doesn't care what their stores do, because if they actually visited, they'd be "surprised" at what they would actually find.

    This place was so disgusting that we didn't even order. The whole restaurant was nasty dirty, the servers were all standing around talking to each other and had no interest in serving. We decided to walk out when we saw one of them stick his hands in his pockets then head toward the food line without changing his gloves. We don't want whatever he had in his pockets going into our food. Chipotle is one of our favorite restaurants and we have always been pleased with other locations, but this one should just be shut down or have a complete staff change. We are from Alaska where they don't have Chipotle, so we were looking forward to this as a rare treat, but we skipped it when we saw how bad this location was.

    Ordering was great, everyone was nice until I got to the to the checkout today. The lady there doodled on my burrito instead of checking me out and when I scanned the app at the QR code reader and paid she accosted me telling me that I used the app wrong, when she never gave any indication of when I should use the app. Just ringing me up then telling me the price. The service here is usually great and I have no problem with most of the staff but this time it was a problem for some reason.

    I ordered online and picked up in store around 1:30 pm on Wednesday. The store was generally clean. There were a couple tables dirty but it was not that bad. I like how they separate the online pick up and the in store ordering. It made it so much easier. My food was great. I would come back here again.

    Was extremely busy the last time we visited. We were getting our order to go during a snow storm. The line was long, but was moving fast. They were well staffed and everyone seemed to be working well together. Honestly nice to see how fast everyone was working to get our orders made compared to some other places.

    Sometimes with Chipotle deliveries, it seems like things get mushed, cold, or just not put together quite right. Seriously, the bowl from this location was the best bowl I've ever seen. Full to the top, hot, and delicious. Will definitely order from this location again!!

    Food was about the same as every other Chipotle. They get SUPER busy during lunch on weekdays and can be hard to get in and out during a typical lunch break. The new pick up window is helpful though if you have time to order ahead. Not a lot of seating and can be messy during peak times. It's a decent Chipotle location, but I try to avoid it when it's really busy.

    The food was good, rice a little underdone but that's not the end of the world. The place is absolutely disgusting. From the neglected dirty tables to the food prep area. I understand being short staffed but cleanliness shouldn't be compromised. There was a dishwasher/cook with a swastika tattooed onto his hand with a long stragly beard and he was continuously touching his beard while working in the kitchen. The assumed manager/lead was too busy focusing on her negative attitude to say anything. I suggest getting a different job if you don't want to deal with people and/or food. This is clearly a management issue. Lots of places hiring in Saint Cloud. On a positive note the young man working the register was pleasant and didn't have a bad attitude.

    Awful. Drive 5 miles to the new sartell location. Every table was a mess, garbage all over the floor. None of the staff seemed to be interested in having a job there. We won't be back. Hope we get a decent restaurant or fast food joint here soon.

    I would rather wait an hour at the one off Hwy 15 for food than eat at this one in Waite Park ever again. Who puts pinto beans in a chicken bowl where NONE was ordered. Chicken is never made good. Rice always under or over cooked.. I’ve given this location too many chances. Extremely disappointing.

    We keep coming back because we love the food. However, this particular location is never clean. Dirty dining room, dirty serving area, dirty bathroom. I guess that this one is really busy. Staff is always depressed. Maybe they are overworked. I'd like to see staff that smiles & is happy to work together. And they have great food! They should be happy about that!

    Usually I order catering from Chipotle for my work place, so I like the food enough. This visit, I dined inside with my grandson, about 4 pm on a tuesday. Only 3 customers ahead of us. One person on the line, one person on grill, eventually a third person came to the line. Customers ordering before us had their order waiting in prep line for sides to be added, third person came to line. Employee starting our order was not very welcoming or friendly actually, none of the employees we engaged with were welcoming or friendly. After placing our order, we waited at least five minutes to pay. Apparently, the person who started our order was also cashier. After waiting so long to be rung up, the second girl on the line got keys from the first girl on the line and rang up our order. Poor atmosphere, leadership and scheduling. I like the food enough, but the temperature of the food was a little colder than I prefer. Not sure I would visit again.

    Portion are not near what they should be plus the shifty attitude from staff serving 🙄. The trash cans are over filled to a point people are putting everything on the floor there is no napkins available and so far everything that has a surface has salsa or food on it please don't come here. I wonder who the management is. Hopefully they read this

    Staff was swamped on a Friday during dinner. Good was cold by the time we made it through the line. The fancy new Limeade things weren't even made and the ice dispenser was bone dry. I've had good experiences here in the past but this location seems to be struggling lately.

    My friends and I came to this chipotle, there was no line, and the workers were extremely disrespectful. The line worker was yelling, throwing the food into the bowls, the proportions were way off (my other friend works at chipotle so she knows how it should go). They need to work on their customer service skills and respect in general. Also, while we are sitting here eating we’re watching the same employee yell at other customers. Do better.

    Bummed about ordering through the app and not having my Mexican Coca Cola in the bag or beside it when I had it picked up. It was 4.50$ and bummed me to have to drive back. I haven’t yet and tried calling . The automated machine is horrible because it doesn’t let you do what you want and takes you back to “what can we start you out with”. I tried twice and didn’t try again. Then the messaging app takes forever and at this point I just stopped and said it’s not worth it anymore I just won’t go here again then .

    I would give this location less stars if I could. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered here both online & in person over the last year and it has been awful. I either wait an additional 30 minutes for my online order or my order is put together in person with as little care as possible. The last time I was in there will be my last. 90% of the people working there could not care less. Super rude. I’m not asking for excellent customer service, but my food not to dragging on the counter would be nice.
