I
came
in
for
a
cup
of
coffee
with
a
friend
at
about
1:00
on
a
Tuesday.
Nothing
special,
just
$3+
cup
of
coffee
with
cream.
I
can
make
a
14oz
organic
medium
to
dark
pour
over
coffee
at
home
with
real
cream
for
.35
cents.
I
presume
that
all
of
these
coffee
places
stay
open
because
of
their
convenience.
Anybody
with
a
modicum
of
knowledge,
or
the
internet
and
YouTube,
can
learn
how
to
make
a
wonderful,
exceptional,
and
organic
cup
of
coffee.
It's
really
simple.
Heat
up
the
water
in
the
microwave,
poured
over
25
g
of
freshly
ground
coffee
into
a
stainless
steel
mug.
Pour
in
cream.
Not
counting
grinding
the
coffee
it
takes
me
all
of
10
minutes
to
make
that.
Was
told
by
the
counterperson
that
it
was
their
last
day
as
a
Dunn
Brothers,
to
be
converted
to
a
Caribou
Coffee.
So,
I
don't
expect
Caribou
to
do
pour
overs
either,
And
I
imagine
the
price
and
quality
will
be
about
the
same.
Yes
,
I'm
old
school.
I
don't
want
a
bunch
of
sugar
in
my
coffee,
pumps
up
this
pumps
of
that,
frap
of
this
frap
of
that.
The
healthiest
fat
is
in
cream.
Coffee
isn't
bad
for
you.
All
that
other
stuff
is
sure
to
make
you
fat,
diabetic,
and
perhaps
give
you
a
sugar
high.
Getting
old
will
tell
you
it
wasn't
worth
it.
