This location sucks! This is the pizza with “100+” we tried calling corporate with no answer for a week. Called the store and her attitude was “wtf you want me to do” was told to come in with receipt. Come in and was told we should have called corporate. Was treated like we were liars over a $10 pizza because “they had only been doing the pizza for two weeks” when it was clearly on the receipt. Never experienced anything but rudeness here. To hell with this place

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place!!! The lady at the front was racist and had the worst attitude and seemed like she didn't even want to take my order let alone be there. She had the worst attitude and her customer service was terrible, she argued that me and my family didn’t pay for ranch when we in fact did and when I tried to show her my order receipt she tried to play it off and say she’ll give it to me just because she wanted to although I had the receipt to show I payed for it. People like this don’t deserve jobs at places where families come to enjoy themselves. We shouldn’t have delt with her racist, nasty, horrible attitude. No one should have to deal with racism and all this hate just for purchasing food. Little Caesars do better and hire people who actually respect the company and don’t make you guys Look like a complete fool.

Always a great place to stop and grab a bite to eat. This location is and always has been clean and well kept. Still not sure how they’re able to make the food so fast and how they keep it cheap and affordable. Not even McDonald’s has a chance lol. Love it! Stop in and grab something, you won’t regret it I promise!

We called in our order for pick up. However, when we got there, we were told our order wasn't ready because they had made the incorrect pizza. We waited 15-20 for our "correct" order. It would've been great to get a discount, but nothing was offered.

This is unacceptable. I stated, I would like a Stuffed Pretzel Crust Pizza, half pepperoni, half cheese. I couldn’t order it online, otherwise I would avoid human contact, because obviously, this is why. I waited 10-12 minutes, then went and got my pizzas. They didn’t give me the receipt, and it was just awkward with this old lady in green and younger guy. She sounded like she was short circuiting because of the issue, and treated me rudely.

there was hair all in our food and when we called to explain they were rude and said they couldn’t believe it but there’s nothing to lie about there was many hairs all over the food and in it and i highly dislike the attitude from the manager. and i spent 30 dollars and got nothing for my bad experience

Usually we love this place, but today the employee was incredibly rude to us and to the other staff. Also we called in our order and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes, we got there after 40 minutes and it hadn't even been started.

I'm always craving their Deep Dish. No matter how many times I've had it they're consistent with their food quality. The toppings laid down always has a taste and feel of freshness. From tender sausage to the crisp bite of the onions, the toppings makes each bite continues to make my mouth water for more. I know there's a lot not pizza to eat, sadly my stomach can't tell me it's full before I'm stuffed from the plethora of toppings in each bite. Yet I still can't get enough. If I had to sell a pizza; I'd also talk about, how well the pizza reheats without going soggy and chewy from microwave. I personally like to reheat in my air bake oven to retain texture of the dough and toppings. This is always a sure hit for me.

Do you like undercooked food and poor service? It's been a family tradition to have pizza on Fridays. This Little Caesars is in the neighborhood, so might as well get pizza there. In the last 3 months, I've ordered pizza once a week (1 cheese and 2 pepperoni). I've had many times where the pizza was nasty.(see image) Instead of the golden (bread-like) crust, it was chewy and mushy. I spoke with the store manager. He gave me a look that said "why the F are you bothering me?" I showed him the pizza and told him that it was undercooked. He showed me another pizza. I asked him to check if it was properly cooked. He said to take it or leave it. I checked. He then told me "you touched it, it's yours now." Another time the pizza was undercooked, I talked to another employee (not the store manager). This person just replaced it with no questions. OK. That's better. The coup de gras was last night when I ordered my usual. 2 of the 3 pizzas were doughy and stuck to the box. I talked to the manager on duty (as the store manager wasn't in). She replaced the pizza with another that was undercooked as well. I showed her the pizza was sticking to the box. She blamed it on the cheese. When I pealed the pizza up, I showed her that it was vastly undercooked and inedible. She replied "that's just how we cook our pizza". I thought I misheard, so I asked, " you undercook your pizzas". She said "Yes, that's how we cook them." I've ordered from this Little Caesars consistently for the last 3 months. I should've stuck to the 3 strike rule, but kept going back out of convenience. I would NOT recommend this store. For $1 more, I can go to Domino's and get a 2 topping. Sure, it's not "Hot 'n Ready", but at least it's cooked, and I've never had pushback from the team nor managers when something was wrong with my order.

This location is so-so, it really depends on who works the window. 75% of the employees are pleasant to work with regardless of time, 15% have, it appears, a lack of stress management skills when the store is busy, which is completely understandable given the somewhat brutal nature of customer service, and 10% would be better utilized away from customer service altogether due to inappropriate behavior towards the customer. I have never had an issue with food quality though so all-in-all its ok.

As a new member of the St. Cloud community it is nice to walk into a business as well-ran as this. Upon finding out we were new, the young lady who handled my order proceeded to tell me about all the great sites and sounds of St. Cloud and areas around. It really made us feel welcome. As for our order, we were feeding a large group of hungry movers and the team at Little Caesars made sure to get right to work on getting our order out. They work hard there and I really appreciate seeing that these days. The food was served to us piping hot and was absolutely delicious, my family and the movers were loving every bite! So thanks for the welcome to St. Cloud Division St Little Caesars, you're a great store with great people!

I personally like Papa Murphys the most. My brother wanted Little. The crust has to be deep dish or stuffed or its just wrong to eat. The service is under staffed or its meant to be to keep the prices the same. Its not to cut down on the lady, I think its the design and (Bidens) economy thats forcing people to work 2 positions at once.

Got delivery, it was great! Fast, hot, right amount of sauce and such and imo best stuffed crust and price! Good job Saint Cloud little ceasers!

Not being open Sunday is a complete oversight with management.... You can't make money unless you're open. When are people generally home that order pizza.... weekends! When are usually the big sporting events going on.... weekends! When do people generally have parties.... weekends! Open on Sundays and you might make more money!!

I usually like this place however I literally couldn’t stomach the food the last time I went, it went directly into the garbage because the people that ended up coming out of the kitchen were so filthy and I then looked around and noticed everyone working was extremely dirty and greasy and I was a manager of a food restaurant for several years and know what’s acceptable and what’s not. This was extremely nasty, the more I thought about it I literally was ready to be sick. Sad because I love this place but I doubt I’ll be able to visit again after that. Sorry people

Absolutely amazing service- I had an issue with the app setting my order to delivery and charging me for the delivery fee when I had chosen carry-out. The owners went above and beyond to fix what even the third party delivery service said they “couldn’t fix”. Great food for the cost, and even better service. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Don’t order through door dash per the manager doesn’t matter if they screw up your order it’s on DoorDash to fix it which takes up to a week. Mr. Manager John claims that’s how corporate Little Caesars works. Doesn’t matter if it’s their mistake since it was delivered through DoorDash they could care less about you. Thanks for letting me know how little you care about your customers John 👍🏼

Ordered online and waited quite some time (well after the estimated time in the email) for my pizza. Eventually I asked if they even got the online order, they confirmed that they did but there was an error in the kitchen. Continued waiting, eventually received one cold pizza and one fresh pizza. It wasn't particularly busy so I'm not sure what the issue was. We will not be going here again but the pizza was okay.

I love their pizza. The only down side to this place is the location of it. There is always a long line and when there is you are on the street waiting to get in the line.

Pizza is fine (it’s little Caesar’s so you get what you expect) but this location is always jam packed w people and you have to wait ages to get a pizza that you’re really only getting because it’s supposed to be quick.

What a awesome restaurant, I am a door dasher and picking up orders here is awesome ,staff are courtes ,very helpful, and food is ALWAYS FRESH. And is very tasty!!

Food is always fresh and amazing. Although I do think it’d be wise and time saving to have some Italian cheesy bread in the warmer at all times. But then again I don’t t know if the demand for them is high. Either way, food is always amazing. Ps- is it just me or is the pizza crust noticeably thinner?

Great place to stop for good food at reasonable prices. Got the cheese bread a few weeks ago and it came out to $5-$6.

I thought it might be faster to run inside, but totally not the case. The drive through here is extremely efficient

They are fast and good and I would recommend! But just know on Friday it is packed parking could be hard but just give it a second someone will come out . Just be patient and careful

This pizza is always fresh and hot. They do a really good job cooking and the staff is very friendly. Very accommodating.

I wanted pizza and they gave me pizza. It was exactly what I expected and was really good for its cost. No one was especially nice nor rude but service was timely. No complaints at all.

I always love ordering from Little Caesars! They are always fast to getting your order for you. If they don't have it ready, it's usually ready in less then 15 minutes. One trick I learned for the pizza.... if you ordered a regular pizza and you plan on eating it somewhere with an oven, before you eat, put it in the oven for like 5-7 minutes (depending on the crispiness of the bottom of the crust you prefer)
