Great subs with meat sliced in store. I love to get an Italian sub Mike’s way!

So upset, not only did we do an online order and it was completely messed up and backwards to the point where we had to throw it away but when I tried calling like 15 different times there was absolutely no answer! Customer service is definitely NOT something they strive for!!! Worst experience EVER!!!!

The restaurant was getting slammed and looked to have 1-2 new employees and Alex was absolutely killing it. Making sure everyone was having the best service, keeping everyone busy, and leading the team. Can't say enough about how he was handling it all

I had never been to Jersey Mike's until today. If you think good customer service is dead these days, think again! The employees here outdid themselves!

After reading an online article touting Jersey Mike's as the best in fast food sub shops, I had to give it a try. Wow. So delicious! They have a new devoted fan. Incredible service, too.

Great quality! Wait was a little long but other than that I have no issues!

Awful. Ordered sub sat & waited, they forgot my order then filled 7 customers orders after me. Complained then they finally filled my order, no apologie or compensation, contacted corporate & filed pollite complaint, Jersey Mike's corporate told me to Foff. Don't give JM's your business, support healthy business's instead.

Just ordered for pick up on the app for the first time. Super easy and efficient. However, what I got was pretty different. I ordered a club (what an employee last time told me to order for my accommodation), no bacon, mayo, oil or toms and on white bread. What I got was a club, with bacon, full mayo, oil and on rosemary parmesan bread. Normally I wouldn't complain as I love jersey mikes, but this was just disappointing and many steps were missed. Will come back for sure, but will order in house next time. Just wanted to bring it to attention

Probably the best chain sub shop. Far and away better than Subway

I am a long time vegetarian & upon ordering the veggie…without even asking, they cut my cheeses on the back cutter because it was clean of “meat juices.” LOVE IT!!!

Just ordered today and wanted to say that the sub was amazing! Always great tasting food. We also do pick up and sometimes when ordering at other places the food isn't made with the most care, not at Jersey Mikes! Always great!

Jersey Mikes is never disappointing no mater which location you go to. This location was excellent, with great quick service and the store was very busy. Sandwiches were perfectly prepared and delicious as always👌

Great service, best subs in town!

Screwed up my order through food dudes and then sent me a band new order with extras and apologized after a phone call. Usually places just tell you take it up with food dudes. Can’t asks much more from a place. Great sandwiches

Food was good, service was fine. Problem was it's messy. Not one person during our 30 minute lunch did some one clean a table, wipe the drink area, garbage was over flown, and make sure stuff was stocked. Didn't we just get out of a pandemic because things aren't clean? Making a good thing horrible by not doing the basics.

Fun and friendly good tasting food. Quick even when they're slammed with customers. My new addiction 🤣

Ordered online for pick up at window. Waited 33 minutes in line after pick up time...15 minutes at window before anyone acknowledged us...step it up!

Fresh ingredients, nice staff , great subs

First time at Jersey Mike's today. Was clean and staff was friendly. I enjoyed my sub but the bread was a little tough for me to bite through. Other than that it was fine.

Friendly owner & staff ready to serve you. Go in and taste the difference over those other sandwhich shops...Mike's Way!

Pricey but worth it. Quality is better then its competitors.

Subs are Amazing from this place. Always get the #8 Club sub and it is always amazing. Great service as well, can't say I ever had a bad experience at our st cloud Jersey Mikes
