Everything about my vist here was amazing! I was seated quickly and my order was taken promptly. Staff was very nice, funny and attentive. I was seated at the Hibachi Grill and ordered Filet Mignon and Chicken. I took time to look around and the grills, vents, floors and restrooms were very clean. My order was made to perfection and the chef was very funny and talented. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. One of my top picks for a date night and I highly recommend this restaurant. Please do not hesitate to to check this place out if you have not already. You will not regret it and you will be pleased!

We stopped in for lunch on a weekday and were seated right away. It was not busy, so we were served and had our hibachi meal started within ten minutes of sitting down. The restaurant was clean and we got to sit at our own private grill with the five of us. There was a nice selection for lunch, and the entire sushi menu was available. They were able to accommodate our friend who was gluten free, but her food was prepared in the regular kitchen to separate it. My party had a fun time and the food was great. We really enjoyed seeing the koi fish at the entryway. Another party came in while we were eating and they were seated across the room. I thought the prices were very reasonable for lunch. I really enjoyed my chicken hibachi and would definitely stop in again.

Fuji Sushi & Steak House offers divine Japanese cuisine with stunning plate presentation. Authentic Japanese cuisine paired with melt in your mouth flavor. Friendly and happy wait staff, comfortable atmosphere. A family favorite, this place never disappoints!

Superb. Best Japanese food I’ve eaten in the US. Dropped almost $100 on food here from curbside pickup in one meal. I wish I had taken more photos of the food for google maps but it was just too good and I completely forgot. Miso soup was dark and had a complex umami flavor without being overly salty. The sushi (rolls and nigiri) were excellent with the rice the right consistency and with the right sushi rice tang. My partner had a bento box and loved the generous serving of teriyaki beef, salad and sushi that it came with. The tempura could have done with a tiny bit more seasoning and the underlying vegetables seemed a little dry. I had some of the green tea ice cream, it wasn’t as good as other green tea flavors but I doubt they make the ice cream and they were incredibly generous with the serving (I feel like I got $10 worth of ice cream for $3.50). I also ordered undon and chicken and the noodles were cooked to perfection and delightfully chewy. The gyoza were perfectly cooked. Despite a complex many item order they didn’t make a single mistake, food took only 20 minutes to prepare (and we ordered a lot) and they threw in the right amount of cutlery and seasonings. This is a hidden gem. You won’t be disappointed.

My favorite restaurant in the St. Cloud area. I am a regular and the hibachi is the way to go! Sad the take out isn’t as good because then I would 100% eat this at least once a week 😂

Kind of a messy presentation at first, but then when it came to the main course, hibachi steak and Salmon, all seemed well. The food was hot and flavorful and the sushi seemed cold and fresh. Overall, a more pricey place to dine, but great food.

Fujis is where I go for birthdays and other celebrations. I love the Bento box with salmon teriaki. I prefer to eat in since it’s a very pleasant, peaceful environment. I’ve never had trouble with parking or getting a table with friends.

Left with a full stomach full of sake, beer, and habachi chicken. The server Nuras was very quick and attentive, our chief Rudy put on a great show despite the hot temperatures over the grill, and the food was delicious. One of the best places in the St. Cloud area to eat!

First time I ordered take out, sadly won't be doing it again. Sushi and orange chicken were good. Orange chicken portion was pretty small for $20. But the salad I got looks like the bottom of a bag of iceberg that should have been thrown away days ago. When simple things are not correct it makes me think of two things. First, the staff could obviously see the brown lettuce. Therefore, there is a lack of pride and standards in the food they serve. Second, and more problematic, if the standards are so low on simple things like serving a fresh salad, what other food safety standards are subpair in the kitchen?

Overall a solid option for Sushi. The exterior could use some upgrades as it looks a bit tired. Very good service!

Food was good and prices typical for hibachi. Restaurant was very clean including the bathrooms. Chef was a little clumsy but we had a good time. Would come back again if in the area.

I received food from this restaurant through doordash and it was amazing the chicken Hibachi was so tasty and flavorful the vegetables were tasty the fried rice is cooked correctly I got a sweet potato roll it was made perfectly with the soy paper like I asked no issues with the food so I have not been inside of the building I just ordered through door Dash and I would definitely return back here.

We sat at the hibachi tables. I understand the efficiency of filling a hibachi table, but it’s awkward and less enjoyable to sit with others you don’t know. Chef was fun, food was prepared perfectly and delicious. Portions were large. Hibachi included soup and salad. I wasn’t asked about a beverage refill. Suggestion that when the hibachi chef throws veggies at customers, make sure they aren’t covered in oiled. We all had spots we can’t get out of clothes.

This place was great! My husband and I went on Mother's Day and was seated at the hibachi grill right away. The chef entertained everyone around the grill and gave us the food as he made it. Really good food, I had the egg fried rice, veggies, chicken, and shrimp (the shrimp were huge!). My husband had the same, except he had steak instead of chicken. The hibachi menu is limited, so if you want more to choose from, you may not get to see it cooked infront of you. Enjoy!

Food is very good, love the hibachi grill, it's a great show if you have a funny and entertaining chef. The sauce on the seafood is a bit salty, but that yum yum sauce is AMAZING.. I could put that on anything.

Great experience for a good date night. Normally, we eat at the hibachi, but tonight we did the dining room for the first time. Lovely! Very different atmosphere... but so pleasant!

Just moved to St. Cloud, and have already been here twice. Had the lunch bento, and the lunch roll specials. Also had some sushi/sashimi a la carte, and gyoza and fried scallops for apps. The Gyoza was quite good. Would definitely recommend. The fried scallops were over breaded. All I could taste was the breading. Lunch bento (chicken teriyaki) was great, and would definitely get again. The rice was adequate (improved somewhat by the yum-yum sauce) The rolls (California and Philadelphia) were pretty good too. Would order again. The Sushi/Sashimi was tasty, but manage expectations. We're talking about central Minnesota, not coastal (or Japan) restaurants. I'd give a solid 3.75-4.25 range. So total goes to 4.

Had teppanyaki and the meat was all terribly overcooked despite ordering medium rare. Service was sporadic. Super frustrating that we were unable to be seated or even added to a waiting list until our entire party had arrived.

I'm not the type to automatically jump to negative assumptions about things, as it's important to try to see things in a positive manner. The environment was pretty, I liked the lighting. The waiter was a great guy. I wish they would stop with the masks already but I still liked the guy. Main issue is the food. It is quite expensive for what you get. My girlfriend's plate was unorganized, it's just like a mixture of vegetables and meat with teriyaki sauce on a plate. The rice was stale, and there wasn't much seasoning in the food. There needs to be more various spices, and less of the watery unflavored thick sauce. The rice needs some salt added. Also I feel like bowls should be used or the plating should be upgraded somehow. My beef teriyaki dish was better, but it was still a cheaper piece of meat with some teriyaki sauce and alot of onion and a little broccoli with stale rice. It definitely didn't feel like I got my money's worth because the food was quite expensive as well. I just want to be honest, this is a message for recommendation of improvement, and I believe maybe many would be happy with the food. I will update my review later to see if things have changed

The ONLY place in the Cloud for sushi. I have tried that new sushi spot and Lund's. However, this is the place if you want good safe sushi, bento, or hibachi. *For newcomers to the hibachi experience: be prepared to combine/socialize with other groups around the griddle(that's why it's fun)! Additionally, Japanese/Chinese food and rice is typically made with soy sauce that contains lots of wheat. Therefore, my gluten-sensitive spouse cannot eat here. I went for lunch on Sunday and chose to sit in one of the booths by the sushi bar. I ordered their special, a Fuji roll, and it was excellent because it reminded me why I love eel(tastes like bbq chicken). I also had a bento box that came with; delicious miso soup, fresh salad with zippy dressing, seasonal fried veggies(2 creamy lotus roots, an onion ring, a broccoli floret, sweet peppers, and zucchini squash), a couple chicken fingers, a shrimp, four shrimp shumai, teriyaki steak, and rice. Also, a bowl of their zippy house-mixed dipping sauce, yum! I sprang for the flight of three unfiltered sakes which was very nice, although I like the dryer sake better. The hot tea was refreshing and hit the spot. I did have to wait a while for them to refill my water and bring the check because the waiters changed shifts. This place has a fun atmosphere, cozy booths, detailed/themed light fixtures, and a coy pond by the entrance. And, there are lots of TVs if you want to catch a game. Very nice clean restrooms. Staff was very friendly and chatty! $60+tip/tax. The food and ambiance was worth it! Plus, I had enough leftovers for another meal that I ate later at suppertime.

I'm so sad that I'm only able to give 3 stars 2 years ago I would have given 5 stars but after 2 subpar visits I think its time for the review. I went for dinner and for lunch sat at Hibachi table and both times the chef didn't entertain much if at all. I assumed during the dinner it was because they were so busy and he was preoccupied possibly short staffed so shrugged it off.. went recently for dinner we had a large party and the rice was very bland, it took forever to get from rice to the meat option. I've always had all the meats served roughly the same time. This particular chef cooked one thing at a time so those who had steak were totally done by the time I even got my shrimp. Very disappointed had to ask several times for more yumyum sauce. In fact I had to be somewhere and because of the way the meat was cooked I grabbed a to go box and wasn't able to eat any of my shrimp while there. I asked for double rice and I do not believe any of us were given double. I'm not sure for the cost of the meals if it's even worth going back at this point.

I normally have an amazing experience when I eat here, but today was awful. I went in with my mom because today is my birthday and I wanted hibachi for lunch. When I got there, I immediately got bad vibes. Firstly, the host asked us if we wanted to sit in the dining room, we said no we wanted hibachi. He looked at us confused and then ignored us and helped the women behind us instead. Then we he did sit us, he took our order like normal, but I mentioned I had a gluten allergy and needed my meal to be gluten free which normally isn’t an issue. I’ve been here multiple times and had a gluten free meal. When I asked, he looked confused and said they couldn’t do that and said we would have to go to the dining room. I was confused since I’ve never had to be in the dining room to order gluten free. I mentioned it’s never been an issue before, but he kept insisting we sit in the dining room. It seemed like he did not want us at the hibachi table. I would have understood if it was busy, but it wasn’t, so we left. I love Fuji and the food, but this was ridiculous. I’ve never had issues with ordering gluten free before. I understood it would have to be cooked in the kitchen, but my moms meal was regular. Plus it was just me and her at the table, no one else. We decided to leave and cancelled our orders because it seemed to be a big issue all together

Did the Hibachi for a birthday. I have no complaints on the food. Pros... - Portions are always good. The soup served with the Hibachi is delicious, and the small salad is refreshing. - Always entertaining to see the food get made - Service was pretty quick with drinks and any additional sushi orders our group had. Cons... - We didn't get a full show like another table had. There was no onion volcano and no trying to flip food into our mouths. Overall, it was a good experience.
